I have very mixed feelings about this place. On one hand this is undoubtedly the best dental office I have ever visited. Period. Spacious, modern, super clean, equipped with the latest and greatest technology, professional staff, and the doctor who is a dental guru. The equipment includes instant x-ray that pops up on the computer screen while it's being taken, whole jaw spin-around-your-head x-ray machine, waiting room with TV, computers, gourmet coffee machine, fridge with drinks - you name it. And once again the doctor is a real pro, knows his stuff, and is able to explain things in plain English. So what is the problem? Well, I came to them because big part of my tooth broke off. I wanted it patched. I got the x-rays taken (all of them and then some) and... I got talked into... cleaning. I had it done a couple times in the past and since it's been a while I figured - it can't hurt to do it again. My mistake was I did not ask for the price. And part of why I am so upset - the quote or proposal was not offered. To make a long story short - the doctor told me that the tooth that broke should be removed because the x-ray shows decay and it will only get worse. I considered it as he seems to know what he is talking about but only until I got my bill. It was close to three thousand dollars! For cleaning!!! (well, the x-rays too I guess, plus some super expensive anti-biotics - to be fair). Oh, and most importantly - the cleaning WAS NOT done by the doctor - but by a hygienist of course. Had I had a chance - I would have declined. But there was no quote, no estimate - no indication something so ridiculous is coming. In the past I paid $170 and $220 for the cleaning and I was not even remotely expecting this. After I voiced my disappointment and explained that I will be paying myself the price was reduced to about a thousand dollars. Which is still five times more than I expected. I am not stupid and I understand - the price included the fancy x-rays, the doctor's analysis and diagnostic, the pricey antibiotics and the cleaning itself. But still, had I known I would have declined - even for the thousand dollars. It was obscene and preposterous of them to do that and not tell me how much it will cost. And the original price - what the hell was that about? Well, I had to go to another dentist to patch my broken tooth - which was done for $300. To be fair - I was advised to remove it too, but I chose not to. Summarizing - if you have deep pockets or fancy high limits dental insurance - this is probably an awesome place to go - as you will most likely receive top notch dental care. But if you have to pay significant portion of the bill yourself be forewarned - you may go bankrupt. At least be smarter than I was and demand a quote BEFORE you let them touch you. read more

My choice would be zero stars if it was available. I scheduled an appointment solely to have an existing dental device adjusted. At no point was I informed that this visit would involve a dental evaluation or that any additional fees would be incurred. Upon arrival Dr. Dano immediately began promoting his own dental device, claiming it was superior to the one I currently use. He then proceeded to perform -without my request or consent- a dental evaluation. Following this unsolicited evaluation he informed me that all my silver fillings needed to be removed and that additional caps were necessary, totaling an estimated cost of $7630. I left the appointment without the adjustment I came for, confused, concerned, and extremely disappointed. I sought a simple adjustment, not a sales pitch or an unrequested dental evaluation. Shortly afterward, I received a bill for $225 for a "dental evaluation", which I never requested, approved, or was informed would take place. When I questioned the charge, the office manager responded rudely and stated that if I did not pay the bill, they would pursue the matter in small claims court- adding that they have never lost. The threatening tone and lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. Had I been informed in advance that a fee would be charged for a dental evaluation, I would not have scheduled the appointment. TRANSPARENCY REGARDING COSTS AND PROCEDURES IS A FUNDAMENTAL ETHICAL STANDARD IN HEALTH CARE. Bull Valley Dentistry failed to uphold this standard, and in my experience, did not act with transparency, informed consent, or professional courtesy. I have filed complaints with the American Dental Association and Better Business Bureau. I believe patients deserve to be treated honestly and respectfully, and no practice should be allowed to mislead or pressure patients into unnecessary services or surprise billing. I do feel fortunate that I am only out $225. Please consider another opinion before letting Bull Valley Dentistry be your dentist. read more

Awful!!!! I started going to Bull Valley Dentistry when my dental insurance changed... Big mistake! Staff is rude. I get regular checkups every 6 months and all of a sudden I need 4 crowns??? They basically told me my prior dentist was not good. I did get 1 crown and it broke within a year. They lie and tell you need work done that you don't, in it for the money. I switched to another dentist and they told me my teeth were all good... no crowns needed. Run as fast as you can away from them!! read more

