Great food, excellent service, and super clean atmosphere. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and seated super fast. Our sever Jabari is the best. We always go for lunch on Tuesdays and always leave full and happy. Shout to Jabari for being so attentive and always making us feel welcome. Ohh and a special shout out to the manager and kitchen staff the food was amazing. "Ten out of ten I definitely recommend." read more

I've been here twice. It's pretty clean and well kept. Service was good and the food was okay. The time I ordered to go was not bad and my food was ready exactly when it said it would be. read more

Good food and beer, but slow service. I finished my first beer and ordered a second one, it was almost 20 minutes before she brought it over. Our waitress walked by the table over half a dozen times and kept telling g me she was goi g to get it and then helped other tables. At least the wings and ultimate nachos were delicious. read more

No idea of how a restaurant should work. Plenty of tables plenty of servers said they weren't seating anyone because the kitchen could not catch up. Continued to take phone orders and to go orders. That's not how you make money. You lost all of the alcohol and drinks sells you would have gotten. Your servers did not get tips from the tables that were not sat. Front of house staff mocked anyone who complained. One even told someone that they were not chick fil a. Surprise! It's is game day! How many months have you know that this was coming. Manger couldn't care less, had no idea how to manage a restaurant or even how math works! read more

Brynn was our server and she did such a great job. Brought every refill without asking, was so nice, and overall took great care of us.

Outstanding and very pleasant would recommend it to everyone. foo was hot and quickly delivered

This Buffalo Wild Wings really needs better management. It seems like there's only one server working, and everything takes way too long -- from ordering to getting food or even a drink refill. I genuinely feel bad for the server because he's clearly trying his best, but there's no sense of urgency from anyone else here. The whole place just feels poorly run and unorganized. Definitely disappointing experience. read more

we walk in and got seated they weren't busy only a few tables were taken and they sat us right next to the large table with children ( not the big issue) but we sat and waited looked over menu waitresses walks by with food for large table and go to check them out. walls back then starts bussing tables while we are sitting next to her no one had gotten our drink order and waited on us at all. we were their for 15 mins and with only a hand full of tables taken up. poor service lucky to even get a 1 star review. read more

Could not ask for a better restaurant in Starkville! The food tasted amazing as always even walking in you feel the vibe of a sports bar but even feel more welcome coming in. There was a young man at the front that took us to our table I think he said his name was Jackson but he made sure to accommodate me and my family! As the night went on a young lady came to the table and made sure that our food was good and introduced herself as Thea, her warm personality made our night even better. As the night went on our server was quick with everything from drinks to the food and their personality was very genuine. We got ready to leave and everyone told us good bye and even Jackson at the front opened the door for our family. 10/10 would come here not only for the food but for the atmosphere!!! read more

I wanted to sit outside in patio since nice day outside. Waitress said no one available to serve out there. I then requested that I could order food at bar and I'll take my own food to patio since I can walk inside if I needed anything, however they then just said patio is closed. Terrible service. Going to mugshots instead where their patio is open. Why build a patio and have TVs on outside if the patio is closed? read more

We were at this location last night and 2 people in our party had a little to much to drink. They were singing, I was in the bathroom, and the manager cut the entire table off. She never came up to us and told them to settle down or she was going to do it. She just told our server and the bartender to cut us off. The entire table, except the two i mentioned had o Lu had a few drinks! Servers were entirely sorry but the manager had a chip for some reason read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a chain, and I've noticed deep variations between locations. This one is one of the better ones I've been to While it's not my favorite wing place in Starkville, it is still pretty good. We got an appetizer of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks, which were half off when we went. The pickles were good, and the sauce we had with them was extremely good. The mozzarella sticks were fried good, and were stringy in the middle. The marinara was alright, definitely chain style marinara. I only get traditional wings, as wings without bones aren't wings. That's fried chicken breast. The wings they give you have a pretty good size. I get them with blue cheese because ranch is the worst sauce ever invented. Their beer prices and happy hour specials are great. The TVs inside can have on any game you want. It's a great place to have a beer and watch any game. read more

Came in at 11:50 to sit down with two. It is Saturday and they do not close till 1. They informed me they were not sitting anyone. I do not understand why they stopped seating a hour before they close. Honestly unacceptable. It's so bad I want to give you a zero but that's not possible, so I give you a 1 read more

Service is TERRIBLE every time we've come here. Today after our server took our order, she never came back until we were almost done with our food. I had to stop another server to ask for refills for drinks. Last time was even worse. I had to get up and ask for napkins, silverware, refills, & sauce. We used to sit at the bar and always had good service, but with kids that's no longer an option. I work in the restaurant industry so I know how it is, but you have to check on your tables more than once for their entire meal. read more

The food is good. Service is awful. I think we had a new waitress. So I am lenient because I have been a server before. Nobody is helping her knowing that she is possibly new to my recognition or even helping a co-worker because they can tell she is behind. A table to our left got an appetizer before they even got drinks. Management needs to develop some team work in that restaurant. Train your workers to help each other and the restaurant would operate fine. I watched 3 people sit behind the counter while they could've been helping people who need help. read more

