They suck, cramped. Just to dance with chicks that are boo'd up. Drinks expensive. 60 dollar buy in without membership. No tap beers.

I was in town for another show that ended up ending early so we were looking for something else to do and unfortunately for us this was the only option available. I just wanna say that this place is a rip off going in the door they're gonna try to charge you a $60 membership and then after you pay that they're gonna charge you another entry fee to get in which is a total sham. (Not worth 50 cents) Also I don't feel like this is a safe place and I don't recommend people to go here. The energy was bad, the vibes were whack, the music was bottom of the barrel. I would never even consider going to this place, the experience was laughable. Steer clear!!!! read more

The owner was the rudest person I have ever met. She literally was yelling at staff and costumer. You have to pay a $50 cover/membership for 6 months. The only way to get in is to be with a member and then pay $10 for 4 guest only. Included with the membership everyone must go through a full pat down as if you are being arrested. I have never met someone so rude in a mumu. Multiple people came out and was like why is there a line no one was in the club The staff at the front was kind and tried to explain everything until the RUDE LADY "Who is the only one allowed to yell" ( Her words) This is the worst experience I have ever had I can't believe this businesses hasn't been closed down as it seems really shady. That being said I dk what the inside is like as a couldn't give my hard earned money to a crazy woman. I feel so bad for the staff. I could never work for someone like her. read more

A very underwhelming establishment. Most people only go because the good clubs close around 2. They also don't sell hard liquor cocktails and the music lacks variety. read more

Love the privacy and the freedom to bring your own personal beverages. It's a great place to dance all into the morning hour and then have some fun with your buddies read more

Shitty bar, ugly staff, greedy owners, clueless security, waste of time, waste of ears (shiddy house music), you gotta pay for a three month membership to enter but they never tell you "every time you return there's an entrance fee"??? Also, no hard liquor (it is to be expected for the hours) BUT, you are forced to buy a minimum of two beers per person? VA NIGHT SCENE IS TRASH LMAOOOOOOO! read more

I'm a dance all night long type. Finding a venue that can accommodate is quite simply the best. Great vibes and better music! see you again this Friday Team Bugatti's Question? yall got any late night food? read more

It's nice that they are open til 5am, as most clubs and bars in this area close around 2am. You can only buy seltzers and beer after 2am which is fine, I was done drinking by that point so I didn't really mind but some of my friends do not drink those so it was a bit disappointing, but understandable. The dance floor is extremely small, and you will be packed like sardines in there. The music was good. A bad taste was put into my mouth and my friends before entering the club because the older woman working the front was disrespectful towards my entire group, did not want to help us get a membership or tell us how to pay to get in. She seemed very annoyed and hostile. We did pay for a membership thanks to someone else working the front. The "membership" you need in order to get in, it's very silly. It's $50 every 6 months but the people you bring (up to 4 people) still have to pay $10. It just doesn't make sense to have a membership and make it complicated to get in, upping the cover charge for everyone would make more sense. I'd only come back if I were completely shitfaced and felt pressured by others to go tbh. read more

We were one of the first on the dance floor but soon after, the place was packed. The DJ played an amazing set and we were impressed with the song selection and transitions. The music could have been turned down a little bit with how the speakers are placed in the middle but the "side rooms" weren't as loud which helped. Overall, we are excited to have found a place to dance the night away (literally) to electronic music! read more

Understanding what you are getting into before entering Bugatti's is going to make or break your experience. If you go in with a good attitude wanting nothing more than dancing, you're going to have a good time. I wanted to play tourist, so I went solo to see what the place had to offer. This is my story. I paid $5 to get in on a very slow phase 2 opening night. No line. Friendly bouncer. Based on reviews, I was expecting techno. But, to be more specific, the DJ was playing house classics remixed with a future house sound, and he even had an electric guitar that he riffed over some bass lines that definitely added some depth to his set. You can plug in these tracks to YouTube to get an idea of the sound that particular night: -Ghost Town DJ's - My Boo (Tom Budin Remix) -Crystal Waters - Gypsy Woman ( Jérémy Maha Remix) FUTURE HOUSE We are in a pandemic so there were about 5 people on the dance floor at a time. Thirty people in the entire place. Everyone was definitely a house head. Vibe was pinnacle. Dress code was relatively lax, I saw dudes in shorts, sneakers, and tshirts. This might be due to the lack of business that night. I have yet to stumble on any official dress code so this is my two cents: If you're a dude and you want to minimize headaches at the door, I would recommend wearing some kind of khaki pants, collared shirt and avoiding sneakers. That's my approach. Take it or leave it. Five stars because this is the spot if you need to take care of that dance festival rave itch you need scratched while you are in Norfolk, VA. read more

