While we initially enjoyed learning from & diving with this crew, the hatefulness towards LQBTQ community that many of our foster kids are a part of and repeatedly watching them certify folks as dive leaders who were iffy on being capable divers themselves drove us away. Hate losing the connection to local dive community, but having our kids exposed to the off handed, hateful comments was a no go for us and the combined safety concerns didn't help.

This family owned business has been everywhere and won't hesitate to talk about all the fun they have, I love that. Training prices are average but equipment is pricey. I don't know if they negotiate on prices, but you can ask them to price match (I don't know if they will do that). They do have a few of the major brands in stock, but I'd call ahead to see if they have what you need in stock. Also, they are the only PADI shop in the area.