Today we had the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. We were the only table in the entire restaurant at 1:30pm. The waitress was so rude, never smiled, took 20 minutes to bring out our sodas while she cleaned other tables instead, slammed our drinks down on the table, we waited 25 minutes for our cocktails that she never brought to us so we just canceled, then threw the receipt at us. My friend ordered mild wings that were the hottest wings I have ever eaten so she sent them back just to receive even HOTTER wings. We asked to speak to the manager who just sat down in a booth the entire time watching TV and basically told us we were lying about the wings being hot. He never once apologized or showed any sincerity or care AT ALL. I expressed that all 7 of us are servers and I am a manager at a restaurant and before I said anything else he pointed in my face and told me I will NOT tell him how to do his job. We were never rude or disrespectful throughout our experience. The bartender Bethany came over and was the sweetest, she saved our experience by being so kind and bringing us our checks. The manager comes back over to inform us that his "stupid idiot kitchen workers mislabeled the mild sauce as WILD sauce." So in the end, we were correct about the mistake and it should have been addressed the first time like an adult instead of him getting defensive. This old white manager needs to LOSE HIS JOB. Do NOT go to this location unless you want to be treated like shit on the bottom of a shoe.I am disgusted at this service. read more

My favorite place for wings! My server was super sweet. She provided recommendations and even told me how to get free food in their app!

I'm a local Dasher for Doordash to give you a feel of my line of work. The cashier of this date 03/11/2020 around 7:48pm to 7:50pm. I asked the young lady "may you check on my order please" she looked and stared at me with a cold look and said "It's not ready yet". Her name is V so the other employees say since no one wants to say her name. There's literally no more then 20 or less customers attending to night at this play of business. It was very unprofessional of a staff member to treat a person like that. At the least she could have walked in the kitchen and acted like she checked on my order instead of being rude and blowing me off. read more

Management left because it was sold. Obviously noticed when I sat down and the staff didn't care about the customer.

Here for a quick bite pre-game. Seated immediately, however we did ask to move out from under the large screen on one end of dining room to empty tables near middle of room. Order was taken promptly and food arrived quickly. I split the House Sampler appetizer (Ultimate Nachos, Mozzarella Sticks, Onion Rings and Boneless Buffalo Wings) and added an order of French fries. All were fairly typical of BDubs usual fare. Even splitting the app was plenty for both of us. Drinks were kept filled and waiter checked on us well. Will likely return next season when in town for games, not every week but for a change of pace. read more

My first visit to the new BWW in Starkville went pretty well. The food and service was par on any other BWW's. Our beer glasses stayed full and our orders were completed to perfection. My uncle even asked for his sauce on the side and that's just how it came. The staff seemed friendly and our server (the bar tender) even chatted with us for a bit about his favorite beers. I will say that it has to be the nicest one that I have seen to this day. They also have TVs GALORE, they even have TVs in the waiting area. I love the location also, its close to campus which makes it a perfect quick stop for a beer and wings before a game. read more

This restaurant never ceases to satisfy me! The wings are amazing and the atmosphere is EXACTLY what you would expect! Surrounded by TVs and a lively staff, my experience here is always a good one! I will say that the macaroni and cheese isn't too great but hey, the other food makes up for it! The staff is attentive and helpful! What more can you ask for! Highly recommend! read more

BBW is a chain, to some a mega-chain, which loosely translates to - "It's pretty hard to screw this place up". That being said how does a chain stand out if for the most part it's cookie cutter? It comes down to the people, be it staff or customers. this location nails it, from our waitress that brought over a sample of all of their sauces, to the unique beer selection to everyone in the place that greeted us, they get it. Also Tuesday night is .65 wing night. read more

The lack of management has this place a mess. It takes over 30 minutes to be sat. The servers do not care about the wait time of the customers. The place says it's a server down but yet we see servers sitting down doing silverware and chatting around the bar area instead of server if the customers. It's the managers job to manage the restaurant even when short handed not shit the dining area down because they do t wanna work. read more

Came here for lunch today with some friends. We all ordered off he lunch menu which is "guaranteed to be out in 15 minutes or less." We took out our phones for fun to time it. First off, it took over 20 minutes to get our food. Once we got our food it took them another ten minutes to bring me my side which I kindly reminded them about at least four times. One person got there food about five to ten minutes after the rest of us. Our waiter seemed to disappear at random and it took a while to get refills since we could not find him. I love BWW, but the service was lacking for sure today. Might need to double check the 15 minutes or less lunch special. read more

The food is good but the service is not good at all. The workers are rude and seem to not care about their jobs. Although closing at 11, they've recently stop taking orders an hour before closing time when I have order up until 10:30 in the past. The food is delicious and the service is great, but it seems like the managers or owners do little to nothing about big problems. There has been a leak at the bar for weeks now, so it literally rains inside when it rains. The patio as well as the tvs have been out of use, which is pretty important at a sports bar. I hope the owner starts to actually give a crap about the conditions the employees and customers have to deal with. read more

Would not split sauces on a wing order as most do. Did not bring the complete order, and it took till the end of the meal to bring out the order of fries they missed the first time. Completely rude waitress, and what was the response to the poor service? Automatically adding a 18% tip. Asked to speak with manager and was told she was too busy to visit. Probably good for a beer and a ball game but avoid the wait staff for food. read more