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Worst bar in Norfolk. They make you pay for absolutely everything including checking every single coat and cardigan. My biggest issue with this place is the bouncers have to STAND AT THE BATHROOM DOOR, making eye contact with the girls in the bathroom. We can't even close the bathroom door halfway without them kicking it open very aggressively. WORST BAR IN NORFOLK. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOUR PRIVACY. read more

I frequent Bugatti's very often, as a bartender this is one of the few places in the 757 where you can enjoy some cold beers after 2am, good house music with DJ Fox in the booth, Debbi and Donna behind the bar are very nice and attentive also friendly and funny... I saw some reviews in regard of Security, well needless to say we ALL have jobs to do... you don't mess with them and behave, they there won't be any issues... Beer prices, well... It is an after hours nightclub after all... so there's that... Bottom line, if you like house music, beer, wine and want to keep partying till early in the morning Bugatti's is the place to be! read more

Um, I don't remember much about this place, except that it's open past two and it has an oddly expensive cover charge. With all the flashing lights and the endless dance music, it felt like I was in a very small European club with a poor decorator. Can't say I'd recommend this spot, unless you're desperate for a drink after hours (and your fridge is empty). But if you make it a habit of bringing your glow rods everywhere you go, then you'll enjoy dancing your butt off here. JV read more

Terrible service, owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. Once we we were able to finally able to get cash at the slow atm (the only way to pay in 2023 at Bugattis) commented "well you were at the atm for 10 minutes" . $70 for three people to visit an after hours bar that smells like your creepy uncles basement and the owner looks like Carole baskin if she was severely ill and treats you like you just shat on her floor. But I mean by all means if you're into living a night in hell. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. You need a $50 membership to enter because of the "recent shootings" that happened months ago. They didn't tell us until we waited in line for 30 minutes. $50 for six months is not worth this place in the middle of Norfolk. read more

I will never go back to this place, first of all the security inside the club are so Rude! And think they can treat ppl however they want or they'll kick them out! For stupid reasons. This place is sketchy and worn down. It's a cash only bar and the whole venue is run down. The wall paper is literally coming off the walls and the dance floor is tiny with weird spots in there where you can stand in the corners. Overall just run down and very small read more

This is completely my personal opinion of this location. Terrible! In my opinion this whole place is a scam, everything is cash only and the business almost feels like an undercover location for something sketchy. In my opinion everything about it from the security people at the front hyping up the location to get you to sign up for a "membership" to the one lady who clearly owns the place that is the only one who handles the cash to get in is completely sketchy and scam like. If you go and see her you'll know who she is. She walks around in a mumu, in my opinion takes advantage of drunk people who have nowhere else to go and feels like she has the right to be extremely rude and mean. In my opinion the security gives off the vibe like they all know it is a scam but have no other option but to go along with it. In my opinion if you do make it in you'll wonder why there even is a line outside because there is NO ONE inside (this is allegedly from a friend who got in). Oh and in my opinion allegedly from my experience if you refuse the membership and to go in they will treat you horribly, crazy the switch up from trying to convince you to join. Did not make it fully inside to see if there was food or drinks but from the looks of the whole place and environment in my opinion I wouldn't even trust it. Overall in my opinion I fully don't recommend and in my personal opinion I think this business should be checked out for fraudulent behavior. read more

This place weirds me out. It's like it is trying way too hard to be European or something, I don't know. I'm also spoiled and I hate paying cover and there is a hefty cover fee charge here. The staff at the door was rude to me the time I went so it's like yeah, let me pay you $10 just to come in the door and then you can be rude to me on top of it, awesome. I just get all kinds of creepy vibes from this place so I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

ZERO STARZZZZZ!!!!!!! After being in town since Thursday, I wanted to blow off some steam and have a good time. After visiting upscale and guatalajuars I was very turned off by the va club scene. (I live in DC, fom Cali and my fiace is from va) they had a nerve charging $20...for what! After two strikes we thought BUGATTIS was a sure thing. Boy was I wrong. I was confronted by this rude short bald ugly old doorman telling me I had to sign up and wait two weeks for a response. The only reason I wanted to go in was because it was the ONLY place opened. It surely wasnt because of the crowd which just looked HICK. If you are of color and want to Feel discriminated against, stop by BUGATTIS :) read more

