2nd time here. We came again at 4 pm on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded, and on Thursdays there is a BOGO boneless wings so we came for that too. We ordered the All American Cheeseburger and the 30 piece boneless wings in Asian Zing, General Tso's, and Chipotle BBQ. The burger came out pretty fast and was still pretty good. It was juicy, fresh, and flavorful. It was a little bit overdone but nothing to be too picky about. Definitely go for this if you like messy and juicy burgers. The wings were not as fresh and hot as last time, so they weren't as good. The general tso's sauce was not that great, it tasted a little weird. Would still recommend the Asian Zing as a nice sweet and sour sauce and Chipotle BBQ for a little bit of kick. Wings come with some veggies to help cut through the grease which is a nice touch. Service today was a bit slow. Honestly it looked like there was really only one waitress serving everyone, and she checked in on us and always made sure we were okay. However, since she was the only one really checking in and helping other tables, it still ended up being slow. And when we tried to pay the bill, we talked to a lady and she said to call our waitress to pay... The interior is like a casual sports bar with lots of sports TVs inside. It is clean and set up nicely. For $18, getting 30 wings on Thursday, it's a pretty good deal. The wings are also pretty good if you order the right rubs, above average but not amazing. We noticed right away -- the new menus, specials, and new presentations. When a restaurant like BWW goes to the expense to make new menus, offer happy hour drink/ food specials and create new appealing food presentations they are trying to increase their brand loyalty. I know this because I am in the industry. After our last visit, I believe BWW needs to pay less attention to their branding and invest more into their customers, better quality control and fix their staff problems -- especially at this location. According to other Yelp reviews, I am not alone in my opinion. This is really is sad for us. This BWW location has been in our "eating out" rotation for over three years now. "Typically" we get good food, good service, and "typically" we are happy, we have been loyal customers and tip well ... but the last two visits have been very disappointing. This last visit literally made me mad. Yes, we were seated quickly, and yes, our waiter, Gordon, greeted us. We eat here so often that we were ready to place our order. The wings came out, and all of us said at the same time, "The wings are cold?" Gordon stops by to ask if everything is ok. We said, "No!" We explain that all of our wings were cold. He simply smirks and says he's really sorry about that. Hmmmmm??? We sat there for a minute ... thinking he would send over a manager.. but he didn't. We ate the wings anyway. The wings were ok but not fresh and hot as we expected. Every time we looked around to ask for extra napkins, drink refills or ranch, Gordon was either talking in the corner with the other wait staff or upfront flirting with the hostesses. The next time he came around .. I asked for a manager. He says, sure, there are a few of them around. No manager ever showed up. Not sure if he actually asked for one to come to our table? Gordon comes back with the check and says, "Yeah, sorry about the cold wings, so yeah." Our teenage daughter bust out laughing and said that was so flipped and salty, lol. Bottom line, we did not enjoy our evening out. It was a total waste for us! If the food quality and service are not reliable it is not worth visiting just for the ambiance. I visited the Plano location on February 27, 2025 at around 6PM for dinner with me and my wife and kids. After placing our order we proceeded to sit there for an hour. We were checked on only twice and after waving down our server to figure out what was taking so long she proceeded to tell me that they lost our ticket and our order wasn't being made yet. At this point we decided to leave the location and eat somewhere else. This happens constantly in the DFW area and at this point BWW has lost my business forever. read more

Heading into this BW3s in Plano, I was expecting the same great service I've received in the past in college and traveling for work. Ended up leaving very disappointed in the long wait time and lack of customer service. The worst feeling for a simple pickup order is to arrive on time at the designated pick up time (7:10pm on a Thursday night) and watch all the other customers who arrived after you pickup their order first. It ended up taking 20 minutes to get my order which I finally picked up at 7:30pm after being told every 5 minutes it'll be another 5 minutes (see expediting ticket attached to this review). Matthew (the pickup employee) was working as hard as he could with every order but the kitchen must have been completely lost and disoriented since he kept coming back telling me it would be another 5 minutes. Normally, I could care less about waiting , but I had my family in the car waiting (my wife and 2 toddlers), I will second guess my next visit at this location if I do ever go back. You can see on the attachments for the expediting ticket that the order didn't look like it was put in until 7:06pm, 4 minutes before the time I was told to come pick up my food. It took 26 minutes (as shown on the ticket) to even get my food out. Last but not least, when I finally got my order, Matthew didn't care to say thanks for waiting or sorry for the wait - maybe I'm expecting too much from restaurants nowadays, but a little social/customer service basics would go a long way and make up for the wait. read more

