Roxanne decided they weren't going to see my son. Due to me complaining about the unfair situation. The fact that this appointment was in kingman and we live in bullhead city, and they had no missed school at this point and I lost pay leaving early from work this day. They decided to see my daughter on an emergency basis and charge my innsurrance as so and not see my son. So I fired them! They don't get to decide it's an emergency when the appointments we're scheduled in advance and I was called the day before to confirm them! I did call my insurance and report the fraud! The atmosphere was very inviting and clean. Love the design of their office and how well organized everything is. The lady who cleaned our daughter teeth was very attentive and made sure our kid was not scared and made the entire experience great. The last time I was scheduled for a cleaning the hygenist had an emergency and had to cancel that day's schedule. For whatever reason I was not informed and drove the 60 miles into Kingman. Dr. Uldrikson did the cleaning himself to accomodate me. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, and they had no issues with my insurance company authorizations.

Before my first visit I spoke…read moremany times with his office staff about my insurance and what they would cover after they verified my insurance. After my appointment, I ended up getting a bill for the full amount and when I called about it, I was told my insurance did not cover him. I have a very limited income and that was the reason for my numerous calls before my visit to verify payment. Needless to say, I was put in quite a bind to pay them off and I ended up losing my temper and having words with the staff. I later apologized for raising my voice. Then a year later I woke up on the day of a scheduled cleaning with Dr. Uldrikson and my tongue started swelling. It had never happened to me before, so I called while on my way to his office to see if I should head to the ER instead. The staff member spoke with the dentist and he said to come into his office. I should have not listened. By the time I got there, my tongue was so swollen that I could barely speak. I was taken to a room and left alone fore a few minutes. Then the dentist walked in. He did not say a word (as usual) and suddenly was "cleaning" my teeth and 10 minutes or so later, he got up and left. It is very odd to me to have the dentist do the cleaning, let alone in like 10 minutes. It is also odd that he never tells me who he is or what he was going to do. And even more odd, Dr. Uldrikson never even said anything about a potentially life-threatening concern. I sat there for another 10 minutes wondering if I was done, which is a usual state to be in in his office, and finally decided I should ask someone. I went to the front and asked the nurse (?) if I was done and what did he say about my tongue. She went to ask him, he was in the back but I could see him , and when she asked him about my tongue I could hear his voice raise and he was berating her for not telling her I was that patient. You would think he would notice a tongue so large it was now keeping my mouth from shutting all the way! I decided to go to the ER right away and it was a good idea, because I was taken right back and examined. A CT scan, steroids, and an EpiPen injection later, my tongue swelling started to go down and they eventually could let me go home. I never did get a real answer on why it happened, but at least they stopped the swelling and sent me home with strict orders to see my PCP right away and an RX for an EpiPen. Dr. Uldrikson could have allowed me to die without even acknowledging me as a person. I always felt like just a set of teeth when I went to see him. I advise you to go to anyone else before making an appointment with this dentist who probably should have retired at least 10 years ago.

Horrible! Beware! Charged me 1200 even though I had insurance, kept 550 of my money for 6 months…read moreafter appointment even though insurance paid their portion right away. I kept calling asking for my money back they lied to me about it several times then charged me a d my insurance for a debasement I never had and kept 4% of my money saying I had to pay to put my own money back to me on my debit card. Total scam! I never write reviews but in good conscience don't want others money stolen like me.
