I hired Kitchens by Design to remodel my kitchen and to install a new range hood in my kitchen, and…read moreit was an absolute disaster. The technicians showed up late if at all and barely working longer than 3 hours, rushed through the job without properly securing anything, and left in a hurry. Literally minutes after they drove away, the entire hood started sagging and the ductwork came crashing down, dangling like a sad snake from the wall. The image speaks for itself--shoddy brackets, exposed foil tape failing everywhere, and holes in the drywall that look like they were punched by amateurs. Now my kitchen is a mess, with potential fire hazards from the poor venting, and I have to pay someone else to fix their incompetence. Avoid this company at all costs; they're unprofessional, careless, and clearly don't care about quality or safety. Zero stars if I could!

Just outside the Indian River Mall, I've never had to search for a parking space. Friendly and courteous staff, along with a clean store. Lot's of specials and deeply discounted items to trip over at the front door, don't forget to bring your 20% off coupons. And don't believe the rumors - these coupons never expire notwithstanding an expiration date. Have a return without a receipt? The staff are more than happy to locate the original sale through your initial charge purchase. I often find myself at this particular location looking for Tassimo or Keurig coffee. Finding something on sale or clearance - along with the 20% off coupon - is guaranteed to drop my bill a bit. Of course, I end up buying things I probably don't need, but - I have plenty of coupons to try and save a buck. A 5-star experience each and every time when shopping at the smallest Bed Bath & Beyond. No complaints from me. William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida.

Do not order from ProSource I went to ProSource in Vero…read moreBeach. I ordered three separate orders one for the guest bedroom one for my laundry room and one for a feature wall in the living room. They have done nothing but screwed up every single order. I waited eight weeks for the cabinets for the living room wall and they sent the wrong color. They wanted me to take them, but I would not because they were the wrong color and they expected me to wait another eight weeks for new cabinets to come in so they had to return my $9000 deposit. Then in the laundry room, I ordered a cabinet for the mops and brooms and vacuum cleaners. They did not tell me that I had to order two smaller cabinets to do that instead they ordered me one large cabinet, which had a shelf in the middle. Which had to be cut out and it ruined the inside of the cabinet they did send me a skin for it, but it was more expense for my Carpenter ref fabricate the inside of this cabinet And then in the office, I ordered cabinets around my Murphy bed. I told him I wanted solid wood cabinets. The designer did not give me anything when I was there. She said she'd email it to me. I could never open up the email to see it. they were supposed to be salad cabinets on the bottom with Pull out drawers, which is what how they came, but the tops were supposed to be open cabinets with glass shelves and glass doors, and they did not order any doors for any of the cabinets. And then for the laundry room, I also ordered a stainless steel shelf. I have been waiting 15 weeks for it. They won't let me cancel it. I've already bought something else. And it's never been shipped and I've never received it Katie, the owner or manager has told me they were going through a transitional period but I certainly got the blunt of their transition If you think you're gonna go to ProSource, do not go there there is a cabinet company Cabinets that is much cheaper than Lowe's or ProSource and they're totally custom I'm telling you buyer beware You will have nothing but problems with And then they try to put it off on you that it's your problem when it's their problem and they won't express or admit that it's their problem Do not order from ProSource in Vero You definitely will have nothing but problems
