We chose BWW for its reputation that it can handle teams relatively quickly. We had about 17 people in our party and it took over an hour and a half to get our food. When it arrived it was cold. The restaurant wasn't even half full. We watched our waitress spend about 15 minutes chatting with her friends. The manager mumbled an excuse about the poor service because they were "swamped," didn't address our complaints, and just walked off. read more

This experience was a disaster. We came inside and found only a few other tables, and were seated right away. Our server came by, got our drink orders quick, dropped off part of our drink order and asked if we were ready for food orders to be placed and we asked for a quick minute before she rushed off. The Dr. Pepper I ordered tasted off, I think they mixed up the BIBs in the back (I drink Dr. Pepper daily), another member of our small group speculated there was no carbonation in the tank. He never got his Pepsi, and I ended up just asking for water to replace the soft drink. When she finally came back, it was after we started somewhat loudly discussing if we should just get up and leave. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, it didn't seem worth waiting for. She came by and made a comment about how she took "a minute" much too overzealously. We placed our orders, and the apps came out quickly and correctly- no complaints there. The burger the one guy ordered wasn't cooked right and had really pink bacon on top, he wasn't able to eat much of it. He also didn't get the lemon pepper seasoning he requested for his fries. My 20 boneless wings were ice cold by the time they got to our table, somehow colder than room temp. I desperately flagged down a more veteran waitress and asked for her help, and she was quick to get it handled. When my wings came back out, I let them know that my fries had also been cold and appeared to have the seasoning that my friend was missing, and they remade both of our orders. While remaking, they took the vegetables I specifically asked for off my tray as well as all of my ranch. It was exhausting to wait until everyone else was done to be able to start eating and still not have what I actually asked for. The remake wings were also painfully lacking in sauce, which was disappointing. If I wanted to dip chicken tenders in a little bit of sauce, I would have just ordered that. Something isn't right with portioning if I can see that much breading on wings. While they did take a few bucks off of my check, this was a bad enough experience I wouldn't have returned. If I had been the manager, I would have comped the whole ticket as I didn't get to eat as my food didn't come out til everyone else was done eating. I would absolutely not come back, and will not be recommending this location to anyone I know. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Buffalo 20 Boneless Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan

Don't get me wrong, the service and ambiance were great. We downloaded the bdubs app and played the games on the tv, watched sports, it was very fun and the employees were very catering. However, upon waking up this morning I found out I have food poisoning. The only thing I ate that day was Buffalo Wild Wings. I'll spare you the details of what's going on but essentially I am very disappointed and I frankly feel horrible. Although I really enjoyed the food, I will not be coming back for awhile in fear of repeating this current state I am in. I am not seeking retribution, or coupons, I just want to inform people that this place may cause food poisoning. read more

Only thing we got that was warm after 35 minutes was the appetizer. Less than half of the resturaunt was full and the service was almost non existent. The there was an unpleasant greesy smell that you get to take with you as it clings tonyour clothes. I am 60 years old and look every bit of it but still had to go back to the car to get my ID (great company policy). The ID part will keep me from going back and the other parts should keep anybody else from going in the first place. read more

Food may be good, but waiter insisted on checking our IDs even though we were all over 65 years old. one in our party didn't have an ID and was refused drink service. read more

Typical BWW experience, though this location was DEAD. There were only a few other parties seated.

The food is amazing. Had the sampler because I couldn't make up my mind. No regrets!! Also, was having a bad day and my server was so freaking awesome! Her name is Taylor and she deserves a raise. read more

There was spider webs that were ruining my appetite and it was really gross to look at. Service was alright but they were all really quiet. Like I was the ambiance and atmosphere was brutal, especially the patio spot. read more

Walked into this BWW location around 6:40 on a Sunday night. There were 2 servers working with about 6 tables in the dining room. We stood at the hostess stand for about 10 minutes without being greeted. We then sat down in the dining room and didn't receive any help for another 15. Both servers noticed us but neither came to take our order or ask us if we had been helped. Based on this experience I would not recommend dining at this location. read more

Manager removes paying customers for wanting to change the channel on the TV. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!! read more

I had the boneless wings, and I could eat them in two or three bites. Kind of small. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for six wings. Probably not going back to this establishment. For waiting so long, I was given a 15% discount. That's pretty much next to nothing for what we had to deal with. read more

Don't let the previous negative reviews scare you away! I don't traditionally write reviews, but I feel that this location deserved some positive recognition. Prompt service Quality, hot, and to order food delivered to the table Smiles, friendliness, and attentiveness 10/10 read more

Went there once and the inside is real nice and chill and the food was pretty good but the service wasn't that well, just took a long time to get little thing we asked for like ranch and carrots, refills, etc. probably wouldn't go again. read more

My salad eventually came out after 25 minutes. A simple caesar should not take that long. As if that was bad enough, I ordered a medium order of wings. It took 40 minutes. The manager came by and I expressed my thoughts in a polite way. He said he would look into it and never came back. It's unfortunate that a place this nice can't get the kitchen functioning correctly. I'd avoid this place until they can get better management. read more

Dined here yesterday. Wasn't brave enough to try one of the locals do I went to what I know. Tried and true. Service was excellent, food came fast and was very good. Just the way I like it. read more

Don't know what was worse... the food, service or atmosphere! Sat at the bar. Took five minutes before they acknowledged me. Finally ordered a drink and they brought me the wrong drink. Ordered traditional wings well done and they came bloody raw. The side salad was mostly some ground up filler. The place was not busy but the TV sound was stupid loud. Won't ever come back! read more

We're a family of 5 and have been to this location multiple times and have always had good service. Good food. Pretty decent wait time after order has been put in. Kids love the tablets to play on. Waiters are always nice. We will visit many, many more times. read more

I would rate this as a zero...we have tried BBW 6 times across America. Only happy one time because of an employee. We were greeted fine. Received beer quickly sitter at bar. Ordered apps and wings. Queso came out cold. We told the food deliverer, they replaced. Second queso cold. Wings slightly undercooked but flavor was good. Waitress still has not checked on us for another beer, if food is okay and we are almost done. Complained about queso and they removed from check. Bartender apologized but it was too late. Never given plates or napkins for wings. Grabbed bar napkins. Bartender did not check back enough and we sit at the bar for this reason. We have never not tipped a waitress, this was a first. We are DONE with BWW across the country. Something is not right with this franchise read more

Service wasnt great. Messed up my order. Missed bringing out my salad. This is our third attempt with same results. We won't be back. You are way too overpriced for shit service and food. read more

Worst service ever. Worst experience overall. Incompetent manager and staff. Waited 2 hours for our food. Never got food had to leave without eating. read more

Ordered lunch, seemed to have a few extra wings :) score! Food was good, will be going back. Always good about our kids x3.

I got the "snack" size when I saw the prices. I spent $7.74 for a 5-piece which is actually just 2-1/2 cut wings. That's over $3 for a chicken wing. I guess they must focus on the sauces because the chicken doesn't have much of a coating or options to get something like that and I don't like dipping my chicken so wasn't that great and not for me. Friendly person waited on me. Whenever I see the restaurant, it always strikes me how dark and closed the place looks. I bet they would get a lot more business if they redesigned their look. read more