I was a teenager when I saw this quack dentist. He told me I had 11 cavities! And they started drilling and filling. I went to get a second opinion (because who gets 11 cavities in one year with good dental hygiene?). The other dentist I saw wanted to see the X-rays from Dr. Dano and the office would NOT release them. It took my mom storming into the place with rage to get them to send these. Eventually the two offices were fighting between each other. We finally got the X-rays after weeks of arguing and it turns out NONE of the 11 sites that had "cavities" actually had cavities. They were drilling into healthy teeth. It's been about 9 years since then and every year I have to have one of the fillings replaced. Once teeth are filled with a filling, they are more likely to develop MORE cavities because substances squeeze their way underneath them. It's been a nightmare since. Still considering suing this place! I am an adult now and have the money to do it. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! read more

Have to update after having more appointments. Yes they got me right in which was awesome. But their was obvious tense between the dentist and assistant which I think made me more anxious. I was having a very painful procedure done and that combined with instruments falling on me and my face, along with the dentist not being happy about his assistant caused me to have a panic attack and have to stop and go somewhere else to have it finished. Then the front desk doesn't seem to retain or change things when you ask them to. I asked for the automatic payment date to change to a different day and they said sure. Well yah that never happened. I would give them ZERO stars if I were able! Wow, my experience was HORRIFIC! In fact, this experience was so bad, I feel compelled to share it with others. This is my first Yelp! review ever. I came as a new, otherwise healthy, young, client 40 minutes early to my appointment. The woman behind the desk was seemingly too busy to deal with me and attempted to tell me I didn't have dental coverage when I presented her with my insurance card. When I voiced my concern and attempted to alleviate her confusion by demonstrating to her on the insurance card where it indicates my dental coverage, her answer was "I don't know." I asked her if she could please call my insurance carrier and get it cleared up and she refused to do so and had a generally very unkind and unprofessional manner. I let it go for the time being, but noted it. The technician, Randi, was great and she is NOT included in this review. After my fairly uneventful cleaning, the dentist (Dr. Dano) entered the room and introduced himself without even looking at me. I greeted him and extended my hand to shake his, but he was so intent at looking at the computer screen, this gesture was completely unnoticed by him. The dentist then proceeds to examine my recently cleaned teeth and starts telling me about all the work that needs to be done. Being an extensively educated medical professional myself, I immediately thought it odd that I had never heard these recommendations from any other dentists (I have recently moved). Since I am very diligent about orodental care at home and see a dentist/get a cleaning/radiographs every 6 months, I certainly would've anticipated someone mentioning if I had significant pathology prior to now. At this point, I had already determined that I would be going back to my regular dentist (although they are located significantly farther away) and was ready to check out. The cost of my routine dental cleaning was twice the price of cleanings elsewhere, which also surprised me. But I noted it, paid it (out of pocket because again, they stated I had no dental coverage), and left. I contacted my insurance carrier when I got home and they, of course, confirmed my dental coverage. So, the following day, I called the dentist office back and again informed them of my dental coverage and strongly encouraged them to contact the carrier themselves to confirm this and to facilitate the appropriate billing changes/updates to my account. This time, they did call the carrier, confirmed coverage and left me a message as such. When I called the dentist office back to see what needed to get done to ensure I was credited the appropriate amount and that my insurance got billed correctly as well, that's when the real circus ensued: The Office Manager (also the dentist's wife) proceeds to tell me that yes, I've got dental coverage and that they could apply it to my fillings. First of all, I did NOT receive any fillings that day, nor did I schedule any future appointments to receive fillings, so now I'm confused, thinking she may have me confused with another patient. I diplomatically suggested that she perhaps might be confused, that I didn't receive any fillings, have no future appointments for fillings and that all I really needed was for my account to be credited for my out of pocket expenses and appropriately submitted to insurance. This is when the Office Manager started literally yelling at me that I was the one who was confused. At this point, I was starting to get irritated as well but also felt a little bad this poor old lady was so confused and getting herself so upset about her confusion. So I asked to speak to her manager/supervisor. She informed me she is/was the manager/supervisor (!!!), that they were going to credit my account (I can only hope this gets done correctly) and then slams down the phone, effectively hanging up on me. I have submitted a complaint to the BBB and have a phone call into the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to ensure this office's billing practices are legitimate. Dr Dano is a quack. He holds himself out as cosmetic dentist - not so much. He replaced a crown on my front tooth after criticizing the workmanship on the existing crown. His replacement looked so much worse!!!! And when I told him so his reaction was well too bad. I went into Chicago to a real cosmetic dentist. We found dr Dano stuck a metal rod into my gum which was the source of chronic sinus infections and caused gum degeneration. I ended up with bone grafts and an implant and about a years worth of agony. And huge expense. Dr Dano is horrible. A 2 year statute of limitations saved him from a lawsuit! Quack read more

