My wife and I had a recent trip to Niagra Falls and we used a Touch of Class for our ride from the…read moreairport to the Hotel. I emailed them to get a quote and it came back very quickly. John who contacted me back was extremely professional. He went over Covid protocols for going into Canada and back to the US. Even gave us good times for pickup to make it back to the airport on time. We did find out the two days before the trip that passports were not up to date. Contacted John and he made all the changes for us. Now for the night of the flight into Buffalo. The plane got delayed into Buffalo by about 60 min, so we are now a little after 11 PM to land. We get to the baggage claim area and meet John (not sure if it was the same John as on email). He was amazing and friendly. We waited for our bags, and it appears that one of our bags did not make it with us. John patiently waited with us while we went and filed paperwork with the airline. John still made the night special for us even with all the problems. John got us into the limo and the ride was amazing, he even offered to stop and get us something to eat because everything was closed nearby. The pick-up from the hotel was perfect too. John picked us up in the SUV for the return trip. The car was still amazing and the drive was smooth. Had a great talk with John and he was able to talk about all the history of the area. Not being from there it was extremely interesting. This was an anniversary trip for my wife and me, and we felt like VIPs the whole time. I could not have asked for a better experience. The ride to the airport he thought he had didn't pan out, so he calls me in a panic at 10:27am when his plane leaves at 1:40pm . I made a call and Michelle answers the phone and made it happen. She did some investigation and was able to secure a driver for my dad right away. The driver got to my dad in a hurry, helped him with the bags and got him to the airport in time. When I got the call from my dad that he was at the gate of the airport the family was ecstatic. Remember I said in the beginning of this review that he is elderly. I want to personally thank Michelle and the driver whoever you may be for helping our family out to get my dad where he needed to be. Hats off to Buffalo Airport Shuttle for outstanding work.

Not so good. I was early for my hotel pickup and stood at the valet doors. Ten min after pickup time, I talked with Dispatch who had contacted me. My driver had been standing about 15 feet from me for 10 min, but had just sauntered in and didn't say a word! He was driving a van with a magnetic sign reading MedVan. Wtf? Didn't say a word while speeding most of the way to the airport, either. Not a please or thank you when he asked for a passport at NexusBuffalo. Didn't assist with the van door, allowing me to awkwardly jump a good height from the car rail to the curb. Not good at all.

Flying into a new place at 1:30 am as a single woman for an hour long drive and checking into a hotel in the middle of the night is a bit scary, but knowing Mo was caring for me ride for my volunteer delivery job made me feel extra cared for! I again called @ 9: 25 to which I was told that I had cancelled the pickup on my previous call I told them to pound salt and stick it "where the moon don't shine" Leaving me with the only option of piling into my car with my wife and luggage and trying to check our big bag within 45.
