I found it very easy to make an appointment online with Lindsey and was taken promptly at my appointment time. Lindsey took the time to ask what I wanted and to ensure we were on the same page. She was quick and confident but paid close attention to what she was doing while still engaging in friendly conversation. The total came to $20 after only about 20 minutes and I think that price is a steal for the haircut, straight razor, hot towel and product she used in my hair. At the Hamburg location, the nails section was all upstairs. They had relaxing music playing and the waiting room was decorated to be super modern and almost cosmopolitan glam. I didn't have to wait long. Everyone wore a mask appropriately. They had a great selection of polish. The manicure and pedicure was great. Lots of moisturizing treatments with warm gloves and paraffin wax. They offered coffee, yea, or water during the pedicure. Everything was really clean and sanitized in between clients.