Don't go here. They try to gloom and doom you into procedures you don't need, and then bill you for procedures they didn't do a year later. Sound fun? It isn't. After 38 years of minimal dentistry problems (2 crowns and a few fillings) I try this place out as it was my wife's dentist. They come out with a laundry list of what is wrong with me. I have periodontal disease, I am tonged tied, I have a cracked molar, and one of my crowns needs to be replaced. They want to do a sleep study. I tell them they can do the laser treatment, but I wanted to think about and schedule the crowns for later (I wasn't convinced). They got super high pressure and told me it would turn into 2 root canals. Laser treatment was painful as my mouth hurt for a month afterwards and expensive. I go to Texas a month later and decide to get a second opinion from the Dentist I have been going to for 20 years. He did a full set of Xrays upon hearing I had issues with two molars. The hygienist cleaned my teeth and informed me I didn't have periodontal disease (later reconfirmed by my sister-in-law... who is a hygienist) and didn't need the laser treatment. She also stated whoever did the treatment did a poor job cleaning the teeth. Then, I found out I didn't have a cracked tooth. The other crown had a small chip in the porcelain but as long as it wasn't bothering me it was fine. That was 1 1/2 years ago and my teeth are still fine. Total misdiagnosis and shady. Why shady? They told me my 4 year old needed his adenoids out (major surgery) so it would help him sleep. He just had a cold. They did the laser job to my wife right before I got my second opinion. After we decided to change dentist her next cleaning she was told it was unnecessary by her new hygienist. That's 3 for 3 on shady misdiagnoses so they can fill their pocketbooks. Unethical. So why would I write this more than 16 months after the fact? Because they sent us a bill 10 months after a procedure. 10 months? Even the Federal governments accounting isn't that behind. What's worse is my wife paid what she owed and was assured we owed nothing more the day the procedure was done. That was 8 months ago. We fought them monthly on the invoice, and they just kept threatening to send us to collections. After an exhaustive search my wife discovered with the insurance company that the dental office never submitted the work they were charging us to them for payment. When we brought this to their attention they had nothing to say other than we still owed them $175 and it was going to collections. Having very good credit we paid it under duress and informed them we will be filling complaints with the ADA. Like I said don't go there... You might end up with a full set porcelain teeth you don't need that your children will be paying for after you die because they don't know how to do simple accounting. read more

