It wasn't done per the contract. Missing lots of material. Didn't use a level. Rehung a gate that was damaged in Ian. It drags. Then removed the other gate that had no issue to change hardware to match the one they fixed and installed it 1" higher. No board over board like I paid. They put new hardware on another gate that they were never suppose to touch at all. It drags and they cut the gate out to work with their stuff. Salesmen came out and said it was the worst job his crew ever did. Told me they'd be back in two days. Three weeks go by and they called to come back out. Told him I don't want them coming out to give me some money back. Didn't hear from them for weeks. Called the owner myself and told him he needs to come to my house so he can see the work. He told me he was on vacation and he get back to me. Never called but just received a $400 check in the mail. Please do yourself a favor. Don't use Royal Fence. Frank the owner sucks.

Upon arrival he started working and during this period I asked him to do a small project and that small project was what another person wanted over $500 to do, and again that was for one item. The Handyman Can completed the work and I was pleased both on the workmanship and the cost.
