The owner doesn't communicate with Alan and his attention to detail is lacking. They will bill you for work they didn't do and charge you for items they didn't install. They will change the estimate after it's been signed and change the price on things to increase their profit. Again, the attention to detail on billing and estimate is very very poor which makes you wonder is their attention to detail with installation is just as poor. I'd give them a zero rating!

They arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and worked efficiently while still paying close attention to detail. Every window sparkled when they were done -- no streaks, no missed corners. Pricing was also very fair for the quality of work and service received. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and thorough window cleaning company, Luminaco is the one to call. We'll definitely be using them again!