The only thing we really liked about the office was Dr. Thakrar. He was really nice and we both liked him. However, the one main (older lady) receptionist was out of line rude, preached medical advice to me (sorry, but I'll trust a doctor before I trust a receptionist's word...) and seemed to have a sense of unjust superiority and an overly condescending attitude that she was directing at an already nervous mom and child. I didn't appreciate her one bit. Also, I don't like how they were just going to charge me what they 'thought' would be leftover from my insurance's payment instead of either looking up my benefits or contacting my insurance. We've been to other offices that do that and I'll tell ya, I'll be going back to them. The other thing that REALLY irked me was the "bio hazardous material" fee that I had to pay after 2 cavity fillings were done. It was not billed to my insurance and I had to pay it out of pocket. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Everything they touch/use is bio-hazard if it's had fluids on it! I did not appreciate the bogus/trumped up charge to take my hard earned money unnecessarily. At this point, I am mentally and physically drained from everything this office has put me through. I have been going there on and off for over 6 years and I haven't had a single good experience. Their prices are astronomical and their staff is poor at best. The dental assistants are always polite but the doctor himself is a quack and the receptionists are air headed. They NEVER take care of the important changes or updates to your account that are necessary, and they charge your account more than you owe and keep it as a "credit" for the next time. When I left I asked them to return my $160 credit and they said they would call back. 3 weeks later I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about and ensured me that they would take care of it. That was 4 months ago. I gave up, $160 isn't worth any more of my valuable time. Don't go here, your worth more than what they will put you through. I am generally a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Dano and his staff made this a totally enjoyable visit. They are all very nice, I got in and out pretty quickly, and I felt great after I left. I didn't like my last dentist because I felt like they didn't do a great job cleaning my teeth, but my teeth felt clean and smooth after leaving the office. I also felt that Dr. Dano and his staff took their time to talk to me about my teeth, give me options for some cosmetic things to see if I wanted to have them corrected, but they weren't at all pushy about those things. They have water or hot drinks out for you while you wait, they brought me a little new patient gift bag, the hygienist spent a lot of time with me and was very thorough. Their equipment is very new, the xrays pop up on the computer right away for you to see. I am sure that the quality of care at this office is great, but the staff behind the desk are not so great. My daughter had a lot of work done last year, and the staff made her give them a payment for some special toothpaste. Ever since then they have felt free to use that debit card number to take payments as they see fit!! She did not authorize blanket debits to her account! This is very unethical and unprofessional! BE CAREFUL! There are thieves among them. Part of their procedure is to WRITE DOWN your credit card numbers (seriously non-PCI compliant), putting you at risk of a breach. The day after we did business there, an order was placed on www.kohls.com - a place where I have never done any business. I called Kohls and found out it was for cookware which was mailed to Yorkville, Illinois and billed to my medical flex VISA. BEWARE!! When I called today about this to tell them that those procedures are dangerous, they insisted that it was fine for them to write down your credit card information and hung up on me!! Nice. I was referred to Dr.Dano for my daughters lip and tongue tie that was making breastfeeding a struggle and resulting in a very fussy baby. Their office got me in right away and Dr. Dano was very thorough in his explanation and walking me through the process. The procedure for my baby was quick and I knew my baby was in good hands with the Dr and office staff. I just want to thank Dr. Dano for his kind and gentle care throughout this process. Moms, if you're looking for a great pediatric dentist or someone who is really knowledgeable on lip and tongue ties ( as it's not easy to find a Dr who IS knowledgeable on this subject) , Dr. Dano is the guy! read more

My first impression of this office was superb! It's very clean, the dental hygienist was very very nice and the Dentist was very knowledgeable and professional. What kills my review is the front desk service. Called a week in advanced and cancelled an appointment due to me having to work through the time of the appointment. I get a call at the exact time of the appointment the week after and the front desk woman starts rambling on about how I never canceled and there's a $50 missed appointment fee. I went on to tell her I'm not paying anything & it ended with her hanging up on me. Let's just say I will never be going there again after that kind of phone call from a "customer service" position. I have been a patient of Dr. Dano for @ 20 years. I love Dr. Dano and think he is an amazing professional. I DON'T like his office staff. RUDE & INCOMPETENT. I was billed for a visit from 2013 in January 2016, it's the first I have heard of it. When I inquired to see if they filed the claim with my daughter's insurance, they did not know and I received this response: "Unfortunately I don't have time today to sit through and look at every detail." Really? Then don't bill people 2 or 3 years later! On top of that, they added other people's account balances to mine, of whom i don't even know! I will not be back and am severely disappointed. This place is awful. The Dr I saw (wasn't Dr Dano like I was supposed to see) told me that my teeth were so horrible that I was going to lose them all and he would be lucky to save them. He said I would need at least 8 extractions and then he would TRY to save my front teeth. I left his office in tears because of the way he made me feel. They send you a bunch of emails after your appointment trying to get you to leave them reviews on their website and on Google, so I eventually did and it was supposed to be anonymous but a few days later I got a phone call from the actual dentist of him trying to half apologize for his behavior. Plus the prices I was quoted were insane, probably because they charge more to pay for their ridiculously overdone offices and waiting room. Then after I found a new dentist, I was charged a pretty hefty fine just for a black and white print out of my x-ray. I didn't even get a digital copy or an actual x-ray image, this was just printed from a computer printer. Also, my new dentist was shocked when she heard about what I was told needed to be done. Over a year after visiting Bull Valley Dentistry, my front teeth are fixed and look great, and I've only had to get 2 teeth pulled and a couple cavities filled. No where near as much work as they were trying to have done. read more

Bull Valley Dentistry will ask for a credit card # saying if you don't give them one, they won't file your dental insurance. We gave them our # & checked the box that said to contact us prior to using. In lieu of this, they used our credit card w/o notifying us! And this was after they offered a flouride treatment they knew was not covered by insurance after the age of 19. read more

