Meaning he wanted to prioritize other jobs and would rather piss me off, than to piss them off. Fine. I wanted to part ways amicably, but then he told me how much he was going to refund my deposit for. The deposit was $26k. He said he made a path to the site on property, and made the sand mound. He claimed it was fully approved by the SEO and thus his work was worth $17k. I found a new septic installer, got a quote, then told them the sand mound was completely done. They started work, and refunded me $4k, stating the SEO was not happy, and they had to get more loads of sand delivered. All I know for sure is that Josh 1. Delayed my project with excuse after excuse. 2. Bailed on it eventually, stating he had too much work on his docket. (showing his excuses were garbage to begin with, he simply took on too much work) 3. Lied about the state of the work he had done. 4. Did not refund me an adequate amount. Even assuming the new septic installer over-charged me, more than 4X the price of the work? unlikely. When I asked for an accounting of the $17k work, he refused to send it. When I asked him why the new installer claimed it was only $4k of work, he said they were lying. When I told him the SEO said the sand mound was not correct as he had claimed, he ghosted me. It seems to me he took on too much work, then instead of making things right, lied about the state of work, and under-refunded me.

cwprice company used my property to cut trees on my neighbors property. at no time did cw price…read morecompany secure permission from the owners to use my property. i returned home and found several large trucks in my driveway. i told brett price he did not have my permission to be on my property and that his equipment would damage my driveway and he needed to leave. he said" i was told you would be cranky". which i found disrespectful and rude. it took in excess of 20 minutes to remove all the equipment from my driveway so i could pull in off the street and park my truck. 2 days later i checked my property and noticed large ruts in the lawn, fresh cracks in the asphalt and the driveway was covered in sawdust, pine cones, tree bark and wood chips. meeting was set to discuss damages and i see both brett and the neighbor walking behind my garage. dont know why they were on my property again without permission. brett price denied responsibility for the damages to my asphalt driveway. i said "im not going to argue with you have your insurance rep contact me by business close Friday". i gave him my contact info and requested he have his insurance company contact me. CWPrice company made no attempt to fix the damage caused by their heavy equipment. CWPrice made no attempt to adequate clean up their mess left on my property, i finally spent 4 hours cleaning up after them. two weeks have passed and still no attempt by the company to fix the damage they caused, even after several emails and comments on their Facebook page. i would give Zero stars if possible.
