The hotel faces the highway; if you have to stay here, try to get an interior room. They have a workout room but it is in a converted hotel room -quite small and dismal. They have a free breakfast, available in a cheerless, windowless room. Nothing redeeming about the food but it is free. Upon arrival, my room key did not work. I returned to the front and the first thing the gal said was "did you put it next to a cell phone?" Customer Service 101 - don't lead with 'it's probably your fault.' I would definitely avoid staying here if you can - but if you must, do yourself a favor and head down the road to dinner at Papa Joe's-- 5 stars!
