If I could give them negative starts I honestly would, I'm a tourist and this was one of my stops to enjoy a nice evening, waited 38 min just for my drink , and a hr for my food , even though they brought it wrong the first time , honestly worst place specially that Chinese curly hair looking dude , sucks , hit the field lil bro read more

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday with our two boys and arrived near the end of the Bengals game. We expected it to be busy but figured the crowd would clear out soon. Thankfully, there was no wait for a table, and we ordered right away. Pretzel knots, two kids' meals, the appetizer sampler, and six traditional wings. Unfortunately, after sitting there for over an hour, we still hadn't received our appetizer. The table next to us even asked for their check before getting the rest of their food because they had already been waiting so long. At that point, we decided to leave since it had been over an hour and nothing had come out yet. We still left our waiter a good tip because it clearly wasn't his fault since he was losing money too. Really disappointing overall, especially since we were looking forward to a simple family dinner out. read more

For part of my order I ordered 6 traditional wings. I wanted and paid for all flats, and I also asked for the sauce to be on the side. I got 6 traditional all drums with the sauce on the wings. When I said something to the runner she refused to have it fixed for me because they were too busy. I wasn't a happy camper. read more

I'm not sure how this establishment is even still open. We waited OVER 45 minute for our food with maybe only 6 other tables in the restaurant. You could obviously tell the food had been sitting back there for a while! Not to mention they forgot two side orders and the girl who brought out the food just took off as soon as she THREW down the half cold food. Won't be ordering from here again. Wing-stop can't open soon enough! read more

The staff is super sweet, the food was amazing and they were quick during a huge rush.

It was amazing our waiters name was Laken she was so sweet & kind food took about 5 minutes & was warm & good I would recommend!

Been several years since eating here, a advertisement drew me back in tonight After a near 90 minute wait on a simple order of wings. Finally received food missing tots, wedges and side sauces. Tracked down waitress to tell her, she said she would tell em and now my meal is finished and missing items never appeared 30 minutes after food did Over 2 hours of my life I'll never get back This location needs a team meeting on prompt service. read more

I'm seriously appalled... first, we waited over 20 minutes to get menus and order drinks. Should've just left then and not dealt with this joke of an establishment. The whole "bottomless appetizers" gimmick is a joke -- sure, they're endless, but they come out cold and hard. I almost broke a tooth on the mozzarella sticks. And good luck actually getting more. Our waitress vanished after dropping off the first round. We tried flagging someone down, but she was nowhere to be found -- not even a quick check-in or "I'll be right back." Seriously disappointed. Won't be coming back- that's for sure.. one more thing I almost forgot... I ordered boneless wings that came out looking more like week old microwave chicken nuggets. The sauce must've been hiding with the waitress. read more

They completely messed up our order. was rude when we called. Charity needs a better attitude if she is going to deal with people on a daily basis. read more

First off they were slow service was medium at best, ordered cheese sticks they came out with all the cheese fried out of them we showed the waitress and she asked if we wanted new ones like what?? Umm yes please! The wings and all the food came out semi cold and without all the sides on all the plates and the kitchen was blamed for her not bringing them out. We made her go back and forth 6+ times to get everything we ordered for 3 people what a shame wildwings have this same problem with all there locations I have been too so must be a chain franchise owner not doing their jobs properly anymore read more

First our appetizers took them 30 minutes to get out to our table we asked 3 different waiters for sauces and they didnt bring us them nor did they even bother coming back to our table, also it took another hour before they could get our food out to us and didn't even get our orders right although they did take it off of our order and got it free it took an hour to get out and they still could not get it right, it also took another 20 minutes for them to come and get our check so we could pay and get out of this place. So I don't recommend going to this bdubs if you see it keep on driving. read more

Me and my buddies have waited 3 hours for my food and have not gotten it. The waiter was decently good refilling drinks every so often. We asked for a manager and nobody came out. Multiple people behind us have been served. Very bad experience. read more

Why do they have the best wings and consistently the WORST service at every single location. Makes me sad.

