It took minutes for someone to answer my call to make my appointment back in February, I received detailed instructions well in advance about how to prepare and what to expect prior to and on arrival. There was plenty of available parking and accessible entrance. I barely had time to sit down before being called back for registration. I was greeted by a very pleasant patient care worker who provided detailed instructions for my ride, took my insurance info and got me squared away. I don't think I was in the lobby more than 10 minutes before being escorted by a very cheerful and friendly nurse who took my vitals, gave me ample time to change into my gown. She was very skilled at getting my IV started and calmed my little fears. I then was escorted to the exam room where I again was greeted by warm nurses who were very attentive and explained again what was going to happen, estimated time it would take and how the rest of the day would go. It felt good to have staff ask if it was okay to touch me. I really appreciated that! My doctor arrived quite promptly and went over my history and again explained what to expect. I was not at the facility no more than 3 hours...probably less than that but I was a little out of it but I remember the high quality of care that I received. I did receive my test results very late or very early this morning and the procedure went very well. Outstanding care! No pictures for obvious reasons.

With this being my first experience with surgery, I had the usual nervous feeling but I was quickly feeling more comfortable with the bedside manner of all of the staff there. The receptionist did a good job telling me where to go ... address .. building letter ... suite number ... pod letter ... it seemed overwhelming, but everything is marked very well and that made it so so easy! I was called back as soon as I sat down, and in came my surgeon, Dr. Ethan Craig. He did an excellent job performing my emergency surgery at the hospital. His upbeat and confident demeanor made me feel safe. He will also be honest with you about the potential cons of the surgery. Visiting him post op was smooth and simple and everything seems to be healing as it should. Although I hope not to need another surgery, I would absolutely trust and recommend Dr. Craig!

The building is expansive and feels like being inside a mall. Everything is FINE, but there is no personality, no human touch. I went in for an issue with my shoulder and was zipped through an x ray and appointment with a lovely PA. She recommended PT, which I then attended for about a month and a half. The office staff were efficient and it was easy to make appointments. My assigned PT wasn't a perfect personality match, but they were obviously capable and I trusted their advice. Throughout my treatment I got constant emails asking me to fill out questionnaires and surveys, some about myself and some about the providers. There were so many that I'm sure I didn't complete them all, but there were no consequences and no follow up was requested so it's hard to tell if they were really necessary. When my treatment was over I got a bill which was difficult to decipher and said I owed $30, which I can only assume were for copays that they didn't register in their system. The billing amounts were inconsistent between sessions so I'm only guessing that was the issue. I called to follow up and was sent a link where I could upload my credit card bill as proof of payment. I've heard nothing back since then so I can only guess everything is settled. One other note, I got an automated phone call at 6:38am from this office telling me there are exciting new updates coming to their online system. No thank you, I didn't need to be woken up for that. Overall, I got the treatment I needed, which was the most important part. However, I wouldn't come back here again.

There is a large parking lot and it is located in a nice clean new building. The office offers evening hours so I was able to walk in, without an appointment, after work which is very convenient. The staff was friendly and quick to take care of us. Nick couldn't have been friendlier or more comforting. My daughter is only 4 and had to go in by herself for the X-ray. She was not scared because Nick was calm, friendly and patient. The X-ray results were given to me on a disc right away and her doctor had the notes the very next morning. I couldn't have had a better doctor visit experience. Thank you WNY MRI for helping me and my daughter.

I can tell you this Doctor saved my career, and pretty much my life. Braces weren't working at night anymore so I needed something done a.s.a.p. I was in tears. No pain nothing. I had bilateral carpal tunnel release on 7/6/2021 with Dr Paterson. The whole process from walk in…read moreto walk out was less the one hour and very smooth. All staff is friendly and efficient. Sonogram is done before procedure to insure correct diagnosis of carpal tunnel, if present consent is signed after a through explanation and you hand is marked, When totally numb, Doctor the begins procedure with a tiny incision and the sonogram for guidance. A small instrument is used for freeing the nerve. Procedure itself took about 10 minutes per hand, small steri strip to close and occlusive dressing which is removed in 24 hrs. There is a text based service to sign into which gives you daily expectations, guidance and helpful tips. You can also contact office if you need more help. No follow up is needed. Day 2 and I have no swelling, minimal discomfort and can do mostly anything except lifting heavy objects . My complaint of numbness, tingling and shooting pain is gone almost entirely!
