The Vampirita came dressed for Halloween, and frankly, it put more effort into its appearance than most people at the bar. We had the appetizer sampler because committing to just one thing can be a struggle. The Vampirita was the main show. Went in for lunch. Tried order he Sampler but 5 out the 6-8 items you can order on the sample they were out of. No onion rings, no chicken crispy, no fried pickles , No cheese curds. Let's put it this way they had chicken wings, boneless. Chicken wings and mozzarella cheese stick and the pretzel wrap maybe. Nothing else on the menu is what I wanted. So left. Service was ok. . Loud inside with no other customers. I wonder why . read more

Horrible experience at a usual favorite chain. I was at this location for an early dinner -- maybe 10 Customers at the time. Ordered an appetizer and boneless wings dinner. The app didn't come until after the wings. The wings were overcooked and rock hard. When I asked for a knife, they gave me a dirty one. This location should be shut down!! read more

Service at this location is the worst of any BWW that I have ever visited. Came for early dinner, only a dozen customers in the whole place. Two groups of 3 or 4 waitresses each standing around talking to each other, it took more than ten minutes before anyone came to our table. Then it took twenty more minutes after we placed our order to get our food. I have had similar experiences at this location several times in a row. Food is great. Service is terrible. read more

It's big inside and our waitress was nice but service is overall very very slow. The best thing we ate was the Mac and cheese which says a lot about a wing place. Both boneless and bone in wings were incredibly dry and mine were very over fried. It was rough. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - I ordered the All-American Cheeseburger - Chicken Wings Near Me - North Charleston, South Carolina

This has to have been the worst service I have ever had. We sat in the bar and was greeted pretty quickly by a server and that was about the last time I saw her. She took out drink order, we waited 20 minutes for them and she never brought waters, I had to get up and get them from the bar which is fine but server was standing around on her phone. It took over an hour to get our food. And when it came out it looked like it was under the heat lamp. I eventually just started ordering drinks at the bar from the bartender because she was super sweet and helpful. I have no idea if our server was having a bad day but communication is key if you're going to be slow and disappear. read more

Place is awesome. Always packed so the wait time might be much. But the wings are awesome, love the sauces, and the onion rings are my favorite so so good. Next time I go I'm gonna try the chicken sandwich. The Atmosphere is a great high energy spot. It's a lil pricey but fair when you use the app. But overall good spot to go to!!! read more

Disappointed again. Not sure why I keep giving them chances. Ordered lunch. My other had the All American Smash Burger which was just a burger. No smash and cold. Fries...cold! Took forever to get with only 8 people in the whole place. I ordered the sampler with sliders...moz sticks..fried pickles and bbq boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks were already back to being solid..pickles soaked in grease and lukewarm. Sliders lukewarm. I never send food back and don't expect it to be taken off the tab either. The bartender, offered to take mine off and I said that's not why I mentioned it. My husband's was colder than mine. The manager came over to the POS two feet from us..adjusted the ticket and walked off. Never said a word to us. Not even an acknowledgment. Won't go back. I see why the two star rating. Nobody cares!! read more

We arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by the hostess, they took a few minutes to get us at a table, but we excused it because it was a party of 6; they were about half way full. I get it. But then we sat at the table for 20 minutes. No one came up to get our drink order, say I'll be with you in a minute, nada. My mother in law made eye contact with several different wait staff trying to get someone to come over or to find our waiter, but they all turned away. We ended up just leaving and going to another location. read more

Wings were good and service was good! It was a Tuesday night so it was buy one get one free bone and wings.

Went there for a late lunch and beer with a friend. Food was good, service was fine, worthy of a 3 or 4 star rating. However, when I check my credit card statement, I discovered that my $6.75 tip (~24%) was changed to $10. When I took my copy of the receipt back to the store, the manger (Antwon) looked up the bill on their system. He submitted a refund to my credit card and gave me several coupons ($5 off $25 or more, expiring at the end of the month). The refund was expected, the gift cards were nice, but the attitude of the manager was great and is the reason that I will go back. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings by Tanger Outlets has got to be the worst service Ive had anywhere in my life!!! I understand people make mistakes but this place was clearly a mess for all customers when I was there! Slowest service, first my beer was wrong I ordered budlight draft got an IPA the bartender was constantly sitting at a table instead of servicing drinks, when mine was wrong she was in her chair so a waitress had to come to me, the food was awful, the slider looked like a round piece of charred dirt, come on is that all you think of your customers it was a fingernail thick. Waiting on sauces was a good 15 minute wait. The people next to us left because their stuff was wrong and they waited forever. Another person while I was paying had their order wrong and of course the waitress barely checked on anyone so they had to go up and tell them like I had to, then you'd have thought it was our fault because they weren't very friendly about it. Basically the hood of all B- dubs.... do not go here I mean it, it should be shut down. A big corporation like this and you let it go to crap. I've been to several locations and this one needs to be shut down! it was clearly the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a lo by time by the amount of dirt and dust on the back of the toilets, the staff was ghetto as hell. If you own this place you should be ashamed of yourself. I will make it my duty to get this place shut down that's how awful out experience was. Do better!!! DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

Ive come to accept the decline in quality of food and service at bdubs locations when you comepare to the earlier days in this companies history. But even with that being said i still visit from time to time. And this vist in particular has restored my faith in the the franchise. Our server was amazing and super friendly. Food came out fast and prepared to levels that corporate with be satisifed with. This really was the kind of visit you hope to have when you visit any resturant for that matter. read more

