All of the negative info google review writes is true and then some. The initial contact is…read moreabsolutely sub-standard with high pressure sales men who's mission is to take advantage. The quality of the product and work are also substandard as 3yrs later nails still fall onto my driveway, yard. The color used is not close to what I chose. The value is appalling as the price does not begin to be in line with the value of the products or the work. If you want to be lied to multiple times then this is definitely the company for you.

If your windows need done, do not use Dabellas! They are liars and they're rude!…read more I've witnessed first hand, a family member set up to get a free quote. Everything sounded nice! The biggest red flag was that the guy, was SOO EAGER for the sale and contract to be signed. Family member said I would like a day to go through the contract and make sure everything is good. He said, well I don't want to write up the contract if you're not going through with it. Red flag! The sales guy told family member that it has 50 yrs warranty. Tried telling family member a quote for 25k. Sales guy then calls the boss, " Hey man here with "family member" wondering if they can get a better deal! He's big on honesty and we spoke man to man". The boss then quoted 16k bc apparently there's 2 more jobs being done in the area, so it saves them a little. Well of course my family member is smart (also works in sales). Used chat gpt to help break down the contract! Chat gpt of course pointed out everything wrong with the contract. Warranty is good for only 1 year! Family member called Sales guy back and said that he's very disappointed bc sales guy lied. Sales guy then of course started talking out his ass. "This is just the way I was thought. Not really sure on the verbiage used in the contract." If you don't fully understand your contract, don't sell Shit!! Sales guy calls gm, gm calls family member. Off hand started YELLING at family member, being so disrespectful. Wouldn't let family member speak. Then hung up, just hung up in the middle of trying to work it out. The company is obviously so bad. But their "tactics" to try and sell their damn windows is just awful and a trap. They were there from 6p-10p just pushing to get the contract signed. There's very little "breathing" room to fully read the contract and to back out if wanted. They're pushy, don't know how to take no, and very rude!! Please save your time and energy! Do not use Dabellas for windows!!

They kept me updated on the progress of the project, the communication was timely and precise. If I could give 3 Ropes Painting more stars, I would. It was a pleasure to work with the company that puts this much importance into attention to detail and communication to the client. THANK YOU!!

They did and excellent job…read more By above and beyond, I mean that from the beginning when we first talked about options to get my problems fixed, Justin made it happen! I had no idea that defective shingles had been used on my roof 6 years ago. Justin is very experienced and knew about the issue and either led me or took it upon himself to help get the original shingle company to pay for new materials and labor. Throughout the process, he was prompt in getting back to me, and had his crew over 5 days earlier than we originally planned. (That never happens in home construction!) In the bargain, he took care of several problems with my roof (Not related to the defective shingles.) I recommend Northridge to anyone and would use them again in a heartbeat. I have several neighbors who are also very pleased with the results on their roofs. (That's how I found out about Northridge.)
