A gruff older gentleman looked at me and asked me if I had an appointment, I told him I dod not. At that point, he gave me a nasty look and said, "Are you from in town or what??!!" I was taken aback. I quickly apologized and left. Folks, I'm 48 years old. I have NEVER had to have an appointment to get my hair cut. Now that I know that I do, it will NEVER be at the Colony Barbet Shop. I was humiliated by that man's tone of voice. Shame on your for such piss-poor customer service.

I've gotten my hair cut there 3 times now and every time it's been exactly how I wanted it. They really listen to what you want and if you don't like what you see they will adjust it as necessary. They also take their time and don't rush through it, clearly the quality of the cut is the most important thing for them, not how fast they can get people in and out. Additionally it's super cheap in my opinion, $13 is a steal for the quality. Also it is brand new on the inside, phenomenally clean and 2 big TVs are positioned perfectly for watching while getting the cut.
