My contractor selected this company to fabricate and install my kitchen countertops and backsplash…read more I had selected very beautiful quartz slabs at the local MSI quartz warehouse. RSI cut the slabs and installed them. They ruined my island counter with a scrape. It looked like it was touched up with caulk to hide it. I have large grooves in one countertop. They wrote the letter "B" directly on the white of my back splash pieces. There isn't sufficient caulking in many joints where the slabs meet. The cut line stands out. Tammy from RSI kept telling me she was sending someone out for service but never did after many missed promises. She told me to use soft scrub to remove their writings on the quartz. I called MSI quartz directly for their recommendations and they said not to use abrasive cleaners and suggested Dawn dish detergent and water. It didn't work. My contractor moved on to the next job and doesn't care. It's horrible that RSI doesn't care about the quality of their work or care about the homeowner. I spent a lot of money for beautiful quartz and deserve undamaged product. I do not recommend them.

They gave me an appointment with the templetor who never show up the first day. He finally came the next day. I gave him all the information of the design with pictures, he never reported them to the office. After over a month of negotiation about the price and the sqft he gave me a delivery date in October 14th. I confirmed 2 days before everything was ok. Robert told me I need to change everything because my slab was not big enough. They couldn't do the backsplash. The first template was 69sqft, I didn't change anything. Now he announced me the total was 94sqft because of the edge I picked. It didn't make any sense. I accepted the remove the backsplash in order to make it fit but I requested to have the leftover slab. They finally installed the island and countertop. They forgot to cut the cooktop. It was of the plan since day 1. They did a crack on the countertop. I requested bullnose edges only on the island, but they didn't respect the design and they did it even on the countertop. The edges are poorly done. They are not smooth at all. I'm so disappointed. It look old and ugly. It was a beautiful slab, solid rock, they just ruined it. Almost 2 months to get this kind of job, it's a shame. Of course I never got the leftover of my slab.

Tried to reach the owner (Brian) but he's never around - staff tells me they never see him & have to text him. Danica never comes to the phone; Rebecca is on another planet. I tried Better Bus. Bureau - they are now listed as a "D" because they don't respond to complaints !

I hired this handyman to repair a closet shelving system that had pulled away from the wall which…read morewas being used for ordinary clothing storage and was not overloaded beyond normal household use. He assured me that the repair, including the anchors he installed, would support the weight of the clothing and items normally stored in the closet. Unfortunately, only about a week after the repair was completed, the entire system failed again and collapsed. The shelving and clothing ended up on the floor, creating a significant mess and forcing us to empty the closet once more. When I contacted him, he stated that the anchors he installed had held and that the real issue was that I needed an entirely new closet system. However, this was not what I was told when the repair was performed. Had I been advised from the outset that the existing system could not be safely supported or that a replacement was necessary, I would have appreciated that honesty and made a different decision. What is most disappointing is that despite the repair failing after only a week, he refused to return and evaluate the situation without charging an additional service fee. I understand that not every repair is guaranteed forever. However, when a repair fails within days and the customer relied on the handyman's representation that it would support the intended load, I believe standing behind the work and at least reassessing the situation is reasonable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. **UPDATE: With respect to Mike's response, many of the implications are categorically false, namely, that what is remaining of my closet is still usable and "hanging". The anchors screws, and brackets have bent and are misshaped. He also indicated fixed my toilet for "free" when, in fact, he actually exacerbated the issue and spent no more than a minute looking at the toilet and twisting the float and fill valve. So the contention that he was being generous with his time is unfounded. With respect to the text messages he's alluding to, admittedly, he did indicate he did not warranty his work, but also claimed "I'll also say this, I've never hung any shelving in somebody's called me back later and said that it came down". Moreover, "I can tell you that it's gonna go in with anchors at hold 220 pounds each and there's probably gonna be three or four so outside of that hopefully it lasts a long time". That said, given the estimated weight of the closet was no more than 150 pounds, that was less than 35% of its intended total weight, which should've held it without incident. Moreover, it's only been one week as opposed to two since he performed the job Finally, the mere fact that he wouldn't return to audit the job or two provide structured guidance and repair onsite as a gesture of Goodwill is woefully inadequate.

