On the other side of the bathroom door my husband will say "it smells pretty!" He's not wrong - the Love Potion is fragrant and makes my skin feel soft. Along with soaps and bath fizzes I heard they offer laundry soap. It's made with only 4 ingredients and can be used with HE washers. A large load takes 2 tbsp and from your container you should get 30 loads (or double that with small loads, 1 scoop). They sell the wooden scoop and you have select your scent, which is mixed by an associate. If you bring back your container for a refill they take off $1. I picked up a pre-made fresh cotton and had a love potion mixed. We also picked up dryer balls that can be used for 500 loads. Like the laundry soap you can have them scented. Later you can bring them in to be re-scented for $2/each. These will take the place of dryer sheets, can match your laundry soap and reduce allergies you might have to dryer sheets. There's so many soaps and smells in the store! We actually smelled like the soap after leaving - our clothes, my hair and mask. I bought a soap for a friend and they put it in a gift box for me. They offer a section for men, another area for kids and one for seasonal scents. We received excellent service. I appreciated the information and excitement about the products. I came to buy and wanted to better understand the selection. Prices are nicely marked on most signs or packages, but look up for a large wall sign with a full listing. I'll be back!

They are beautiful in appearance and smell delightful. However after reviewing some of their ingredients on their website, I decided the soaps are not for me. For instance, these are a few of the ingredients in the Island Nectar Soap (as listed on their website) - polyurethane-11, D&C Red No. 7, D&C Yellow No. 5. The synthetic dyes contain ingredients that are known to be carcinogenic. Other of the soap scents contain chromium oxide, a powerful skin irritant. I do LOVE the body butter. It has a light, silky, whipped texture that rubs into the skin smoothly without an oily or greasy residue. Caution, a little goes a long way! I feel that if one used too much, there might be an oily residue. Best of all, as far as I could see, the body butter is free of any harsh or carcinogenic ingredients! I find that is is wonderful on the legs after shaving. They also sell many other facial, bath, and skin care products as well as laundry detergent. I have not evaluated the ingredients for those, but plan to in the future. They do have a men's line that includes shave bars, beard balm, and beard oil. The Middletown location is on Shelbyville road in a small strip mall with plenty of parking.

The items are a little more expensive than mass produced brands, but I think the pricing is fair because the soaps are handmade with simple ingredients. However, this was the first time that the scents of my favorite soaps were definitely not as fragrant as usual, but that can be a risk with handmade scented products and gave me the opportunity to try out a new local line scent. I have also spoken to their staff about booking a party, they were very nice and informative. It seems like a fun option for a kid's party where each kid gets to make their own bath bombs.

Not only was the associate not very friendly (same girl multiple times) but she didn't even take my $10 coupon off. She only took a $5 purchase off for the mini wash and the only reason why I got the soap was because I had a $10 gift coupon I was cheated out of My $10 off gift, and I'm seriously thinking about not going back to buff city anymore.I will probably do research and make my own laundry detergent. Parking can be found at meters as well as a paid lot (use the mobile app). There's also street parking that is walking distance to the Marketplace. Minus Hazel & Hunt and the Craftery, the Marketplace has primarily become a spot for restaurants - but shopping can be found right outside the space. Dog friendly area and plenty of families during the daytime hours. Construction underway with more retail space planned.

I was in the store about 30 minutes sifting through colors and while I didn't need anyone, an employee never came through to check on the customers there. You may need to consider coming at a non-peak shopping time if you need 1:1 assistance regarding colors or paint types. Similar to other locations, this one also offers paint supplies and accessories to pick up when grabbing your paint.
