I can't say that it was necessarily quiet, but it certainly did have some charm about it. I guess these older pubs tend to be like that, especially the ones in the regional areas. What I did like about this pub was that it has a pretty good beer garden, and I'm always one who likes beer gardens. Yeah, while it isn't a favourite, it's still rather nice.
