This place is stellar!
We did a road trip and drove from Maura to Verdens Ende which is a 2.5 hours drive and it doesn't seem like it because everywhere you look is beautiful.
My cousin suggested going here and the day we went was perfect because it was a holiday for Norwegians and sunny. Literally the weather dictates what you wear and do.
My family prepared a picnic and off we went.
There is paid parking on a dirt lot. Make sure even on a sunny day to bring a scarf and a jacket,
You never know. On this day it was sunny thou very windy and chilly. There is public restroom which is clean and free.
There is also a restaurant on the premise overlooking the ocean and rocks.
The rock formation is stunning. The wind has smoothed out the rocks and during hot summer days, you can swim in the water.
It's very peaceful here, beautiful and every turn is a photogenic moment. A great place to go with your loved ones. read more
