I sent a pricing request, to cutoff the old muffler and install a muffler I have. I sent this several days ago (7) and have as of yet to receive a reply to my request. I can only assume that my minor repair job is not important enough to reply to my request. I will have to continue my search for a place to have the work done I guess. Not great customer service if you can't take a minute to reply to a simple request.

I spent hours trying to get ahold of anyone who would be willing to just look at my car and see if it was safe to drive home. Everyone else told me they had no time for anything of that sort. I was 3 hours away from home and I am a 20 year old college student who knows nothing about cars. I was just visiting friends in West Plains. Jimmy did all he could to try to make it safe to drive home but at the end of the day, there was nothing he could have done for the car. He said he wouldn't feel safe having his own daughter drive in the car so he wouldn't say it was safe for me to do either. Since there was nothing we could do Jimmy then did everything he could to make sure I at least got a safe ride home. He contacted a towing place for me that would take both me and my car back to St. Louis. I knew going into this that my car was not going to be able to be fixed for the long run, but I at least needed to get a way home and someone to let me know if it was safe to do so. Jimmy took it to the next level to help me through this very stressful situation. I think that just goes to show beyond their abilities to fix damages on cars but also just be good people.

This wasn't on them but rather due to a manufacturing shortage. They were so great and kept us well informed. They did an amazing job.
