It was tasteless, burned on the bottom (and not just dark but tasted burned) and felt like it needed more of everything, except time in the oven. How can a pizza not be salty enough? No flavor in the sauce and the cheese was some sort of cheap low-moisture part-skim mozzarella imitation blend. The pizzas were SMALL despite having ordered 2 larges and to top it off, they were expensive for what we got. You spend over $40 and you expect larger pies. These were the same size as most smalls you get; can't imagine how small their smalls are. Overall a bad experience, a bad pizza, overpriced and tip suggestions starting at 20% smh. Should've gone to Chesleys right down the street. Much cheaper and much tastier.

Every town has one, they all have their own unique vibe, and yet at the same time, you know what to expect at one. I mean, I've literally been to the Gorham HOP in Gorham, ME, too and it's just as good. Gotta love it. My two meals were a turkey sub and a burger and I'd give both of them five stars on their own. My partner's pizza and sub were also very good. The mozzarella sticks and the chicken fingers were just okay I think - those are the low points. My son's sauceless cheese pizza - one of his staple foods (lol) - was good both times.

I could hear them, a little busy but it's a Thursday. I drove all the way down, walked over to the counter. The phone was still there, I was still on hold. The lady came over, asked what I wanted. I told her she could hang up the phone, I was the one on hold for 20 minutes. She said "yeah, we stopped taking phone orders for a while". I said "apparently" and walked out. Hilarious, but so messed up. They didn't even care at all.

Since we were traveling…read morewith kids and weren't sure how many pizzas to order, we decided to dine in rather than do takeout. One thing that disappointed us was the service model. We were given menus, but then had to return to the counter to place our order and later go back to pick up our food when it was ready. Essentially, the only thing we didn't do ourselves was make the pizza. It seems like many pizza restaurants have moved away from traditional customer service while still prominently displaying tip jars. Personally, I've become less inclined to tip in situations where customers are doing most of the work. That said, the food was excellent. We ordered a cheese pizza and a chicken calzone, and both were outstanding. The pizza was delicious, and the calzone was one of the highlights of our meal. We genuinely enjoyed the food and would order it again. Since I had already left a tip in the jar and staff were actively cleaning tables, I left our trays on the table when we finished. Overall, the food was great, but the self service dining experience kept it from being a perfect visit.

Burger was good, meat juicy, fresh tomato & lettuce, and the cheese was so cooked it was crunchy. The mushrooms were cooked well. I can't have too much sugar, so I skipped the ice cream. Parking seems to get tight when it gets super busy. I might have given 5 starts, but since I paid for bacon on my burger and didn't get bacon, 4 stars. I'll definitely give this place another try.