Food wasn't great but the customer service was good to an extent. I ordered 20 boneless honey bbq wings and they only gave me 15 so when I told my waitress she got right to it and brought me back the 5 missing wings only for them to be in the wrong sauce. read more

I doordash and this store has some of the most awful wait times, I almost always un assign orders from this store on a consistent bases. it's really really bad 15+ minute wait times for orders that have likely been known about for 20-30 minutes as DoorDash gives stores prep time to work on orders that come in before a dasher arrives. read more

Walked into a nearly empty dining room in the afternoon, placed an order, and waited half an hour to get an order of chips with queso. Took another twenty minutes to get my order, and got the wrong sauce on my wings. As it was time to pay the bill, I had a drink spilled on me. Never returning to BWW. read more

I am visiting for work. I read the reviews on here before going and I was a little skeptical. However, I had the totally opposite experience. The food was served warm, the service was quick, and there was a great ambiance to the restaurant. Toni did an incredible job to make sure we had a world class experience. read more

This restaurant has gone downhill. The quality and quantity of the food has diminished considerably in the past year or so. Food has obvious signs of thawing and refreezing. Wings come out slimy and barely warm. The pictures are examples of poor quality fried pickles. The staff considered it a show that I complained to the manager. Date of visit 6/12/22 5:44 pm. Fries not hot read more

Came here today about 1 pm, there was maybe 3 tables in the main dining area. Our food took 45 minutes to come out, we had to waive down other servers for drink refills because ours was standing by the computers just laughing and having a good ol' time. Our food came out cold, and it wasn't good. Time after time this place never fails to prove me right after saying the prices are too high for the quality of food and service. Will never be back. read more

For a Friday night the place was a little empty, but multiple groups were seated in different areas. After all, it's Ironton OH so I didn't expect it to be crowded:) server came over to check on my drinks and food, had to wait just a few minutes for the food and it tasted like the same old Buffalo Wild Wings flavor o love server was very nice and made sure I had what I needed. read more

The food was bad. It was cold and didn't come out right. The replacement items also were cold. This location wasn't great. The staff was friendly, though. read more

Very inconsistent with their quantity of food. I order the cob salad almost every time I eat here. Sometimes there is allot of chicken on it and sometimes there is not. For almost $12 I would expect more meat. I ordered the tacos one time and same problem; where's the beef (chicken)? Also, they let people smoke on the no smoking patio area. When we ask the waiter about it they said "oh, they do it all the time!" I'm allergic to smoke; enforce the rules please. read more

One star for seating us! That was it! Had to call the manager on my phone to ask them to send us a waitress after sitting for over 15 minutes. He came and hung out the door, very professional, not, and said he'd send someone. Two more tables were seated being told they'd send their waitress. We waited 5 more minutes and walked out. Even other patrons noticed and commented. Sorry Service. Poor excuse for a manager. We left and came to the Armory and gave them our money. read more

Extremely slow service, had to wait over an hour with no drink refills or being checked on. Gross environment. Will not be back.

our servers name was chloe and she was so nice and welcoming, one of few servers at bdubs that wasnt rude tho

Ate there both nights in town for ease and everywhere else looking terrible and not knowing the area. Bartender Tanya took wonderful care of us. She's the reason we returned the second night. read more

My cousin and I walked into Bdubs on a saturday night a little before 9PM. We were expecting it to be busy and packed however they did not have half the tables filled and no one waiting. The hostess showed us to our table in the middle of the restaurant. We were looking around and I noticed that most of the tables were still covered in dishes and no one was out bussing the tables. I saw one waiter going to the table next to us bringing out a plate of food to a group of people of 5. We sat there for 10-12 minutes without a single waiter or waitress to acknowledge us. No one had been to check on any of the tables that were sitting around us either. I watched some of the waiters and waitresses talking by the drinks and by the kitchen. As we decided to just leave since no one had talked to us at all, there were two waitresses pushing a table together and taking back cups and a group had just walked in. I understand when there are large parties, but to sit at a table, when the restaurant is less than half occupied with guests, for almost 15 minutes and no one even stopping to say itll be a minute before they can take our drink order or any type of acknowledgment is pretty pathetic. read more

