I love that there are play areas that work for all age groups. It is the perfect stop when I need a safe, contained space to get my kids energy out regardless of the weather. The play areas are always clean, the staff is always friendly. Both times we've had birthday parties here I've told my friends after what an amazing experience it is. This time Cooper was our party assistant and he was incredible. He took our decorations when we arrived and handled everything- all we had to do was schedule the party, send invites and socialize. Also, having three kids we've gotten to go to many parties and play areas and I really feel like this is the best value. We also had the opportunity to meet the new owner and she was incredibly friendly and kind. I love the changes and renovations that have been made to further deliver a great experience. We look forward to continue being regular attendees for a long time to come!

It definitely looks and feels cleaner! They also change out the mats to maintain safety for the kids and spruce up the toys that are available to keep it fresh. The best thing or what makes them stand out compared to other indoor play places is the seating area for the grown ups with visual access of the main play area. It's the perfect place to just sit and relax especially when your kids are older and a little bit more independent. For the littles, they have a separate area upstairs which is great but I definitely recommend supervision up there. Overall one of the best indoor play places in the Springs. Great location and surrounded by shopping centers which makes it a great pit stop when already doing errands in the area.

The place lets you bring your own food in - however they do also have a take out place there selling nuggets / fries / mac and cheese. We also took pictures with Santa - hoping to use that for our holiday cards. Oh also don't forget the magic show which was fun and entertaining to watch!

The store has three levels and large beach windows on both ends, only one side allows entrance. I had been looking for a Colorado enamel pin to add to my collection and with so much merchandise, this particular gift shop caught my eye. I was greeted by a nice woman when I entered. She was at the ice cream station that is located on the lowest level of the shop. She was friendly! The store has a lot to offer! They have a large variety of merchandise. There is coffee, birthstones, t-shirts, key chains, stuffed animals, post cards, etc. I found my enamel pin which was at the second level and I didn't bother looking at the third. From what I recall the third level had more house decor, the other two had souvenirs and smaller gifts. The store is well organized. For the amount of items they sell, they utilize their space very well. There is plenty of walking space and if there were to be a crowd, it wouldn't be a problem at all. I purchased my Colorado enamel pin which was $3 or so. It was simple and I'll have it with me forever! My shopping experience went very well and I went to three other gift shops, this one was the best one!

Went to the Leprechaun Shoppe and was really excited at first. It's a charming little gift shop…read morefilled with Irish décor, imports, and even Barry's Tea--which I've actually had in Cork, so I was genuinely happy to see it. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill fast. I took a couple of photos (as many people do when they find something they like), and the man working there immediately yelled "no photos in my shop." No explanation, just a harsh tone that felt completely unnecessary and unwelcoming. I understand small shops have their own rules--but how you communicate them matters. Especially in a tourist town like Manitou Springs, where positive interactions drive business. After that interaction, we left. Out of curiosity, I checked reviews and noticed a pattern--it's not the shop people have an issue with, it's the way customers are treated. To top it off, I found the same tea online for $9.99. Didn't even get the chance to see what they were charging in-store. Bottom line: great concept, but customer service makes or breaks the experience--and this one missed the mark.