This place turned me into a hot mess and I loved every second. When the fluorescent lights flicker on at 2 am everywhere else and throw a perfectly de-soberfied me onto the streets I usually am far from ready to call it a night. Instead of hitting up IHOP along with the rest of the mass of sweaty goodness on the dance floor, my friends and I headed over to Bugatti's. They pulse with music until 6am, just about when I've lost the juice in my caboose. They play techno, which isn't typically my cup of tea, but when everywhere else is closed and you don't want to throw in the towel, it serves it's purpose. I might actually even say I only like techno at Bugatti's. It's a long, skinny club with dark corners and hallways, red paint, and an eclectic crowd. There's a $10 cover charge, but I didn't pout too much because it keeps things a little more members-only. It reminds me of a club that would be in Hostel without the creepers. Or at least just manageable ones. I had way too good of a time at Bugatti's and will definitely hit it up again. read more

Here's the T: This is an after hours bar. Bouncers/Security have to be more stringent, if you take that as rude that is your problem. Instead of being unreasonable, entitled, and rude in return you should be grateful for the service they provide. AN AFTER HOURS PLACE TO DRINK. If you want to drink late night in a place that's up to your unrealistic standards, GO HOME. read more

My buddy told me about this place after we left the Norva and all the bars closed. Kept telling me it was "weird". You have to keep and open mind. Place is fun if your drunk and trying to have a good time. The bouncers at the door won't believe your finally home after a trip to Alaska to not have a cover, so don't try. Don't spend a lot of time trying to figure out where the hell your at or what is going on. Just go here, drink, rage, and have a good time. Legit place after 2 though, crazy they stay open till six!? Sooooo rude the people who work there, I don't think they know right and what wrong. They are so mean, i have been too many places but this is the most unsuspecting place. The DJ is really garage.!! I don't feel like the owner actually cares, As long as it's one of the only clubs that stay open past 2am. That really shouldn't be an excuse to play shitty music. His mixes are atrocious. He ruins songs that are EDM that don't need mixes. Its insane that people have to pay to visit a place that they have walk right back out because they feel like they've been robbed. Zero stars for me. read more

If you're okay with dancing with creeps, having them put their hands on you, throw things at you, continue to follow you around the whole night after repeatedly turning them down, this might be the place for you. However after frequenting this club for a few months now with friends we were rudely spoken to by the owner after our last time there ( where two men were removed on account of us after one mushing me in the face with his middle finger and the other elbowing my friend on purpose and refusing to move away from us after asking while she was trying to dance JUST with us) and were told not to return because "women are always the ones causing problems in her club" her words. My friends and I used to go there to have a good time with each other, we move around all night to avoid the creepy men but they follow and can't handle rejection which causes problems. Not the women. Save your money and save your peace of mind. read more

Went here last night with a big group of friends after pour house closes and we loved it !! Really nice to have an after hours club and loved the old timey feel and look. Bugatti's was extremely disappointing. They charge you for everything within 5 steps of walking into the place. An entrance fee, mandatory coatcheck (even for a sweater), and you can't wear a hat. It's not even a fancy club to be enforcing such ludicrous rules, especially since they allow anyone to dress how they want to in there. But what really annoyed me was how rude the bartender was near the entrance to the club. I asked her for a Long Island Ice Tea, and she completely dismissed me as if I should have known they don't sell alcohol to nonmembers. How you have to be a member in order to PURCHASE ALCOHOL IN A CLUB!! To finish it all off, the music was trash and the ambience was depressing. Don't waste your time in this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! read more

The reviews on this place should say at all. I was supposed to DJ here and when I showed up the security guard was in an argument with three people at the front door. He was acting completely unprofessional. The owner was standing in the doorway and she was not even stepping in to deal with the situation. When I showed up I told them I was there to DJ. I was spinning with another DJ who is already there. She told me since he was there she had no use for me. She then tried to get me to pay a five dollar cover. This place is ridiculous and is not even worth paying a cover charge for and I'm a local area DJ. Avoid it at all costs party at your house and I'll come DJ at your house for free if it keeps you away from this place! read more

