We went to Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday with our two boys and arrived near the end of the Bengals game. We expected it to be busy but figured the crowd would clear out soon. Thankfully, there was no wait for a table, and we ordered right away. Pretzel knots, two kids' meals, the appetizer sampler, and six traditional wings. Unfortunately, after sitting there for over an hour, we still hadn't received our appetizer. The table next to us even asked for their check before getting the rest of their food because they had already been waiting so long. My cousin and I walked into Bdubs on a saturday night a little before 9PM. We were expecting it to be busy and packed however they did not have half the tables filled and no one waiting. The hostess showed us to our table in the middle of the restaurant. We were looking around and I noticed that most of the tables were still covered in dishes and no one was out bussing the tables. I saw one waiter going to the table next to us bringing out a plate of food to a group of people of 5. We sat there for 10-12 minutes without a single waiter or waitress to acknowledge us. No one had been to check on any of the tables that were sitting around us either. I watched some of the waiters and waitresses talking by the drinks and by the kitchen. As we decided to just leave since no one had talked to us at all, there were two waitresses pushing a table together and taking back cups and a group had just walked in. I understand when there are large parties, but to sit at a table, when the restaurant is less than half occupied with guests, for almost 15 minutes and no one even stopping to say itll be a minute before they can take our drink order or any type of acknowledgment is pretty pathetic. read more

Did an online order to go early last week. The food was not ready at the promise time, and I waited probably 10 more minutes. The wrap I had was mediocre and not very full. Minimal amount of chips included based on the price for the meal. The variety appetizer was ok, but one mozzarella sticks was actually empty lol. They did provide utensils and wet wipes without me asking. They did open the packages in front of me during pickup to make sure the order was right. The place was pretty full and everyone seemed pretty busy (not in a bad way, just being clear it wasn't dead or swamped). The staff was nice, but this wouldn't be on my list of places to go to next visit. Price was a bit higher than expected based on what we got and how it tasted, so not a great value. Had a really good experience here with a large group of friends. Service was fast and friendly, the food (and by that I mean the wings) was really good, and overall the atmosphere was energetic and exciting. I would give this place less than one star if I could. Started off we got there at 11:30 and after the server greeted us, she came back and said our two friends had exactly "29" minutes to get there. That's not something you tell a customer. She took forever to get our drinks and our appetizers took way longer than they should since it was simply chips and queso. It was around 12:30 and we got our entrees which were Buffalo chicken wraps but they came with no Buffalo sauce. I asked for Buffalo sauce on the side and 15 minutes later she came back with what seemed to be tobasco and fry grease. It was some oily kind of liquid that should've never been brought to our table. After my visit at this Buffalo Wild Wings, I have discovered I need anger management classes. The food came out relatively quick, no complaints there but the issues all began when the food had arrived. A young man who was not our waiter brought out our dinner and asked us if there was anything else he could provide for us. We asked for ketchup, and do you think we received our ketchup?? Absolutely not. As I was sitting there ketchupless and experiencing unbearable emotional trauma, I also noticed we did not have silverware. I began to look around for our waitress but she was nowhere to be seen. We waited over 10 minutes for her to come to our table after our food had been brought out to us. I was STARVING. The pain I experienced just sitting there staring at my food is tragic and unexplainable. Not to mention I located a hair in my wings as I was eating. This was extremely disgusting. She finally showed up to the table and when she did we asked for our ketchup and dining utensils. She brought us the utensils and came back 5 minutes later with ONE very small cup of ketchup to split between two people. I am a ketchup fanatic and drench all of my food with it. This was extremely disappointing. By the time we had gotten everything we asked for, I was hangry and all of our food was bitterly cold.
