Too bad I did not know about Garage Experts first! I could have saved myself a lot of money and…read moretime. We first painted the floor 3 years ago with poor results. I bought the "do-it-yourself" boxed system from Home Depot. It seemed simple, but I must admit, my skills were not up to par. I was not satisfied at all. I did a Google search found a locally owned garage flooring franchise in the Chattahoochee Valley area. The reviews were excellent so I set up an appointment. I spoke with Alicia and she was absolutely charming and knew her stuff. She did the initial measuring and pricing. She then brought Randy back the next time and he rechecked her measurements, but trust me, her measurements were on point. They thoroughly explained their product, process and the guarantee. They had to remove the old epoxy by grinding up the old paint and applying a new epoxy finish with 2 top clear coats. We chose the Blue, Black, Gray and White chip floor. We agreed on a fair price and I signed the contract. The installation appointment was 4 weeks later. Alicia did a great job of keeping me informed of the upcoming installation. I watched the entire process. I had several question and they answered each one with clarity. Randy and his son Cameron were on time each day, professional and very meticulous about their craftsmanship. I had the garage storage cabinets installed as well, so the entire process took 5 days. It seemed short and I actually looked forward to seeing their smiling faces every day. It's easy to see that they take great pride in their work. This is a family, locally owned franchise. My garage is now my favorite hangout. I have music and a mounted television to keep me company, whenever I am working on a project. Thank you Alicia, Randy and Cameron!!!

I understand using different vendors but I specifically wanted these and this was partially my fault as well. Again in the end we worked it out. Definitely recommend them.