Read my review before you go here!!! The good: -It is open after all other bars in the area close. That's it. The bad: -The drinks are crazy expensive for no reason! A glass of water with no ice is $4. When was the last time you went to a bar that charged for water? -the club decor is lame and it's different and the music is ok. (Somebody's iPod was definitely playing music from a workout playlist) -there's a cover charge. Why? Nothing crazy is happening there. -the older white manager lady is a sorry excuse of an owner/ manager. She's definitely a hustler but a bad person to deal with. I was in there sitting with my friends and I was DD-one for the night. I was wearing simple sleek beanie and she came to me and said "you can't wear that hear" and snatched off my head. I told her to give it back and I'll put in my pocket because nobody told me that there was a dress code or that beanies were a no go. She replied by saying "no! You're going to put it back on! Pick it up from the bartender when you leave!" Her attitude and u professionalism as a manager was outrageous and damn near disgusting. Later that night my friend was very drunk and he fell asleep on the table I left to get him ($4glass) water. As I turned around a security was taking him outside. I followed them outside and when I aight up the bouncer informed me to let him get some air outside then he could come back. He was very respectful and nice about it. But who stepped in to show her wonderful skills as a manager!? Yup you guess it! The same lady from earlier and she started yelling at me, "hey what's that? You cant fucking have that outside! What is that what is that?" "Water" I replied. And proceeded to ask me where I got it from as if it's a cup of liquid gold I stole from their safe. She started yelling at somebody saying "tell her she can't be giving out water like this!" And stormed back inside. Now with all this being said if you choose to go here at least you have been warned. If you are obliterated and super drunk then I guess it doesn't matter, but I do not recommend this place at all!!! Terrible terrible terrible! You're better off buying liquor and hanging out at home with friends and some chill music. They should shut this place down. And definitely get rid of that lady. read more

This place is trash. The bathrooms are messy and the lock on the door doesn't work. The cover charge is way more than it at other places on a normal night (cover charge is $10) and one corona is $8. That's way too much for one beer. Plus they were "out of limes". Staff was rude. They had one person checking ids and one person taking the cover. I said hi to both and asked them both how they were doing. The security guard gave me attitude and the lady taking the cover didn't even respond. They are quick to kick someone out. Dude used his vape and then the security guard came and kicked him out. Could've fixed the issue with "just a warning". There was drama going on when my friends and we're leaving with like 6 or 7 people and a couple of the security guards. I don't know the situation but when we walked by the security guard was being really mean and demeaning to them. I don't suggest going to this place. read more

"oh you went to Bugatti's? You must have been smashed! " that is the main thing you hear when you tell someone you went. The main clients are those people that are wasted and it's there last ditch effort to party before they finally have to go home. I've been here on several occasions and each time I've gone I've hoped it's gotten better. It's usually a super sausage fest (so ladies beware) and they play the same edm. I personally believe if they fixed up the place a tiny bit and played music that the rest of the clubs on grandby play they would have a massive increase in earnings. Instead of we are the only place open so deal with what you get type attitude they have. Honestly, I don't even know how this place is still open. Maybe some new management? read more

Sketch. Overpriced drinks. Not worth a cover. Only reason to come here is after hours.

LOVE Bugatti's! Being a bartender that's relatively new to the area, I was esctatic to find a bar that's still open when I get off, it's usually 3am, and the only place I could have a drink was my house.....They were pretty packed, so I figured it would take forever to get a cold beer, but I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was served, great music (live DJ) I found my new favorite bar! ....definitely getting 5 stars from me! read more

So the security guard with the dreads, lies on patrons because he thinks he's a big shot I suppose. I've been coming here on and off for 6 years because it's the only after hours and have never had an experience like the one I just had. The owner, Bernie wanted to hear nothing I had to say. She did listen after I pretty much begged her to allow me a word. Aside from it being an over done techno infused over priced drinks last resort atmosphere, the security is bottom of the barrel. After tonight, I am officially done giving this place my business I urge you all to find some place else to go, or just go home. If I could single handedly close these doors, I would. read more

Found out Bugatti's was open after two and were out celebrating the return of a buddy from overseas. We went and found that it was charging a ridiculous cover charge and the drinks were terrible. I had been in this place for 4 times. After each of my visits, I regretfully promise myself that I'm never gonna comeback but in reality it's the only after hours club available in the area. During my first visit, two of my lady friends were offered hard drugs while they were smoking cigarettes right outside of the place. My friends reported to the manager lady, she replied "it's not my responsibility." Next time when we were there the men's bathroom flooded all over the club. Also a few days after my final visit(past Saturday) I realized my credit card was charged 76 dollars instead of 16. I still haven't been able to reach them, and even if I manage to reach them, I'm not sure if am I gonna be able to get my money back.
