Bugårdsparken is a great recreational area close to the Sandefjord High School, the public swimming pool, ice rink and right next to other sports arenas used by local clubs. The pond which is smack in the middle of the park is surrounded by a trail, excellent for walking, running, pram strolling, you name it. People come here on sunny days, park their cars and spend time on the trail, the playground, feed the ducks and swans in the water and enjoy their packed lunches. Family friendly to the max and a place I spent a decent amount of my childhood in, I often come back here whenever I want to enjoy a day out. read more
