We flew into Knoxville Airport late and this was one of the only non-fast food places open past 11 pm. While the food was alright, the portions are super tiny for the price being charged. The chicken tenders look like leftovers and are only about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of other places, yet they're charging way more. Luckily we had a great server that made it right by bringing a couple more pieces. I don't recommend coming here for anything other than Happy Hour which runs Monday to Friday 3 to 6 PM and every day from 9 PM to close. Happy Hour features $3 shots, $5 classic cocktails, $6 appetizers, and $2 off tall drafts, margaritas, and signature cocktails. Can't beat that value in 2026! read more

Ordered the 10-piece bone in wings yesterday. Very impressed with how stale they were. Must have been getting rid of their end-of-year inventory. Wings were very dry and overdone, doused with sauce and packaged nicely. Probably didn't help that I ordered To-Go. That way they don't get complaints in person. After a considerable amount of time, a server approached the table next to me with the guest's bill and walked away. She returned a few minutes later to wipe everything down. Never a word of greeting or acknowledgement that I was waiting. After a total of at least ten minutes, which felt like more, I got up to leave. On my way out, I approached yet another server and informed her I had been waiting and never had anyone offer to take my order. Food was meh. I ordered some wings for takeout. When I got to the store at the appointed time, it took an act of congress to get one of the employees working there to acknowledge my existence. Numerous servers etc zipped by me at the takeout table without making eye contact, without a word of "someone will be with you in a moment," or anything of the sort. I can honestly see why your business is tanking. Prices are borderline robbery. No other restaurant in the metro area I live charges $15 for 10 wings besides Hooters. Our first time here at this location and my wife and I weren't very impressed. But, there wasn't much else on Mother's Day that wasn't packed full. Our server was pleasant and accommodating. It took awhile for her to return after serving our beers. I ordered a six piece boneless wing plate and my wife had the All-American cheese burger, which we split. My wings came out first and sat there almost 10 minutes until my wife's burger came out. All of the food was good though. Very nice location with outdoor seating on the patio. It's located next to a lot of other shopping centers, but this location is right on the corner with easy access in and out. Everything was very clean all around, the service staff was very welcoming, fun and quick. A great experience at this B-Dubs, and I would be back when I'm in Maryville again. read more

Wow. So disappointing. This place used to be so much fun to come to but now it's been ran into the ground. There's no cleanliness, the food isn't fantastic, and the service is lacking. I know that a lot of restaurants are having trouble getting people to work and I understand that but that has nothing to do with the fact that the floor always has food on it, the tables are always sticky, the booths are torn and being held together by tape, and the tables are off balance. It's just pitiful. When you combine all of that with semi warm and just okay food along with waiting 10 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, it's just bad. My friend and I went here twice in two weeks hoping the first time was just a super bad day. Nope just as bad if not worse the second time. Very disappointing. read more

Not sure how many poor reviews it will take for them to make changes. We've done carry out a few times, each time thinking maybe they've just had a bad day or something. The service is poor. The hostess talked on the phone and ignored most people walking in. It's like everyone working just shows up and hopes someone will pick up the slack and care for the customers. Whoever that person is, thank you, as the food is still good. But please get better staff members or lower the prices to dollar menu standards, as that is what the service represents. I came back and edited this. The food wasn't good. Asked for extra seasoning and got barely anything on the wings. Our server did a fine job, but my husband did have to wait approximately 10 minutes for his food after ours had been brought out. The food was ok, but not great. Burgers were excessively greasy. My family and myself came to visit this location today (June 7th). We arrived at 8:44pm placed our orders at 8:54. Sat until 9:34pm! To get 30 wings and 15 of the wings were ICE COLD! We were also told that they had no Fries for the kids meals and if we wanted to add tater tots it would be an extra 1.00 per kids meals as if it's the customers fault for the restaurant not having fries. I will never come back this establishment. The waitress never checked on the table to even keep us updated on the order or to check so to sit for basically an hour and get cold wings is UNACCEPTABLE. Seems like every time we give it "one more chance," it gets worse. Aside from the restaurant being extremely dirty (old sauce caked in the sun shades, dirty floors, and a dead cockroach) the service also needs attention. My husband and I went for lunch last week. The hostess was nice, though the vape in her back pocket was clearly unprofessional. They had her running the host stand, running food to tables, and assisting where servers should have been. I would have understood if they were short staffed, like many restaurants are these days. However, counting my husband and myself, there were FIVE tables seated. The hostess took our drink order, our server greeted us, and both failed to give us straws (and lemon) for 15 minutes. Our server explained that she was new, no biggie, however it was clear management was not doing a good job of making new hires feel confident and informed when she asked US if something we had ordered was on the menu. It was a relief that our food came out as expected, just missing celery - again, no big deal - just a small detail that makes service seem more attentive. We went Tuesday night. Hardly any customers inside. Understandable due to COVID, but the service and the food were terrible! My wings were so fatty and soggy I jhad to send them back for crisp ones which took an extra 30+ minutes. My husband's southwest cheesesteak was so spicy hot that even I could not tolerate it and I enjoy spicy food. Our onion rings came out 20 minutes later than the rest of the food. They were out of the daily beer special so I ordered a more expensive beer instead and waitress tried charging me for both. The list goes on and on. We won't be back. Terrible example of a Buffalo Wild Wings. I got an appetizer that was still frozen in the middle last time I went (not an exaggeration, it was literally cold and hard). Tables next to us that came about 15-20 minutes later than we arrived, already had their appetizers and dinner before our waitress even came back to our table. Been coming here for the last 2 years on Tuesdays for the 65 cent wing day. Wings are always delicious, although the size of the wings can vary drastically and sometimes I am dissapointed by the size of my wings. Pretty standard as far as BWW goes. The big difference maker here is the service. I really like the servers I've had since I've started coming here. I've never sat in the bar area, so I can't speak on the bartenders, but the dining room staff is exceptional. Very attentive, willing to talk and recommend sauces, and they have even been willing to get us items that were removed from the menu! I will continue to eat here for as long as I am able. read more

The Parmesan Garlic, Chipotle, Thai Curry and Teriyaki wings were good and hit the spot, but Mrs.'s hamburger was so bad she could not even eat it. If we'd ever seen the waiter again we'd have sent it back. To top it off I go to the men's room to wash up after wings and thought I'd stepped into a sewer.
