I chose House Of Flowers because she guaranteed me on time delivery and she even threw ideas out to make the piece a little more personal. Angela, the florist did apologize, blamed the website and stated she would deliver the flowers to the house that evening, which was nice but I still payed for flowers that didn't make it to the funeral. I don't often find myself in need of a florist is Springhill, LA but I probably would chose someone else next time.

It ended up that I was scrambling to find something to have for my wife and my mother in-law at the last minute. Then came Bridget's to the rescue!! I called and placed two orders... they told me they were running out of flowers but they would do the best they could. (In the back ground I could hear people saying don't take any more orders... they didn't know if they could fill them! But she said she would make it happen.) The customer service was outstanding... they were sweet friendly and very helpful! They were a joy to deal with. This morning the delivery came and I was over joyed... if this is the best they could do with what they had I can't imagine how wonderful the flowers would be if they had anything they wanted! Service: The staff are welcoming and inviting. They were able to help with everything that I needed. Overall: I would order flowers from this location again. The quality was good as was the customer service. My only complaint is with the pricing. I expected the flowers would cost less due to the rural location but that wasn't the case.