I am considering legal actions, license complaints, litigation besides complaints with the government agencies, Governors office, Attorney general office, etc! Deceptive business practices. I have construction experience doing floors, windows, siding, kitchens,bathrooms etc. He gave me a BAIT AND SWITCH low price than after removing the old flooring, he hit me with a about 50% inflated price like deceptive business practices bait and switch scheming to defraud I feel. the new flooring creaks poor installation, etc. Floor has high and low spots like a wave. The workers excessively butchered chopped damage the moldings removing with a pry bar instead of trim removing tool then caulked damages sloppy unappealing work. They didn't use a stair tread gauge just cut and caulking the gaps which now pulling apart. Caulked everything because they didn't use the right tools. Promised a warranty and sent document twice without it and blamed the office. I knew the specific floor from suppliers in stock and I knew the price but he said they don't have it as he wanted to sell me his inflated priced flooring. He aggressively saying that if I didn't pay he was coming over which he did. I offered to pay with a credit card he refused, unless I paid about 5% additional and so he demanded a check on the spot when he gets to my house buzzing the gate several times for payment when I was offering to pay it over the phone with a credit card but he didn't want the credit card fee and I offered to send a check to him but he demanded it immediately. Uneven poor installation, damaged flooring planks, that I was left with tiny pieces in the closet, charged for carpet removal they left in front of house. He told me one brand of underlayment on estimate and switched to cheaper on install (bait and switch again like the price). installed a transition T molding without the metal track Instead they silicone the transition molding down onto the carpet. if I ever carpet removed, it will damage the wood and carpet flooring. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor. workers spoke no English I believe subcontractors maybe daylaborers. I had to use a translator app. Said would return to fix things never did. The floor makes cracking noise from poor installation. Before quoted me a labor price of $2985 and then he hit me with a inflated price of $4556.56 after they ripped up the old flooring on day of install, I feel deceptive business practices. They were available anytime we had a question and the work they did was absolutely beautiful, I would recommend this business to anybody who needs a flooring job done. They also sent in a cleaning crew of three people who clean my house afterwards better than it's ever been cleaned before at their expense extremely positive experience.

I stopped by Stone and Quartz and the owner's wife, Lina helped me select a stainless steel sink and quartz countertop. Hugo, the owner came by to take measurements and within two weeks the job was complete and excellent. Last month my wife decided that the kitchen needed some updating. "Let's remove the two sinks (one sink for disposal and one sink for pots and pans etc) and install one of those large rectangular stainless steel sinks...it will look great !" I contacted Hugo and he came over to take measurements to cut the existing granite and install a 36 X 22 rectangular stainless steel sink. As before, Hugo took time in measuring for cutting the existing granite for a perfect fit. About two weeks later Hugo was back with his crew of professional installers and measured again and did the installation and WOW what a difference. After discussing the type of tile we were in search for, it took him about 10 min to find exactly what we were looking for. We had some discussion on whether to just do the bedrooms first and then revisit the rest of the home, but he provided his professional opinion without being pushy and convinced us based on our future plans to do all the floors. It made sense on many levels- from the amount of demo involved and the mess, doing all the floors was 100% the right move. We also purchased enough tile to replace any of the kitchen tiles for when we renovate. Claudio was constantly in communication with updates and scheduling and his crew was the nicest group of people we have worked with thus far! They showed up Monday-Saturday just before 8am and left by 6. When I tell you they worked- they did not stop unless I brought them food to force them to break! During the project, we removed the existing tile and carpet, demoed a wall, moved outlets, replaced baseboards and framing, removed popcorn- he had someone for every project. Each person was reliable and efficient! Their attention to detail was meticulous and their craftsmanship was on point! Our floors are beautiful and level and look flawless! We are thrilled with the finished floors and cannot recommend Vetromani enough.
