Two weeks later, I emailed Mr. Hoh as a followup to his visit. He never responded to my email..... radio silence. I soon as thought that he wasn't interested in providing the service. Not sure what we did, but all we can say is Mr. Hoh, if you weren't interested in quoting on the job, the most professional thing you could have done, was politely told us and not leave us this long, over a month now, with no response. I think we were upfront with you on the diligence we perform with our subcontractors, before we hire anyone. If you don't hear from him, I am sure you will figure it out. Totally unprofessional business.

Need to tell you all about this company. (Note I don't write many reviews.. but need to share…read morethis.) My project was a Sandy Storm recovery. Todd (the owner) quoted insulation and "Air Sealing" for my home as part of the NJ energy savings program. When the numbers were crunched I ended up paying almost twice the the other insulation estimates I got BUT for an infinitely higher quality product (better insulation in the walls, sprayed cellulose and venting in the attic, foam sealing of all cracks) that will return energy savings benefits for years after the rebate was applied. Based on my calculations I will get a return for the additional cost in the first two or three years (and every other year will be additional savings!!) Their expertise is not just in Insulation and Energy Savings but in all things HVAC and general renovation. My previous GC turned out to be a shyster and Todd made himself available to help with multiple critical tasks delivering high quality in a timely and fair and friendly fashion. I recommend this company highly without hesitation and am available as contactable reference if anyone has questions.

Our 3 dogs were also deleterious affected requiring medical attention. unfortunately, the installers did not follow protocol, our house was flooded with carbon monoxide, all of our carbon monoxide detectors went off, my husband rapidly became ill (head ache, nausea, confusion). my husband and pets could have died. My husband continues to suffer sequela from this preventable event. In an effort to prevent others from potential death and needless suffering I would strongly recommend against this company.