Did an online order to go early last week. The food was not ready at the promise time, and I waited probably 10 more minutes. The wrap I had was mediocre and not very full. Minimal amount of chips included based on the price for the meal. The variety appetizer was ok, but one mozzarella sticks was actually empty lol. They did provide utensils and wet wipes without me asking. They did open the packages in front of me during pickup to make sure the order was right. The place was pretty full and everyone seemed pretty busy (not in a bad way, just being clear it wasn't dead or swamped). The staff was nice, but this wouldn't be on my list of places to go to next visit. Price was a bit higher than expected based on what we got and how it tasted, so not a great value. Maybe next time will be different. I'm.not saying to avoid this place by any means, but I'm sure there's better value elsewhere. read more

Had a really good experience here with a large group of friends. Service was fast and friendly, the food (and by that I mean the wings) was really good, and overall the atmosphere was energetic and exciting. I did get amusement out of the fact that I ordered a Moscow mule, off the drink menu, and the server looked at me like I had spoken a foreign language. Apparently the Ohioans don't order that drink often or ever. Haha. Final Veridict: You want wings, drinks, and a good, relaxed time with friends? Go here. read more

Personally think BWW is decent food for the price you pay. I don't personally care for wings so the menu is a bit limited in that regard.

I absolutely love bdubs. I eat here several days a week. Wings are inconsistent. When I say crispy i mean crispy. They seem to come out soft and gooey. Chx wings should bot be like that. Service is usually great. Intil they mess up royally I will keep going back. read more

I used to love going here. Over the years, this place has really gotten a whole lot worse. The service is HORRIBLE, and has been the last several times we've been there. It always takes about an hour to get the food - even though they are not busy. The prices have gone up and the food is okay. Overall, I would not recommend this location at all. Unless of course you like waiting forever on your food. After many years of going to this BWW, I don't think I will be back. read more

I would give this place less than one star if I could. Started off we got there at 11:30 and after the server greeted us, she came back and said our two friends had exactly "29" minutes to get there. That's not something you tell a customer. She took forever to get our drinks and our appetizers took way longer than they should since it was simply chips and queso. It was around 12:30 and we got our entrees which were Buffalo chicken wraps but they came with no Buffalo sauce. I asked for Buffalo sauce on the side and 15 minutes later she came back with what seemed to be tobasco and fry grease. It was some oily kind of liquid that should've never been brought to our table. She even said "that's supposed to be Buffalo sauce". I get she was angry we came in so late but coming from another server, that's our job. Very poor service is all I have to say. read more

The service is very slow even if it's not busy, the last couple times my wife and I have been there the food has been unimpressive

After my visit at this Buffalo Wild Wings, I have discovered I need anger management classes. The food came out relatively quick, no complaints there but the issues all began when the food had arrived. A young man who was not our waiter brought out our dinner and asked us if there was anything else he could provide for us. We asked for ketchup, and do you think we received our ketchup?? Absolutely not. As I was sitting there ketchupless and experiencing unbearable emotional trauma, I also noticed we did not have silverware. I began to look around for our waitress but she was nowhere to be seen. We waited over 10 minutes for her to come to our table after our food had been brought out to us. I was STARVING. The pain I experienced just sitting there staring at my food is tragic and unexplainable. Not to mention I located a hair in my wings as I was eating. This was extremely disgusting. She finally showed up to the table and when she did we asked for our ketchup and dining utensils. She brought us the utensils and came back 5 minutes later with ONE very small cup of ketchup to split between two people. I am a ketchup fanatic and drench all of my food with it. This was extremely disappointing. By the time we had gotten everything we asked for, I was hangry and all of our food was bitterly cold. At this very moment I knew I should've chosen the Buffalo Wild Wings in Portsmouth, Ohio instead. read more

Ordered around 70.00 worth of wings and things tonite... only to not receive any of the side sauces. Called the restaurant and explained what happened and the young man said please let me get the manager... the manager never got on the phone... I'm sure they were playing the see how long she will hold on... they have my phone number and they never called back... and the food was mediocre at best. read more
