I'd highly advise you to go with a local company over this one (if possible). We got around 5 or so dumpsters when doing some home renovations. I explained to the company what type of debris was going to be in the dumpster they recommended a certain size so that's what we went with. After nearly every dumpster was picked up, a few days later we were hit with overage charges. What irritated me was there was no way for us to verify that there truly was an overage as the dumpster had already been picked up. This continued to happen but unfortunately we didn't have any other local options. What was really the straw that broke the camels back for me with this company was we had a dumpster delivered by our barn (not on a paved road). It rained prior to the company retrieving the dumpster. No additional mud that our smaller sedan vehicles couldn't navigate but we informed them of this anyways. The woman we spoke with said no problem and they would come get it regardless. Then, we are suddenly hit with a $150 fee for failed pick up with no call or communication, just a receipt in our e-mail that our credit card had been charged. I spoke with multiple employees who were apologetic but weren't going to honor what we had been told initially. The dumpster then sat for 7+ days while they tried to re-route things to get their driver back out. The dumpster was blocking the other contractors from working and Budget Dumpster didn't seem to care whatsoever. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the upfront inexpensive costs were negated by all of the little fees along the way. read more

A 5 star review. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. We set up a drop off day and time span. They were the best price of all the rentals around. They arrived on that day and time. The driver was very helpful and explained the best place to set up to be able to walk in easily. He showed us how to open and close it. We call for a pick up time and day. The day before they were to pick up it was going to rain all day. We tied down a huge tarp over the whole thing and everything stayed dry. This is suggested by them and it really saved a lot of money on overage from everything being soaked and heavy. They picked up on day and time and the driver was very friendly. Easy to work with, This was my 1st time using Budget Dumpster and I will continue to use them in the future. The dumpster was delivered on time and dropped in our driveway. Best price on a dumpster for miscellaneous household and remodeling/demolition waste. Be sure to pick a delivery date which does not have your ten-day rental ending on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday Monday. If you do, it will have to get it picked up early on the Friday, giving you fewer days, or you'll pay for an extra day to wait until after the weekend. read more
