He recently had a moment of integrity and acknowledged taking the deposit and agreed to finally refund my money. But he quickly transitioned back to lies a few weeks later and still has not return the deposit. Refer to the updated screen shots of the discussion. Do not use this unethical business. The owner is significantly lacking in character. I will update this review monthly until I receive my deposit back. I found Mike on Yelp (this same page) and he's still using the same phone number that listed on Yelp. I still have an entire text string with his same business number from 2021. Refer to the attached photo of a portion of the text string with his business phone number clearly listed. Fast forward to 2026, he sends a Yelp message agreeing to "make things right" after my most recent review. Photo attached. Now he's publicly lying about not having anything on record. I also had him put a security gate on the man door to my garage, and it was not done right despite my extensive preparation with extra materials that I paid for, all brand, new materials, primed and painted and prepped for him, at the job site, and he brushed it off, saying it was unnecessary. He was wrong The security gate swings into its own frame, always has to be yanked out. It's ridiculous. I showed him and he brushed it off.
