Visited the office last week, and met my therapist Myles, who is really good and easy to talk with. He did a quick screen and several exams to determine I had an issue with my lumbar facet, not really muscle spasm, which caused imbalance and weakness to stand and sit long time. While applying the adequate tools and messages, I felt better immediately. After two visits, I can finally get up bed without any pain, and stand/sit longer. During my session, Myles always try to make me relax so my back can be treated correctly. He also recommended excises and explained to me how to do correctly, so the back issue can be improved at home though excuses. High recommended and I am definitely going back. I see Lauren at the Wehlre location. I curse her at times because....well....it isnt exactly a day spa. She starts me off with heat and ice, and just when I think I'll be able to sit back with a cool drink and listen to some tunes she snatches it away for me and makes me exercise. Ugh. Kidding aside. Emily Yeung met me for my original consultation. Very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. . She then showed me the problem and described what was needed to correct it. Over the course of my treatment I met with either Emily or Ali Mascioletti. Ali displayed the same attributes as Emily. They both showed me that they had a genuine concern for my problem and an unwavering goal to solve it. Before too long they had me dancing across the floor like a gazelle. I received excellent physical therapy from Sport Rehab and have made a great recovery. They treated…read moreme with personable attention and made sure I stayed with their recommended exercises and not my variations of the correct exercises. :) Over several months I was instructed to increase the variety of exercises and duration as appropriate. I was encouraged to make notes how to do the stretches and do them on my own. After the first weeks, they suggested to come back only weekly which saved me on the co-pays. I hope I don't ever get re-injured, but if I ever need PT again, I'll be back to Sport Rehab on Transit Rd in Depew. Thanks, Phil. Great job in taking care of me!
