The food was incredible, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was very quiet and peaceful when we went, which made the experience even better. My family and I were able to comfortably talk, hear each other, and genuinely enjoy our time together. Our server, Sam, was excellent! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and approachable. She made us feel comfortable asking questions or requesting anything we needed without ever feeling embarrassed or hesitant. Her service really added to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place! read more

Love that they're open so late, perfect for when you have a late flight into Knoxville! Because it was so late, they were out of a bunch of things, but the workers were so friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. The pick 6 option is so worth, and it comes with a decent amount of food for two people. read more

We flew into Knoxville Airport late and this was one of the only non-fast food places open past 11 pm. While the food was alright, the portions are super tiny for the price being charged. The chicken tenders look like leftovers and are only about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of other places, yet they're charging way more. Luckily we had a great server that made it right by bringing a couple more pieces. I don't recommend coming here for anything other than Happy Hour which runs Monday to Friday 3 to 6 PM and every day from 9 PM to close. Happy Hour features $3 shots, $5 classic cocktails, $6 appetizers, and $2 off tall drafts, margaritas, and signature cocktails. Can't beat that value in 2026! read more

Ordered the 10-piece bone in wings yesterday. Very impressed with how stale they were. Must have been getting rid of their end-of-year inventory. Wings were very dry and overdone, doused with sauce and packaged nicely. Probably didn't help that I ordered To-Go. That way they don't get complaints in person. If you do choose to eat there, , then eat there. Don't take out like I did. read more

We went to the bar area because the service is usually better there. The servers seem to be pretty distracted even though we were her only table. The food was delivered very slightly warm, so we had to send it back and she just heated it up. read more

I'd give them a ZERO if it was an option. I arrived shortly after 1pm on a Monday. There were maybe eight tables with guests. I sat at a table in a well-lit section to review the menu. After a considerable amount of time, a server approached the table next to me with the guest's bill and walked away. She returned a few minutes later to wipe everything down. Never a word of greeting or acknowledgement that I was waiting. After a total of at least ten minutes, which felt like more, I got up to leave. On my way out, I approached yet another server and informed her I had been waiting and never had anyone offer to take my order. I never received an offer to take an order or apology for the "service". This location isn't worth the time or the money! read more

Terrible service. Waited at a table in the bar while employees visited with eachother. I had to ask who our server was and they seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their social time. It appears that one of the employee's wife and child were more important than the paying customers. Dirty, uncleared tables with dishes stacked up. Good food. It's a shame that there doesn't seem to be any leadership. read more

No reason to slam this any further than others already had, but I just wanted to add that their beer is EXPENSIVE! They seem to have good daily specials, but it's on the crap beer like Bud Lite etc. Regular pints are much higher than other places, even than the craft beer places. During my meal I was actually thinking that it was pretty good (for bar food) and would come back...but then I got the bill and was shocked that I'd spent over $30 for two beers and chicken wings. Just too expensive. read more

Food was meh. I ordered some wings for takeout. When I got to the store at the appointed time, it took an act of congress to get one of the employees working there to acknowledge my existence. Numerous servers etc zipped by me at the takeout table without making eye contact, without a word of "someone will be with you in a moment," or anything of the sort. I could see the bag with my food, and was super close to just walking behind the counter to get it myself. Finally somebody asked what I needed, and they gave me the food. Staff is not friendly or helpful at all. read more

I had a great experience here today. Server was Bren and she was super friendly and so helpful deciding what flavors were best for me.

I can honestly see why your business is tanking. Prices are borderline robbery. No other restaurant in the metro area I live charges $15 for 10 wings besides Hooters. Had the food quality justified the charge, maybe so. Not to mention you are the only place I have ever been to that charges a fee for to-go orders. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a $15 gift card I needed to burn but at least a I know to just sell it next time one comes across my desk. read more

Our first time here at this location and my wife and I weren't very impressed. But, there wasn't much else on Mother's Day that wasn't packed full. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. It took awhile for her to return after serving our beers. I ordered a six piece boneless wing plate and my wife had the All-American cheese burger, which we split. My wings came out first and sat there almost 10 minutes until my wife's burger came out. All of the food was good though. I think we'll leave this place for days we can't find anything better. read more

Very nice location with outdoor seating on the patio. It's located next to a lot of other shopping centers, but this location is right on the corner with easy access in and out. Everything was very clean all around, the service staff was very welcoming, fun and quick. A great experience at this B-Dubs, and I would be back when I'm in Maryville again. read more

Wow. So disappointing. This place used to be so much fun to come to but now it's been ran into the ground. There's no cleanliness, the food isn't fantastic, and the service is lacking. I know that a lot of restaurants are having trouble getting people to work and I understand that but that has nothing to do with the fact that the floor always has food on it, the tables are always sticky, the booths are torn and being held together by tape, and the tables are off balance. It's just pitiful. When you combine all of that with semi warm and just okay food along with waiting 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, it's just bad. My friend and I went here twice in two weeks hoping the first time was just a super bad day. Nope just as bad if not worse the second time. Very disappointing. read more

Two words...food poisoning! If you have a gut lined with steel you may be ok. Good luck!

If you're in a hurry or on your lunch hour this is NOT the place for you. The service is so so so bad and painfully slow. I don't understand. Food is good but I just do not understand why the service is so terrible. It takes a good 5 minutes to even be greeter at the door to be seated then another 5-10 for a server to come by. The service is so bad. read more

burger was good and wings were good but Fries were overdone and inedible ... I prefer other wing places!

