Eventually he was hired to repair damage to siding, reinforce the deck underneath the central A/C unit, replace rotting deck boards, and repair the railing that came loose on my deck. I also hired him to screen in my front porch. The results were adequate at best, but unbeknown to me when a couple of months later I had to demolish the deck he was suppose to advise me on fixing to discover what you will see in the attached photo - that his workers were so lazy when replacing the siding and reinforcing the railing they didn't even bother to move the railing to replace the siding behind it. Also they didn't bother to tell me the extent of the damage under the A/C where the deck attaches to the house. The finishing strips on the porch have come loose and there were other defects concerning the A/C unit, etc... will not hire again.

He took extra care and time to ensure that the grout work was correct in color, which looked great and made it very difficult to ID the old from the new. All jobs were completed to our satisfaction and looked/functioned great. Only reason for the 4-Stars is due to leaving a little bit of a mess from the frosted window replacement and regrouting. Their team performed admirably and we couldn't be happier with the results. Communication was easy, even though I was in Virginia coordinating this for a house in Louisiana. You can see from the before and after pictures how well the exterior painting job turned out. They cleaned the bricks and made repairs of rotten fascia. The job-site was kept clean, neat, and safe during the project. Minor errors were made right immediately with no argument from the team. After everything we went through due to Hurricane Ida damage (2 years of travails!), this was the final project and we are so gratified that we were able to find Quillen Construction to finish the job.