Everything everyone said about the visual of the office is spot on. I had 4 old filli gs removed and replaced and had a crown put on. Had to go in 4 visits. After the second visit i had to go back and have my new filling filed down more because my bite didnt feel right. They filed a little more still not right. After the 3rd visit my jaw started to hurt. At the forth visit i tild them my jaw was licking and hurting. They told me i had TMJ. I have never had any problem with my jaw prior going to this dentist. They told me only way to fix it is orthodontic work and asked if they wanted to set up an appointment. Hmmmm. They also told me i needed a $150 toothbrush and special paste that cost $25. The hygienist Christine broke a front tooth in half with a power scalar ---oops--and guess what ---its all my fault---no apology, no accepting and kind of responsibility. Let your teeth fall out before you go here! My three children and my wife, who have always had dental care and regular cleanings, were forced away from our previous provider because of a change in dental insurance. First ridiculous charge? Over $200 for all new x-rays that had to be re-accomplished (all four had just had x-rays accomplished within six months and our insurance only allows one per year.) We refused and they recanted. Next, amazingly, BVD found FOURTEEN cavities among the four of them! Really?! They have two dentists there - Dentist One - a sweet, young woman who cannot find a nerve with a needle, and Dentist Two - a gruff older man who manhandled my wife's face as he irritatedly consulted Dentist One on why she couldn't find a nerve! (They should be called BULLY Valley dental.) Each of the two dentists accepts different insurance, but they billed me twice for the wrong dentist - wrong insurance - at "out of network" fees. I had to catch the errors. The final straw? They charged us a fee to CHANGE DENTISTS!! By the way, BE SURE to read the filtered review - it is SPOT ON. We had all the same hidden, unannounced fees. This is the WORST Dental practice I have ever had experience with. Totally rip off! They will do work that ends up being deemed as unnecessary. Then they will force you to pay for it anyway and not take any accountability for the fact that it was never needed in the first place. When you first go there, you will think the office is very nice and "spa-like". Then you realize that you are paying for their gigantic fish tank and several self portraits of Dr. Dano and his family. The office manager, Kerry is extremely rude and condescending. I have filed a complaint with the BBB on this practice and hope other people with bad experiences do the same. People need to be highly warned before stepping into this place. read more

Would never recommend this dentist office, Dr. Dano gave me a shot of Novocaine in my mouth (possibly an artery or vein) which caused my heart to beat too fast after that fun time the next day my mouth was swollen and my face was bruised wound up going to my doctor who said I not only had an infection but some dentists will shoot directly into an area to speed up the process of Novocaine. He recommended I find a different dentist. read more

While it is a beautiful facility, don't judge a book by the cover. On first, oh and my last, visit, they took all sorts of pics...told me I should have allllll this work done. Had been going to another dentist for over 10 years, unfortunately insurance changed we had to switch...and she NEVER mentioned all this stuff. Just went to a new dentist today, and they said the same thing she did. GREAT teeth! Oh and the kicker...asked to have my x-rays emailed to new dentist. 25.00 charge...for an EMAIL..AND just to find out..they only took 4..not a whole mouth. So had to do it anyway. So just paid 25.00 for 4 x-rays. Money is all they are concerned about. read more

Ive been going to BVD for about 3 years and am shocked to read the negative reviews. Every person I had contact with at the office was nothing but professional and polite. I had extensive work done; it was painless and empathy was demonstrated through out the entire experience.When approached about extra services (something about sleep study) during a routine cleaning, I declined and that was the end of that. You cant blame the doctors for trying to make a living and being interested in the newest technologies. Dental care is expensive, period. You are paying for important services and their knowledge. Knowledge that takes years of education and practice to develop.I highly recommend BVD. read more

These people are out to make a BUCK!!! You take your kids to visit a dentist and they tell you that your kids have horrible teeth and that you need to see Dr. Dano. Why is that????? Is the dentist that did their evaluation not competent? Why are they employed there then? They just want to bill your insurance company for another visit - another way to pad their pocket. Then they tell you that your kids need their tonsils out and you better look into that. Bull Valley Dentistry gives you a preliminary list of what needs to be done and the cost. Wow is all I have to say. I took my kids to pediatric specialist and they laughed at what I told them what they wanted to charge me. I paid out of pocket - $400.00 for the pediatric dentist for both my kids. Saved me $1,000 after my insurance paid out - best decision I ever made. My niece took her kids to Bull Valley before too! Their work was half-ass and now she needs to have her kids cavities refilled since the job done wasn't a good one. Is that a ploy too? They have already charged you what your insurance will cover for the year and everything else has to come out of your pocket. Let's do a cavity that we know will break down so they come back and we can fix it and don't have to worry about insurance since they are maxed out for the year already. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE unless you have the money to throw out. Everyone at the office is very nice and professional and that is how they lure you in. If you get a treatment plan for your kids, seek a 2nd opinion. It could wind up being a very cost-effective decision for you! read more