Granted us 2 coming in @11pm and closing is @12am, my opinion is don't seat customers if you are going to rush them after having them wait for service. After the host sat us, we didn't receive service from our waitress after sitting for 15mins or longer. Once she did arrive she then prompted us to "hurry up" with our order. We then had black specs in our drinks, water and lemonade. So we choose not to drink anything with our meals. Just overall a weird dining experience as a waitress myself. read more

We went there traveling from Florida to Massachusetts and had a coupon for 20% off. My husband was not impressed with the wings. He considers himself a wing connoisseur and has had them And can be very fussy at times, however he was unable to even say that they were "OK". I did get the sampler and it was OK. The server was excellent, but the noise was very loud, we were very tired and just anxious to pay the bill and leave. read more

We came in prior to our Air Force Son arriving from Nellis. Wife and I had a couple beers, pretzel knots, and five star service from Lana. She was taking care of business at many tables and we want to give her a big "thank you" for her great service. We came back after our Son arrived and Ms Alesha provided fantastic bar service. Our order were correct and alcohol was flowing. She made the best ever coconut Mojitos that we have ever drank. Thanks Alesha. read more

Went in after arriving on a late-ish flight and just needed food before I went to my hotel. Dining room was pretty empty, but there were seats at the bar. It took forever for the bartender to acknowledge my presence because she was engrossed in discussion/banter with the attractive young men at the far end. ‍ when she did come over she was pleasant. I ordered guac and chips because it was late and I didn't want a big meal. I know guac isn't their forte but I figured it was simple enough. Wrong. I tried adding fresh squeezed lime and salt and pepper and nothing could salvage the most awful guac I've ever had - and I didn't have high expectations. Next time I'll stick with wings. The beer was cold and hood, though. read more

Absolute worst wait staff I've ever had the displeasure to endure. Took us 29 minutes for the "waitress" to come back to our table only to tell us they were out of all beer sub $5 lol. This place is an absolute joke. Completely mismanaged and full of a bunch of entitled lazy people who would not as much care if I were doubled over choking on my food -- oh wait. I never got my food, that's right... Hands down absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. Even after speaking to the bar manager, after not receiving a SINGLE BEER for over 30 minutes - the consensus was that the wait staff (including manager) are indifferent to the basic needs of their customers. Truly the worst experience at a BWW restaurant and I do not plan on returning. read more

This location has been out of several domestic beers (Coors Light and Mich Ultra) for at least 6 days. There are always excuses but this has happened several times over the Past 10 months. Is it a management issue,or supply issues? Either way looks to be management problems. Find a supplier who can handle the situation. Locally source the product. Something is seriously wrong. Staff has to deal with these unhappy customers. Won't be back till this restaurant improves! National reputation for BWW is pretty good. This location is an exception to this perception. The restaurant feels very clean and updated. It's been a bit since my last visit and everything has matured. Our waitress was pretty great and got us everything quickly. My wife and I shared the nachos with chicken and they were absolutely amazing. Huge portion with a ton of cheese and toppings. I'll be back for that one. I did discover that they no longer have buffalo chips. I asked what kind of nonsense is that? Literally a staple item that made Bdubs unique from everyone that served regular fries. Imagine Chick-Fil-A cancelling waffle fries for the plain Jane style. Total fail BW3! Love the military discount! read more

Stopped in BWW because of $7 off $20 deal I received in my email. Ordered 10 traditional wings with tater tots & hatch queso appetizer to-go. The wings were tiny & fried too hard. The sauces were a plus. I ordered 5 Spicy garlic and 5 Parmesan Garlic. The sauces made the wings tolerable. The hatch queso was tasty, but 98% of the tortilla chips were over toasted & extra hard. The tots were perfect. The young ladies that helped in the take-out were pleasant and helpful. read more

I don't always have super high expectations for Buffalo Wild Wings, but I felt like my standards for a sports bar and restaurant were met. Somewhat of a busy night. We were told it was a 35 minute wait, but we got seated probably within 15-20 minutes. Mostly clean, to include the bathrooms. We all ordered the 10 boneless wings with fries. All of our orders came out warm and timely. Waters re-filled frequently. I ordered the 10 wing boneless chicken with honey BBQ sauce. I don't go to BDubs frequently but they kinda looked like smashed chicken nuggets. I guess it looked questionable at first, but the taste itself was just fine. I'm not big into spicy saucy wings, so this honey BBQ was enough for me. It was more sweet than spicy. read more

From start to finish terrible customer service. When we walked in we walked right past the host because we didn't see her sitting behind the podium in her phone. She then popped up and asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar. I was assuming so she didn't have to seat us but turns out that wasn't the case. When I asked for a table, she sat back down, said we can sit where ever we would like and handed us two menus. We then found a table, our server came by after a few minutes and got our drink order. I ordered a Sam Adam's Octoberfest. Mind you there is advertising on every table, there are signs on the walls, it is even the special of the month, she looks at me and says I don't think we have that. Baffled at this point, I just said I'd have s blue moon. She comes back a few minutes later with my Octoberfest and I am pretty sure refused to make eye contact the rest of the night. Then when we were on our way back out, the hostess with the mostess, didn't say a single thing to us because she was back, sitting, behind the podium, on her phone. I attached a picture. Don't come here, the food is good but let's be honest, they don't make a single sauce in house and it's pretty hard to screw up chicken. read more
