12/1/23: We stopped here on our lunch break & ate inside. Upon entering, there was a sign telling us to seat ourselves. The entire restaurant smelled like a public restroom that was mopped with toilet water. It was disgusting. Because I was riding with someone else & she wasn't turned off by the smell, I had to stay. Ughh!! We ordered the bone-in lunch special with Asian Zing sauce (my fave!), fries, & a drink. The food came out with piping hot fries & cold chicken. They even gave me a wing tip to count as 1 of my wings, so I sent that back. They brought me a real wingette. The food was ok. I ended up warming the chicken up after work and adding more sauce. It wasn't the same but it was better than what I originally received. The server was ok. She was away talking to her friend more than she was checking on her tables but anyway. I may give them another chance & stop by in the evening. I want to see if the quality of food will be any better. read more

I had the worst experience at your Knightdale North Carolina Buffalo Wild Wings, in fact, this is now the third time in a row with serious issues. When I arrived for pickup, no one acknowledged me for an extended period. Several employees were visible, but no one approached the counter. Another customer actually had to go find someone so we could both be helped. During that time, I also saw two other customers walk out, frustrated and asking about a manager who never appeared. Despite ordering from 15 miles away, my food still wasn't ready when I arrived, even though the restaurant wasn't at full capacity. By the time I got home, the food was cold and had to be reheated. The coleslaw portion was less than half full and tasted worse than expected, barely a couple of spoonfuls. Your customer service was remarkably disappointing. There was no apology for the delay, and the employee at the counter showed a poor attitude, even rolling her eyes when I politely mentioned the coleslaw portion. To make matters worse, I intended to leave a 10% tip for pickup, but was charged 18% instead, which feels unacceptable given the experience. After three consecutive visits with similar problems, long waits, lack of communication, poor food quality, and questionable billing, it more than not being able to recommend this location, I want tell everyone I know about how bad it is and I live 3 minutes away. I sincerely hope management takes notice and improves both service and accountability, because right now, this reflects very poorly on the business. read more

Awful service. Not because of the staff, but because of the lack thereof. I had 6 boneless wings, salad and club soda. My son had 10 wings and fries. We shared nachos that were ok. Ordered onions which only arrived on the check, which I had removed. It might have been because it was Labor Day weekend Saturday. But not my best BBW experience. I'm visiting from out of town and this turned out to be the worst Wild Wing in the world. I tried ordering online multiple times, the site kept canceling and refunding me. After calling nonstop, I finally went in person. Instead of the manager coming out right away, I had to deal with associates passing along what she said before she finally dragged herself out. At first she told me she wasn't gonna honor the online price and "couldn't" do it--only to end up doing it anyway once she realized I wasn't backing down. While I was standing there, another customer was stuck at the register for over 10 minutes because they couldn't even check him out. The food was okay...I ordered a mimosa and the server acted confused as to what that was. The orange juice was brown and the glass had lipstick stains on it. This place is okay, definitely not a first date type of vibe haha. First of all, it took us a good 5-10 minutes before anyone greeted us so that we could be seated. After being shown to a table, it then took the waitress another 10-15 minutes before we could be served. Our waitress, Savannah, was nice and kind tho. She didn't make me feel like a nuisance or that I was being annoying to her. The wings themselves were pretty good. We enjoyed the Parmesan Garlic and the Hot BBQ. Though, the Teriyaki was not to our liking. Overall, it's a good place to eat, just very noisy. Most likely because it was the first NFL game so they had the TVs blasting. Not much has really changed here with this location. Our sever was friendly but pretty forgetful. Me and my mom both got the 3 piece tenders mines was breaded and hers wasn't. They put the sauce on the side not sure why, I was expecting it to be tossed in it. Fries were ok. They also are big on scanning the menu and ordering from that and paying on it, don't have to but with it being short staffed pretty often that may be your only option. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings has a private parking lot surrounding the business. There are also marked parking spaces for to-go orders. The business is spacious with several tables and tv's inside. The restaurant wasn't really packed when I walked in during lunch hours. I placed my order online and then went inside to get my order about ten minutes before it was supposed to be done. My order was ready when I picked it up. I got the six traditional wings with fries and a bottled soda lunch special for $10. The chose of carrots and/or celery with dressing was also an option. My order was packed with ketchup, and plenty of napkins and wipes. The fries were cold when I checked my order in my car. I got the Asian zing sauce on my wings. I liked the wings as they had a good flavor and I would get the sauce again. read more

