Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings for serving me a raw chicken sandwich. This was after waiting over 55 minutes for our food. Spend $130 for my family to eat and myself to get food poisoning.

    I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger

The all-American cheeseburger comes with lettuce, tomatoes, mustard all this had was cheese and bacon. It's not supposed to come with bacon.

Ive come to accept the decline in quality of food and service at bdubs locations when you comepare to the earlier days in this companies history. But even with that being said i still visit from time to time. And this vist in particular has restored my faith in the the franchise. Our server was amazing and super friendly. Food came out fast and prepared to levels that corporate with be satisifed with. This really was the kind of visit you hope to have when you visit any resturant for that matter.

    Nice

The food was delicious it took mins 15:s36.07 for the food to come to my table and it took s16.41 for my drink to arrive and this place has good service and songs but the wings were a little too spicy

Take out order. The wings were not the flavored ordered and were very dry. The fries were bland, dry and cold.

The outdoor area is huge and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We especially loved sinking into the comfortable rocking chairs, the perfect place to kick back with a drink in hand. The overhangs and fans kept everything cool and breezy, which made hanging outside even more enjoyable on a warm day. One of our favorite features was the outdoor ordering window. It's so convenient, especially if you're visiting with your pup--you never have to leave them behind just to grab another round. The whole place has a fun, welcoming vibe with great music setting the tone. While we didn't sample the food this time, it was definitely tempting, and it's nice to know it's available if you want to make an afternoon of it. Drink-wise, Commonhouse nails it. While beer is their specialty (and they have a solid selection), they also offer a frozen drink and a few seltzers for those who prefer something a little different. And for the pups? They've thought of that too, with outdoor water stations so your dog can stay refreshed right alongside you. All in all, it's a truly pet-friendly spot with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. It's quickly become one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy Charleston with Luna by our side.

I've now worked my way through some of the other menu items like the brisket grilled cheese, the cheesesteak special, and the hummus platter. You can't go wrong with anything here, but the CAB Smashburger is my go to. I love sitting on the patio on a nice day with some live music and some good eats. Inside feels a little boring, but I would only sit in there if the weather was particularly crazy anyway. For those that don't drink beer, they do have other options as well like frozen drinks, seltzer, and wine.

Ordered the fish and chips. Tasted great. Would have been nice to have had one more piece of fish. The one I had was large but felt it was a small portion. Fries were good. They were the fresh cut, darker, flemsy kind if you know what I mean. I like them but some folks don't. Sat at the bar. Bartender was attentive and food came out quickly.

This came as a nice discovery for me as I am new to the area and still learning where the hot spots are. Inside, the restaurant feels like a traditional Irish pub: dark wood, very dim-lit, regulars pooled around the bar, weird little corners and nooks everywhere. Our server was as nice as can be. Can't go wrong with the Fried Pickles, they hit the spot and were not too breaded. Fries were great. We all ordered the Shepherd's Pie, served with a side of Irish soda bread, each $18. For what you get, I feel it's a little steep. The angus beef was seasoned and cooked beautifully, very moist and not dry at all. However, all three of our meals mostly consisted of mashed potatoes on top and an off-ratio of angus beef on the bottom. It felt unbalanced and did not have nearly enough meat, and all of us had the same experience. The potatoes were dry and not particularly impressive; I expected more from a place billed as a traditional Irish restaurant. Given that I came with two others and we all ordered the same thing, though, I didn't get to try more of their menu and I wouldn't be opposed to going back to try more items on the menu. Maybe it's just not the best thing they have.

The restaurant is nicely spread out, so even when it's busy, you don't feel crammed in or shouting over the table next to you. There are plenty of TVs and good sightlines, making it easy to stay locked into the game without feeling overwhelmed. The Eats The food holds its own for a sports pub. I've ordered the wings and a couple of burgers, and they've always been enjoyable. That said, the real MVP here is the nachos. Loaded, satisfying, and perfect for sharing -- they're easily the best thing on the menu in my opinion and my go-to order every time. The Service Service has been consistently solid. The wait staff works their sections well, greets you quickly, and gets orders in without long waits. Even during game time, things move smoothly, which makes a big difference when you're there to relax and watch the action. Parting Thoughts If you're looking for a reliable place to watch a game with good food and enough space to be comfortable, Charleston Sports Pub is a strong choice.