THIS ONE is able to keep the staff motivated, keep up with the orders, and more importantly able to make sure customer satisfaction is EXACTLY where it need to be regarding a chain environment let alone a stand alone location. I highly recommend Morgan and Brian as they are more than welcoming each and EVERY time I visit, whether alone or with a group of 9+. The friendly environment of this locations is FAR above any other location I have visited over my many years of visiting locations nationwide. My first time at this location because I came with a group of friends on a Thursday night. It was suprsingly busy but I assumed its because of that 65 cent boneless wing special. This time since there was a deal I decided to try it out plus they had a new flavor called korean bbq and I wanted to see how it was. Our waitress was super busy and she had some trainer with her so they were pretty slow at coming. Our table had to ask for our check, more waters, extra orders to random people passing by since our waiter was no where to be found. Our food came out fast and we got our appitizers first. The mozzerella sticks were actually pretty good, gooey and stringy. It was probably my favorite out of everything I ate there. My boneless wings were very disappointing.. so much breading and it was so hard in some areas that biting down felt like I was biting down on brick. Some of my boneless wings was literally no chicken but just a huge chunk of breading.. My korwan bbq sauce was so salty I couldnt even finish it after one piece. I wasn't sure if it was because of the breading that made it more salty or if it literally was the sauce it self. Either way bad! Never again. Sticking with asian zing! I am not sure if bww has changed their formula but the spice level seemed more spicy than I rememeber. The asain zing and mango seemed twice more spicy than I remembered. Asain zing used to be this sweet sauce and now its got a kick. Mango habenero is more spicy and a little disapointing because its more spice than that sweet mango and just burned going down. This location seems to be understaffed each time we go. In terms of the food, I keep forgetting how salty the sauces are. I crave mango habanero and end up going here or elsewhere...but man why is it so salty. The potato wedges are what saves the day, but it still gets pretty salty after the next bite. Came for weekly date night in addition to offer for Teacher Appreciation Week discount. Our server was good and our food was good minus the nachos needing more cheese. We order an appetizer Sampler, we would order everything again except the nachos that was dry. We ordered side sauces for dipping not realizing that each one would be a 60cent charge after we asked to substitute the original sauces that were marked as spicy. I've been to the Plano location many times and always left satisfied. Tonight my family and I experienced one of the worst customer service. We got seated and got our order in by Delaney , we were left unattended and had no updates on our order. Waited 30 minutes and Delaney showed up to bring only one plate , no silverware no napkins, we waited and someone else brought out the rest of the order. Came by asked if we needed anything we got 2 drinks Delaney dropped them off and disappeared for what seems to be the longest 30ish minutes. We had to ask another server for to go boxes and asked to call Delaney over for our checks. Not to mention she left her other tables dirty after customers left. I was craving for wings and this place was right on my way home and we stopped for dinner. Walking inside the first time, I was impressed, with the whole place, lots of TV's, great place for games night and ETO. So, we ordered some wings and some appetizer. Stuffed jalapeños & fried pickles, which was so good, crispy any tasty. Wings came out wonderful but mine was tasteless, kids love there's. the fries was okay. I ordered drinks on the rock which was good. It was a wonderful place to visit! I will visit with my girls next time. Our server was great, thanks you. Eh...i like the concept and prefer the flavors of a BDubs, however service really varies by location I'm not sure why it varies so much. This is not one of the better ones even though it is routinely busy, which i chalk up to the name. We went for lunch later in the day and it wasn't busy though it still took several minutes for someone to greet us. The server was just kinda slow and didn't seem interested in really serving us. This place is poorly run! Came in at 8:30 with a party of 4 to watch the UFC fight while we ate. Fight we wanted to see started at 9:15 but we still had not been seated! Fortunately the fight was short and we promptly left, went next door and ate at Chili's! Over HALF the tables in the restaurant were empty the entire time we waited! We could have been seated (along with the 5 other parties who waited well over 45 minutes) at any number of empty tables. I completely understand staffing issues, but we could have simply been seated without standing and waiting for 45 minutes!! During our 45 minute wait we watched tables full of people finish their food, leave and tables be cleaned... just for all waiting people to stare at empty tables! Pathetic! I've eaten here assuming that they would be better than WingStop, for some reason. The mango habanero sauce is really thick and good. Their wings are not bad, pricey, but not bad. However, can someone answer me this question; why do their wings smell like wet dog??? Are these old wings you are serving? I especially notice this bad smell on BOGO on Tuesdays. I know chicken can have a smell sometimes, but this is a bit much. If you don't believe me, bite into one or two every time you order there and smell one after you've bitten into it. The smell will turn your stomach. I don't like to eat stinky foods. But again the mango habanero is great. (Better than Wingstop which is something I guess.) Playing it safe at a work meeting over lunch, I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. I have to say I'm impressed with the menu options for those who don't want wings. However, my Santa Fe salad had an equal amount of shredded cheddar as it did lettuce. That's weird. The chicken was also slightly tough - grilled just a fraction too long. Altogether I didn't have the fresh healthy lunch I'd hoped for which was disappointing. Racially rude staff with a racially rude leader with a title "manager" ! Sunday night 1/2/2022 at 9pm. My son and his friend (2 white guys) + 2 other friends (black guys) went to get food here. One of the black guys asked to get hot fries as his fries were cold. The waitress seemed irritated, took the basket and came back 20 seconds later with the same cold fries. The guy said the fries are still cold. The manager came out and offered to get him hot fries but it would take 3 minutes. Ok. Then the waitress came out and served the hot fries. I ordered a mix of spicy bbq and garlic Parmesan wings, and I was given buffalo and garlic Parmesan. As a server I understand how mess ups happen, but the server told me I ordered spicy garlic and that she repeated herself when the order was taken. I was with two other people who knew she did not repeat herself as she was shaking her head to get the iPad to work. She gaslighted me, and said thats what I had ordered when two witnesses say otherwise. She did not give her name, but she was larger build and had very short hair and gauge earrings.
