This business spends no time with clients and expects you to come in and sign, pay and move out. They don't want to take time to check tax laws that affect disabled vets much less retired veterans. They are the most unprofessional ax agency that I have ever ever dealt with. First, we were charged an extra $100 for them to do an amendment to our taxes for a mistake that their employee Nina made when she could've easily resubmitted our taxes with the corrections. When we asked to see Mr Bull, he called us back and we to voiced our concerns about his incompetent employee Nina and said he would relook our taxes and once again when we called to come review them long behold it was the employee that messed up our taxes. Unprofessional, rude and very uncaring business. It's all about the money.....for them!!