Lunchtime visit soon after their 11 am opening. High points: The Southern Chicken Sandwich was tasty. A good-sized portion of chicken. The slaw was crunchy. I would have preferred it had some type of sauce option for additional flavor. The one server for my section of the restaurant was very good. He was working maybe four tables during my visit and did so with a smile on his face and a pleasant tone in his voice. Low points: As I thought I was supposed to do, I stood by the host stand when I entered and waited to be seated, Finally, an employee from the back came close enough to mumble for me to be seated where I liked. Terrible!! Ordered through Uber Eats and two of the three orders of wings was shorted. I didn't receive my potato wedges at all. Of the 3 sides of queso, I got 1. And lastly, the pretzels are supposed to come with 2 sauces, I received one. I used to love Buffalo Wild Wings when I lived in NJ but this location isn't my favorite and I probably won't be back. I ordered 10 boneless wings, mozzarella sticks and strawberry lemonade like I always order. Starting with the worst strawberry lemonade I've had there. It tastes like they added those liquid drink enhancer and a slice of lemon and there was no real strawberry in it like I used to get back in NJ. Then the wings arrived and they tasted like warmed up chicken and I basically got 9 pieces because one of them was just a small breaded dry piece of chicken. The mozzarella sticks were ok, but not worth the price. It makes me sad because I used to love this chain restaurant but I'm not planning on going back to this location. read more

Oh my god where do I begin? This was my first experience with Bdubz, which has been highly recommended to me for a while now. The wings were so incredibly over cooked they hurt my mouth. I got the lemon pepper dry rub and none of it stuck to the wings. There was literally no meat on them so I guess that doesn't matter anyways! IDK how they managed to f up fries but lo and behold... so stale. At least they had some seasoning on them which was nice. The one saving grace of my meal were the onion rings. Actually so delicious. Horrendous!!! Upon entering we seated ourselves and the waitress came over to get our drink order. When she came back she had accidentally spilled one of the drinks all over the table and booth so we had to switch booths. At this point I wasn't too upset since mistakes like this can happen. Upon receiving our food, the wings and fries seemed like they had been sitting out a while since they were no longer hot. At this point we were very hungry so we just had them but I did ask for some new fries cause they weren't even warm anymore they were cold. My daughter had got the sampler platter also and the nachos were all soggy and gross. Even when we went to use the restroom there wasn't even any soap or paper towels and it was not clean. Went to BWW tonight because last week when I went we had a very enjoyable dinner with a great waitress. It was the BOGO deal. I ordered 20 wings and all drums. I don't care to eat wings. Never have. There was no mention of it being an issue UNTIL tonight. We walked in sat ourselves and proceeded to order basically the same thing we ordered last week. We are aware of the up charge . The waitress stated that her manager "just told her" that there is no orders to be taken with all drums or all wings. How does an establishment make that decision and decide what I should eat? We got up and left. When we got in the car, we called another BWW, asked them if there was an issue with todays special and if we came there would they honor we just order all wings? I am so sad. After a long day of traveling, I just wanted some comfort food. I ordered 10 traditional wings, half wild and half hot. I also ordered potato wedges. I was so sad when my food got delivered. I opened my box, and the wings were shriveled up and overcooked. They were so dry and barely had any sauce on them. I was so hungry and tired that I ate them anyway. They were so dry that I didn't even need a napkin, which is actually a good thing because they didn't put any in the bag anyway. So my friend and I were expecting fast and good service. Although our server got our orders quickly, it took literally over 30 minutes to get our food. If I could give this place, a half of a star, I would For the Super Bowl party I had pre-ordered wings the day before to be ready at 5:30 PM. I arrived at this location at 5:10 PM and there were 20 people that were still waiting for their order that was supposed to be ready at 4 o'clock. When I asked one of the employees, what was the issue, she replied that it was because of the Super Bowl. If that is the case, why would this establishment take an order, or multiple orders that they were unable to fill?!! It's not like they had a lot of business inside the restaurant, they were maybe at 20% capacity. The wait was 30 minutes which turned into an hour and some minutes then we were seated but after we got sat down not one server came up to greet us or offer us a drink like they normally do. My wife was in the mood for wings that evening. My wife, son and I walked in & there was no host at the front door. A sign " Please seat yourself ". It was seat yourself on a Friday night. That is never a good sign for a restaurant. We pick the booth we wanted to sit. My wife's purse was a little bit outside of the booth, a waitress who ended up being our waitress, walked by and said, excuse me, your purse is sticking out. There were no menus only QR codes. It was strongly advised that you order on your phone by the company. We asked for menus and we are told someone will get to you "eventually"! After waiting about 15 minutes, no one came up we decided to go ahead and place our order via the QR code on the table. The server never came up to greet us never said her name or anything. The wings came out and they were mediocre. We had to ask where our drinks were, and they finally brought them out and of course all the drinks were flat. They had no carbonation ! My son's food which were chicken tenders, came out after ours did which for those of you that are parents know it's never good for the parents to get their food first. Finally, our fries came out about 10 minutes after our food and the woman who brought them reeked of marijuana. If I could, I would give this place a negative star but unfortunately that is not how the rating system works.
