Was a long time customer for the BOGO nights but will never be returning. Sat at the bar with 5 friends but because one friend didn't have an ID, no one could sit there. Ok whatever. Get on the list to wait at 7 pm stating that they will have a 30-40 minute wait. 10 open tables with food on all of them. You are a massive corporation but can't pay 1 buzzer? Host discussing that we will be next up around 745. A woman comes out of the bathroom that they kicked out stating sewage was coming up out of the toilets and all over the floor. The staff at 8 pm then tells us that the kitchen is flooding and there is an instance with the bathroom so they can no longer seat anyone. But they do offer that you can get take out but it's not buy one get one. So they take away the bogo after inconveniencing tons of customers for over an hour. Not to mention they are still cooking food despite literal sewage coming out of their bathroom and possibly kitchen. Never will I or any of my usual friends who come with me be returning to this location or the franchise. read more

We ere sat at a wobbly table- very annoying. Ordered tall blue moons like we always do and they came out in a decent amount of time. The server never asked if we wanted an appetizer so ordered that with the meal order. Fried pickles were pretty good but seem to be less in the basket than usual. My daughter ordered the kids Mac and cheese and it was luke warm at best. The server never pre-bussed our table so dishes kept stacking up until we were literally out of room. Tonight we went to this location. Worst experience ever. Server Haley was very slow poor customer service. We got our food before appetizer. She took forever to take our payment. On top of that there was a mop bucket and water on floor. No wet floor sign another server said the mop bucket is the wet floor sign. I'm a GM of a restaurant that is not a wet floor sign. They thought playing that rude ass closing time song was funny. (It was played multiple times) When I'm the first one to check closing times. On google it says 1am so maybe they need to change the times but either way we got no refills and were waiting on the check for far too long. Tonight they decided to meet in New Lenox. I asked for him to bring me back a 10 piece boneless chicken, blue cheese dip and celery and carrots. Recently opened in New Lenox earlier this year. The family was sick of Chili's which is our only other chain option so decided to give it a try. Honestly, I'm not sure we'll go back to Chili's again. Arrived on a Thursday evening and were seated immediately. Parking is horrendous and I can't imagine it would be easy to find a spot on the weekend (the main reason this is 4 stars and not 5). Our server, Charles, was excellent. Our drinks never ran dry. The food was typical bar/grill type food, and arrived hot, fresh, and tasty. Prices are similar to Chili's, maybe a buck more. The atmosphere was laid back and there were TVs everywhere. Definitely plan on going again. read more

Our last time going to this location. Easily the worst location for service. Absolutely every time that we have a call in order there is always a issue with the order. Beware! Check your order before you leave the door because when you get home more than likely your order will be wrong! Communication amongst staff is also terrible. When trying to place a order (we usually order the House Sampler appetizer) we don't particularly like the onion rings because of the beer batter. So we ask to replace the onion rings for fries every time & every time we are told that it can't be done. Once we explain that we are not trying to change the price of the meal but to just replace the onion rings with fries they make it possible. We get our food, open it up and pretty much every time the onion rings are on the plate instead of fries. Not sure what's so hard about it. Onion rings cost $5.99 and fries cost $3.99...as a business wouldn't you want to give a cheaper item and make the same margin? read more

When I ordered online it said it was an hour 20 minute pick up time which I thought was absolutely ridiculous for fried food. When I get there, the wings were waiting out for a long time, fries were nasty. I would not use the website ordering system. I came 20 mins early also. The first thing I noticed about this establishment is that it is SUPER bright compared to all the Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. It's also smaller. Service was awful. Slow. It took us 15 minutes to even have a waitress ask us what we want to drink. During our 2 hour visit I noticed they seat only black people in the back. Every white person that came in was seated towards the front, but we soon noticed that every black person that came in was taken to the back of the establishment. I'm not saying their racist, but it was a strange thing my party & I noticed. The menu has changed and is slightly more expensive. They no longer offer wings by the number (ex. 6, 12, 18 or 24 wings). Now it's based on "snack, small, medium or large". The staff was nice despite all the cons. read more