Great office!! I think everyone who is writing bad comments are crazy cause this practice is amazing. The staff is great. The doctors are amazing and know exactly what they are doing and saying. I think their prices are fair and they are very reasonable people. They do only accept PPO plans which is good cause it's better insurance anyways with less hassle. They fit me in on an emergency the same day which was amazing because of the amount of pain I was in. I met both doctors which was nice being that I was nervous. From what I saw they see anybody and any age what looked like from 3 years old and on +. Dr Dano does Do braces which is pretty neat to think about not having to go anywhere else for Ortho and Dr.Thakrar was super sweet. I do recommend this practice and to give it a shot and not listen to these people who have had a "bad experience" if they had a bad experience it's because of themselves not this amazing practice. We saw Dr. Hauppers. My son came home from his appt and was told he had 9 cavities. This shocked me since a year before he had none. I was told that they were tiny but you should fix them right away before they develop into larger cavities. While my son was there they gave him samples which included a MI paste...My husband took my daughter there for her appt. While checking out they told him they needed our credit card on file in case our insurance company didn't pay. I've never had to do this at any dentist or dr. office prior. Isn't that why they call your insurance company? To find out what your insurance company will pay for & that you are eligible for the benefits!...2 weeks later I noticed 2 charges on my credit card. One for $26 & one for $62. I called & they said "when we looked up your insurance we see that you have a 20% copay." Which was totally not true, my coverage is 100%. It also didn't make sense since the $26 for 1 of my kids & the $62 which was for another, didn't equal 20% of their charges. Plus my other daughter & I never were charged at all. Found out that $25 of the $62 was for the MI Paste they gave my son. I said "did you tell him there was a charge for this paste?" in a snotty tone she said "I don't know what the hygienist told him, but he is 21 & it is something that he needs." I later asked my son & he said she never mentioned that there would be a charge...After my daughters appt my husband walked out of there saying how unprofessional they were. My daughter had braces & has beautiful teeth. During her appt, they sat & bashed the orthodontic job....I was out of town while my husband had a Saturday appt. On Friday night there was a snow storm & my husband was called in to plow. He returned home at 10am on Saturday morning. He called in the middle of the night & left a msg canceling his appt. Next morning I received a call saying he wasn't at his appt. I told them I was out of town & I know that he plowed all night so I wonder if he forgot the appt. or slept through it. I said can I just reschedule his appt. when I get home? She said Yes that's fine. A week later they sent me a note saying my credit card was going to be billed $50 for the missed appt. That's when I found out he had called & canceled the appt. but didn't give 24 hrs notice. I called & explained the situation but they didn't care why he missed the appt. I proceeded to tell her that when they called me to see where he was they never mentioned that he would be billed $50. If I knew that I would have called him to wake him up & get him there. I don't like how they charge you without mentioning the charges in advance...I also was told that all my fillings need to be removed. I said I'd like to get a 2nd opinion so I'd like my x-rays. They said it would be $10 for them to e-mail me the x-rays or $25 to put them on a disk. There was only 2 pictures & they wanted to bill me $10 to take 2 seconds to e-mail them. Nice customer service! I thought that once they were paid for they were considered my x-rays anyway. Well, they said this isn't the case...I sent an e-mail regarding all these problems and asked that they credit my credit card. I also asked for Dr. Hauppers e-mail so I could let her know why she was going to be losing 5 patients. I got an e-mail back from the office manager who did refund me those charges, but I asked 3 different times for Dr. Hauppers e-mail & was never given it. Hopefully she will now be able to read about these issues here...$ seems to be their driving force not the well being of their patients...I was at a party this weekend & I overheard a woman talking about how disgusted she was with this new dentist office, found out she was talking about Bull Valley. She had some of the same issues, they billed her credit card as well & she was also billed the $25 for the paste without her knowledge. BEWARE! read more
