My husband and I came in looking for a "fixer upper" to use as our weekend/beach vehicle. We spoke mainly with a gentleman by the name of Cristian. He was very polite and willing to work with us on what we were looking for! The truck that we chose had a broken windshield, however he sent us to a shop right down the street to have it fixed free of charge. read more

Avoid getting a car from this place!!! I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them on August 30, and on September 2, I was instructed to return for them to repair the catalytic converter. On that day, the SUV broke down completely over the ship channel. I waited in the lobby from 10 AM until 5 PM, only for the same issue to occur again once I left the dealership. I then went back to the dealership and was given a Cadillac with no AC. The next day, which happened to be my birthday on September 3, the Cadillac stalled completely, just like the SUV did. I am not satisfied with their business practices. If you are aware that you have faulty vehicles, you should sell them for cash. I do not appreciate the ordeal I had to endure with this dealership; I have never experienced two vehicles breaking down on me in less than a week before. read more

A close friend recently purchased a vehicle from here because he personally knows the family that owns the place, so he thought they'd give him a good deal... but they royally screwed him. They sold him a car that was worth (professionally verified) $8k for $15k!!! So that's how they treat their "friends" And this is not verified, but I heard this. They only file with the credit bureau if/when you're late on a payment. This way your credit never improves and you're stuck buying from crooks who take advantage of you... this kind of crap really upsets me. read more

buffalo auto has very bad business practices. we put money down and drive off the lot and had immediate transmission problems.. the lie ancho about the repairs. over price the vehicles and convince you to buy their insurance which you pay for that does not cover you or your passengers so if anything happens the lot is the only one to benefit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BUFFALO AUTO read more

This place is a rip off and needs to be shut down! As soon as I drove off the lot my car was shaking. i had to argue with them to fix the problem. They repossessed my car once beca the claimed I wasn't paying the CPI payments. Once I paid the full amount owed to get the car back it was still showing I owed $500. I was making weekly payments on my car and they repossesed it 6 months later saying I was not making CPI payment. They do not communicate with you, they do not give you courtesy calls. When I was making paymenta I would think they'd apply it towards the CPI automatically or call to see what it's going to. At this point I no longer want to deal with these problems. When I go to get my things out of the car they tell me that I couldn't if I did not have the key. They wouldnt let me get my daughter's Car seat out of the car. The staff are rude and unprofessional and don't give a damn about you. I believe they did some crooked things with my payments. I plan on suing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HEADACHE. read more

Just bought a car off the lot and dropped $10,000 in cash. Within 20 minutes stuck sitting on the side of the road. This car had no oil, no water, NOTHING. Love it when you buy something as is and it's worthless crap. Would NOT recommend. read more

SCAM! Cars aren't worth anything. Don't buy a car from here . Bad attitudes and bad customer service.

I bought my truck I had some issues nothing to do with my payment my insurance I even had insurance mechanical on it and had two insurance claims they repo my truck anyway after I pay my payment online and the computers did not log my payment in and I thought it was not paid could not admit it had a girl call me it was friends with the finance manager and said she could get my truck back because she was friends with him on an asked me to sign a power of attorney so I could sign of the insurance checks that he refused to sign in to get my vehicle fixed from two accidents it occurred in one month it took me three months to get a check for head finance company and my name on and he refused to sign it and then re-post my truck after I talk to the office that day and then he repo my truck the next day with the lady in the office said she was going to work on my claim because they were just giving me the runaround never mentioned anything about repo on my truck I was behind that they didn't have the insurance information because she had it she was calling the insurance companies they still have my truck today is day 11 and they will not return it it states in the Texas laws that you must return the truck when you find out the payment has been paid or the insurance is valid which it all is you can't just repo a truck and call loan just because the customer has personal issues or gets emotional when you repo a truck and then stated that I had a rebel flag sticker on the back of my truck and I pointed out rebel flag sticker called the gentleman the nice gentleman that helped us me and my son unload my toolbox and get my personal items that I called him a racial name just to take the focus off of the fact that they didn't log my payment incorrectly and thought my truck was in repo to not admit a mistake in affect somebody's life and that way and refused to give her truck back but she put brand new tires brand new brakes on it and then to drive it around from place to place every day and shut my Onstar off and change my phone company on my mirror it's completely unjust and my truck should be returned without me hired an attorney Buffalo auto sales has really cross the line this time and whether I get my truck back or not they will pay for what they did I don't care if it takes 10 years tried to contact the owner they were unavailable the number I was given was disconnected no recourse whatsoever but I would never ever recommend somebody by a truck there unless they do right by me and I don't see that happening but I will get my money back I put in the truck I will get my tires back the money for my tires the brakes I put into it and the money I lost not being able to do anything for 11 days to support myself when I paid all that money down on that truckAll that just to not admit that you accidentally did not log the payment in an affected somebody's life Which led to be in the hospital two days later with an anxiety attack read more

Unprofessional a** employees it smell like 20 packs of cigarettes when you walk in all they cars need maintenance when you pull off the lot because they don't fix the issue before putting them on the lot & some old a** tall Caucasian guy kept hanging up in my face when they lied & said the vehicle was going to be fixed in a few hours then said it'll be ready the next day Buffalo Auto Sales 2 need a fu*king reality check & need to stop selling them janky a** cars read more

I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them on a Saturday and by the following Tuesday evening I had to pay a tow truck to pull it off the road. The car shut down on me on hwy 290 during the height of after work traffic. Called Buffalo the next day and spoke to the salesman that had been riding in the jeep as a demo. He told me the car had that issue prior and it was because the key fob needed reprogramming. I was told to try using the key to start it. That didn't work. After calling them constantly they sent a wrecker to pick it up on Friday over two weeks ago. Have been calling them daily for an update about repairs. Walked in on Monday morning to get an update and got another excuse. Told me to call back on Wednesday which is today and speak to Cody. Called and got the runaround this morning. Jerry the manager answered the phone and put me on hold for Cody, while on hold for Cody a woman picked up apologized calling my name letting me know they have Caller ID. Jerry got back on the phone without missing a beat said Cody wasn't answering his page and asked me for my call back information and he would have Cody give me a call back. At this point I just want to get my money back including the fee to tow it to a safe location. read more