Not sure how many poor reviews it will take for them to make changes. We've done carry out a few times, each time thinking maybe they've just had a bad day or something. The service is poor. The hostess talked on the phone and ignored most people walking in. It's like everyone working just shows up and hopes someone will pick up the slack and care for the customers. Whoever that person is, thank you, as the food is still good. But please get better staff members or lower the prices to dollar menu standards, as that is what the service represents. I came back and edited this. The food wasn't good. Asked for extra seasoning and got barely anything on the wings. I didn't want to have to compete with the Hostess's social media on her phone by calling back, so I think we are just done with this place now. read more

As someone that used to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings, it isn't what it used to be. My daughter was excited to eat the kids mac & cheese with french fries, but the mac & cheese has been changed. Our server did a fine job, but my husband did have to wait approximately 10 minutes for his food after ours had been brought out. The food was ok, but not great. Burgers were excessively greasy. And the place could use a deep clean. We may go again in the future, but not anytime soon. read more

Seems like every time we give it "one more chance," it gets worse. Aside from the restaurant being extremely dirty (old sauce caked in the sun shades, dirty floors, and a dead cockroach) the service also needs attention. My husband and I went for lunch last week. The hostess was nice, though the vape in her back pocket was clearly unprofessional. They had her running the host stand, running food to tables, and assisting where servers should have been. I would have understood if they were short staffed, like many restaurants are these days. However, counting my husband and myself, there were FIVE tables seated. The hostess took our drink order, our server greeted us, and both failed to give us straws (and lemon) for 15 minutes. Our server explained that she was new, no biggie, however it was clear management was not doing a good job of making new hires feel confident and informed when she asked US if something we had ordered was on the menu. It was a relief that our food came out as expected, just missing celery - again, no big deal - just a small detail that makes service seem more attentive. I'm really hoping management steps up and takes care of the restaurant we all once knew and frequented often. read more

My family and myself came to visit this location today (June 7th). We arrived at 8:44pm placed our orders at 8:54. Sat until 9:34pm! To get 30 wings and 15 of the wings were ICE COLD! We were also told that they had no Fries for the kids meals and if we wanted to add tater tots it would be an extra 1.00 per kids meals as if it's the customers fault for the restaurant not having fries. I will never come back this establishment. The waitress never checked on the table to even keep us updated on the order or to check so to sit for basically an hour and get cold wings is UNACCEPTABLE. This location is going down the drain fast. read more

If you like walking into a restaurant and not being greeted for 4 minutes, this is the place for you. The host took her sweet time coming from the back to the front to seat me then gave me attitude about it. Wings were garbage. Service was okay. I don't know why I keep coming back. read more

Ok. If there is a booth available let us sit. Customer doesn't care about sections. Do not want a table. Will never visit this store again

We went Tuesday night. Hardly any customers inside. Understandable due to COVID, but the service and the food were terrible! My wings were so fatty and soggy I jhad to send them back for crisp ones which took an extra 30+ minutes. My husband's southwest cheesesteak was so spicy hot that even I could not tolerate it and I enjoy spicy food. Our onion rings came out 20 minutes later than the rest of the food. They were out of the daily beer special so I ordered a more expensive beer instead and waitress tried charging me for both. The list goes on and on. We won't be back. Not sure why this particular restaurant is so bad, I should have looked at the reviews before I tried it. I've been to other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants and never had problems. read more

Terrible example of a Buffalo Wild Wings. I got an appetizer that was still frozen in the middle last time I went (not an exaggeration, it was literally cold and hard). The server seemed inconvenienced when I asked for it to be either replaced with a cooked one or removed from the bill. I've been to this location over about a 2 year period maybe 6-8 times trying to give them another shot because I normally like BWW. I've never had a positive experience at this location. It's a shame. read more

Worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Waited over 35 minutes for an appetizer that I never got. Tables next to us that came about 15-20 minutes later than we arrived, already had their appetizers and dinner before our waitress even came back to our table. When we finally got our food, the chicken was HORRIBLE. I couldn't even chew it. Needless to say, we left and went to McDonald's for dinner and it was 5 stars compared to this nasty place. Just don't go. read more

Horrible service. I actually had to get up and get my own refills and when I did I walked past our server as she and another server where just leaning against the counter talking. Young staff who don't really care about customer service. I was asked to take a seat in the bar. When I asked if there were seats available at bar I got a shrug and told " there should be." There weren't any seats at bar so had to go back to line waiting for seating. No apology, just lead to a seat in dining area. No salad available and no apology. Just sort of " just deal with it.. or whatever." read more

Been coming here for the last 2 years on Tuesdays for the 65 cent wing day. Wings are always delicious, although the size of the wings can vary drastically and sometimes I am dissapointed by the size of my wings. Pretty standard as far as BWW goes. The big difference maker here is the service. I really like the servers I've had since I've started coming here. I've never sat in the bar area, so I can't speak on the bartenders, but the dining room staff is exceptional. Very attentive, willing to talk and recommend sauces, and they have even been willing to get us items that were removed from the menu! I will continue to eat here for as long as I am able. read more

Dropped by yesterday with Mrs. and daughters. The service, a usual, was atrocious. You get better at most fast food counters. The Parmesan Garlic, Chipotle, Thai Curry and Teriyaki wings were good and hit the spot, but Mrs.'s hamburger was so bad she could not even eat it. If we'd ever seen the waiter again we'd have sent it back. To top it off I go to the men's room to wash up after wings and thought I'd stepped into a sewer. The place smelled like my Granny's outhouse in mid-July! It was so bad I almost left my lunch on the floor.
