They completed the oil change and let us know we didn't need to rotate our tires yet that they were too new and that would be needed at the next oil change. They explained to us how to get the mileage we needed on the car so they could do emissions. Didn't need a follow up appointment, pulled in this morning. They completed the emissions and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This place is crazy busy but I had no problem getting an appointment and getting taken care of. I'm so impressed that they were so honest and upfront about the tire rotation. They could've easily done that and just charged us even though it wasn't necessary. When I figured out they had a st charles location I was happy because it was closer to home. The car was overheating so I took it to them. The said they ran a pressure test, it was my head gasket(s), and would cost me $6000.00 to fix. I then took it to another mechanic who ran a pressure test that clearly showed it was just a water pump and it cost me under $500. So they either never ran a pressure test, and just made something up, or they have no idea what they are doing! Either way, I will NEVER give them another dime of my money.
