He called me and screamed at me again threatening me if I reported the incident. Whether or not the movers took all my jewelry, the reaction that the owner had to the missing items was what made everything worse. He was as unprofessional, rude, and threatening as I had ever experienced in my life from ANY business owner.

My wife did all the set up in terms of communication so I can't speak much to that, but that being said they showed up on the scheduled day on time and ready to work. They hit the ground running practically. For the next several hours they Tetris the shtuff out of all our boxes, furniture, and odds and ends into our (separately) rented moving truck. The staff was professional, hard working, friendly, and communicative. I had prepared 90% of the stuff to be packed into the moving truck, and was in need of help for the final bit, that's my only complaint with the crew. We asked for everything to be serán wrapped completely, and they would do some of the pieces i didn't get to then go back to barely wrapping it. So we had to keep bringing that to their attention. Our moving truck was not affiliated with them, I think it was through Budget Van Lines or something like it, do not believe that those things are water tight! They are not! Serán wrap the shtuff out of your furniture if you want it clean and serviceable when you get to where you are going. So overall, superb job I would recommend them to anyone needing to load and unload their moving truck. I was very impressed.

However, both he and his fellow mover were still pretty prompt and still came by at around 1:30 or 1:45 pm, which was not too far off from the original time they were about to come by. I was really amazed that they unloaded everything, worked really hard, and were extremely careful with my boxes and fragile belongings, and moved everything into my new apartment within half an hour :D ! I would highly recommend these guys for my next move :) ! They did an excellent job :D ! And they made everything really smooth and stress-free for me :) !
