Placed an order for pool pump spare part. After I received and paid the invoice, there was no further contact from them. After two weeks waiting I complained about the time taken for delivery and received the one and only email from them blaming their supplier for the delay and promising an update soon. There was no further contact from them. After waiting another week I requested a total refund due to non supply of the part, no response ! A few days later i check my order on their website to find it cancelled (not by me) . Still no refund. read more
