Here it seems as if nobody cares, in fact they are actively avoiding customers other than those right in front of us. When we left the host asked what was wrong and we said, "Nobody waited on us the whole time we were sat." She didn't even seem concerned and just acted like we were the problem! We will not return. When we advised the waiter that the appetizer we received was not what we had ordered, his response was highly unprofessional. He went too far when he involved my young daughter in the situation, to the point where I felt it was best forme and my family to leave the restaurant immediately. I do want to mention that the on-duty manager was very apologetic and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. We went ahead and paid for the food we had received before leaving. However, the waiter's conduct was entirely unacceptable, especially regarding how he interacted with our child. I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately with the staff member involved.
