The "technician" Matthew did not have my correct address the morning of our appointment. He stated his company "does not allow them to have the customer's address and gives them just gps coordinates" He was late about 3 hours. He shows up in his personal vehicle , no company vehicle. He does not carry any parts on his truck. So he came to my house just to guess on what part was not working and ordered something off of Amazon. No diagnostic tools , no F codes , just mumbo gumbo about how he has so much experience on washers and it could be two things. My drain pump or my lid lock sensor. I had mentioned to him earlier that , I had checked the drain pump for a clog and it was clear. He misheard me or thought I said I replaced it. I didn't replace it. I just checked if it was clogged. He tells us , he'll order the lid sensor and will come back the next day. The next day , I text him. Hey what's your eta? No answer. No text. Just silence. I call the company. Calls me back and tells me the part is not here yet and he'll be there later in the afternoon. I told him just to come by the next morning. Strange an appliance repair company doesn't carry parts. They order them on Amazon. Wow, okay. This morning. Comes to my house , switches the lid lock sensor. Realizes its not the lid lock sensor and tells my wife, " Hey bro , I think its the drain pump so I'll have to come back another day , so I'll have to charge you another trip charge and if its not the drain pump , it might be the control board" Wife says he called her bro like 7-8 times while explaining the extra charges. She texts me to call him. I called him to question why we are getting charged again if I already had a quote on the repair. Seems like charging me for extra trips to get Amazon parts is not a smart business decision. I asked him why did he not check if it was the drain pump first. He said he didn't because I had already replaced it once. I never said that. I checked if it was clogged. I told him just to leave. We'll sort if out with a real appliance repair company. He then tells me he is sick of f**king people like me and that this always happens to him. Then hangs up. Then he proceeds to text me 14 times on how much he was saving us with prices of different drain pumps and that he is exhausted from difficult customers. What a nut job. What a terrible company. The way he speaks about his superiors and the company itself should be a sign of what inept people hired him in the first place. Cussing to customers and complaining to them is such a red flag. Please save yourself some trouble and go with a reputable appliance repair. Hope this review helps you.

    Joe Rodriguez is a scammer so choose ANYONE else over him. On Friday I called him to fix my…read morerefrigerator and he told me it was $380 to fix the part. When I mentioned it was a super old fridge and if it was better to just get a new one instead, he lowered the price to $280. So he tried taking advantage from the start. He then said he had the part in his car which he brought inside without unpacking it or anything. So this was just some old used part. Made the thing spin and said the fridge temp will start cooling again in 3-4 hours. We asked if it didn't cool then what? He said "then you call me again." Then practically took the money and flew out the door without giving any receipt or invoice. That must be what he does so he doesn't get caught. A whole day passed and the temperature didn't drop a single degree and the spinning part stopped spinning soon after he put it in. So we called on Saturday and he said he'd go on Sunday. The whole day passed on Sunday and at almost 5pm, I called him from my other number and he answered instantly. I told him who I was and that I had been waiting on him to show up or at least call and then he said "I was juuust about to call you." Sure. And then just gave me an excuse about an emergency which shouldn't be lied about. Then he tried getting my address again and asking if he could go "tomorrow" once again (Monday at this point. All of my food has gone bad) and then rushed to end the call but I asked if he had a money back guarantee since the fridge never worked after he left the first day. He said "no I don't have that. I'll go tomorrow to fix it." Shouldn't it have been fixed on the first visit that cost me almost $300? And I had to ask him at what time will he get here specifically because I've been waiting multiple days for the whole day for him to never show up before. He told me "noon." On Monday, I waited until 12:25 in the afternoon and never received a call nor did he ever stop by. I called twice and he did not answer. He never got back to me at all. It's now Tuesday. Called twice again just now, no answer. That shows what kind of "business man" he is. Everything has been documented. Pathetic scammer that takes advantage of people and steals their money. But there's a God. Also, his ad is in the newspaper as Rodriguez Appliance Service and the numbers are 956-295-9695 and 210-986-5944

I was very desperate to get appliances installed before Christmas which he did but dishwasher did not drain. Called him back he quickly told me his price to come out and gave some excuse it was a plumbing issue. We'll see?
