They never come when they say they will. I had an appointment made days in advance and they just did not show up. The do not answer my text messages and would not return my phone calls. I had to call another company to do the work. The price is right for the Window Guy but the bad service and their ability to never come on time even when they do come. I had been using them for many years and I am done. It is just not worth it as my time is valuable and it is upsetting when people commit to something and then do not show up. read more

I will never use The Window Guy again. they showed up late and I'm pretty sure the owner was drunk. he acted like he didn't care that they were late and had a poor attitude the whole time they were there. just awful. read more
