So when it came time to needing flowers for my Mamal's funeral, which go figure feel the day after Mother's Day, I was extremely worried. I chose House Of Flowers because she guaranteed me on time delivery and she even threw ideas out to make the piece a little more personal. Over all, I was beyond satisfied with what she had done and the on time delivery. They were beautiful!!!

Received a call that the order wasn't received until Wednesday after the service. This was very disappointing. Angela, the florist did apologize, blamed the website and stated she would deliver the flowers to the house that evening, which was nice but I still payed for flowers that didn't make it to the funeral. I don't often find myself in need of a florist is Springhill, LA but I probably would chose someone else next time.

However, you are suppose to get the same flowers which are in the pictures online. I paid for a large arrangement of a bouquet. First, the flowers were delivered 4 days after the delivery date I chose which was after Mother's Day. When they delivered them, they were nothing like the picture. After I sent my mom the picture of what I ordered, she took the flowers back down to Rainbow Floral and showed them the picture. Their response was they don't get all the money from the 3rd party sites and if you want it to look like the picture, order straight from them. If you have a problem with that maybe you shouldn't contract with them but that's not my problem. I paid for what I saw online and expected the same flowers. They are definitely getting over with that and know they delivered some left over Mother's Day scraps. I didn't want a refund but at least you could have made the arrangement look better. I feel that was bad customer service.

I'd suggest anyone to use Perry's.
