Stay away from Buffmaster Auto Detailing. I got lulled into a false sense of security based on all the positive reviews. I am convinced that they are either shill/friend reviews or people who ONLY got exterior details from him. Last Saturday I dropped my car off for an interior detail for $160. Sunday I picked it up and he let me know "I wasn't able to get the heat going in this thing so it's going to be a little bit before it dries". I thought "hmmm...the heat was working fine when I dropped it off". Picked it up and the A/C was stuck on high and only one of the climate control consoles was working. He tried to tell me that it would dry out, no problem. I won't make this story too long but the upshot is that it didn't resolve and I asked him for a refund. After first trying to blame me for having a dirty car (???) yep that's why I was paying for the detail) he said he would give me a refund if I would release him from any further liability. I *should* have realized at this point that he knew he did significant damage. I told him I would wait a few more days and when it didn't resolve I knew that a climate control panel costs $180 and that Nate could probably switch it out so, like an idiot, I agreed. Now my mechanic says that the body control module is completely shot and it's going to cost hundred to fix (at least $400 - $500). Oh and the speedometer isn't working either. So no climate control, no speedometer....My mechanic said it looks like somebody literally took a hose to the control panel. So I have no legal recourse because this guy ripped me off, he obviously knew he caused major damage and wanted to refund me the minimum and get out of liability as fast as he could. But the least I can do is let my friends, family and the general public stay away from these "pros". I also posted pictures in my FB post of the water damage, as well as screenshots of him repeatedly trying to get out of liability.

They could not duplicate the problem but charged me $185.00 (labor) and never addressed the warnings during the software malfunction. Their diagnosis: car needed a new battery. Picked up car on day 13, and the interior smelled like a dead fish. I don't believe their claim that they drove it because how they didn't smell that awful aroma is beyond my comprehension, and the Tire Pressure indicator was on - what service dept would say the car is ready with that concerning warning indicator and awful smell?? The invoice stated my car was black (it's blue). The communication was poor, I was sent to voicemails with no return calls; promised call backs within 10 min and 90 min later I had to call them back. Jeff claimed to have called, but my phone indicated otherwise. My last phone conversation was with Portia - she rudely huffed into the phone. Evan had said to call if I needed a loaner, but when I asked Jeff , he said would connect me with a rental car. Not a quality place by any means; nor are they accountable to their lack of service. I picked the car up, and after 13 days, they gave me a coupon to their own car wash - wow.... didn't have time over 13 days to wash it for a customer who only bought a battery? The reviews show how the new buyers love the dealership; the owners are treated with disrespect. They just don't care.

And they have an ad on FB that claims $88 down or $188 regardless of history. I can't afford more than $100 for a down after spending so much to move to a new location and no vehicle to trade. Spent the entire day waiting and talking back and forth for hours with not even getting. I have tried other dealerships and have been turned down or said no to $500+ monthly payments so I was hoping that they could be our savior since they're known to work with bad credit. Their site even has a payment calculator and you can put it to where you have poor credit and how much you can put down on the car so none of it makes sense if you get a completely different result.
