Good water starts with good planning. We handle LiDAR and bathymetric surveys, watershed analysis, historical site research, geotechnical sampling, soil diagnostics, and more in-house, then draft Civil 3D earthwork plans in AutoCAD. Working with us also gives you access to our network of trusted specialist partners, including licensed engineers, fisheries biologists, and lake and pond management pros, so you're not hunting them down yourself.

Inventor of the Bulletproof Vertical Liner Method, a proven way to stop dam seepage without draining. An engineered waterproof liner is installed vertically through the dam to cut off leaks while the pond or lake does not need to be entirely drained. We work alongside licensed engineers, fishery biologists, and pond and lake management experts, along with landscape pros and other specialists to offer the best waterfront for you and your intended use.
