Arrived and picked up on time. We were given multiple reminders on when to expect them and what we needed to do to ensure things went smoothly. We were cautioned that we might be charged if the dumpster was overweight, and we were. Not sure how you're supposed to judge that when you're loading things, but at least it wasn't a complete surprise. read more

Please be careful of this company, I work for a non-profit organization and talked with this company about the arrival of the dumpster. They did not call me regarding placement of this dumpster, they had my name and number and they knew I was waiting for this dumpster because we had a cycling event of 450 cyclist the next day. We did not locate this dumpster until after repeat calls 3 days after the event. They dump it in a tennis court area. They will not give us a refund! We had to use the hotel dumpster. I am so disappointed and we will never use or recommend this company. read more

If I could write this company zero stars I would. Being in the commercial and residential contracting industry for about a decade, I have never worked with a company that has had as poor communication as this one. We have rented dumpsters through many companies, across many states, and if you think that this one is giving you the best deal just understand that they will attempt to avoid contact and then later nickel and dime you for issues that were under false pretenses. In addition to that, if you do call and attempt to understand your cost change it will be handled with poor professional integrity. I have been construction for over 15 years and have never witnessed this amount of inability to coordinate/communicate in my life. Their business model seems to be... 1) Have customer schedule pick up. Pretend to acknowledge pick up window. 2) Ignore Customer's pick up instructions and show up 9 hours before agreed upon time 3) Show up as early as possible as to ensure they cannot get onsite (Crack of dawn) 4) Inform you that there was a miscommunication and that they would be by later to grab it. 5) Send you an invoice from collections 2 months later to shake you down for a 45% up charge. 6) Charge your card without your knowledge. We had to clean out a house. I was able to get the dumpster that week when I called for the weekend the 10 days was plenty of time because it allowed me two full weekends. Process was very easy and simple to do they arrived promptly on a day to drop it off and picked it up promptly with no issues. Budget Dumpster was great. They delivered the dumpster on time and picked it up when I requested the pick up. They suggested the best size for my needs and it was on target. When I had questions about what could and could not be properly disposed of in the dumpster they got me the answers efficiently and courteously. Please be careful with this company they are very deceiving they act nice and act like they're helping you but at the end they're gonna be helping themselves with your money .They destroyed my neighbors yard didn't say anything about it .they didn't want me to be there when the driver was there. When they said they went to pick it up (no proof that they did) next thing I got was an invoice of $150 because their dispatch not been able to get their dumpster beside of the first charge that I paid for the dumpster , I had to complain with them for 2 days and they only reduced my invoice to $75 , dumpster got picked up and got another invoice of $105 for supposedly exceeding the Weight which I only put in exactly what my Wife explain to them what we were going to put in and they said it was ok. What an unfortuante experience! This company lacks basic communication skills! Which could end up costing you TIME and MONEY! Find another company you will be glad you did!!! A crazy storm tore through Richmond Va on 6-16-16. The north side of richmond was devistated with destruction. It was not surprising that when I called to rent a dumpster on Friday that I was told by everyone there would not be a dumpster available until the following Tuesday. Budget dumpster just happened to be the last call of many, so I went ahead and reserved a dumpster to be delivered on Tuesday. Before I hung up the phone I said, "if any dumpsters are returned earlier could I be put on a waiting list for an earlier delivery?" Tyler H. replied, "I'll make a note for that." Maybe it is just me, but usually when I have been put on a wait list, it is done with the expectation that one will receive a call to let one know an earlier time is available. It just makes sense that the opportunity for early delivery would be communicated! For example, You are on a wait list for a doctors appointment, wouldn't they need to communicate the new time with you, or do they expect you to telepathically know someone has cancelled and you can come in for their earlier appointment? When I asked why they did not contact me to let me know they would be delivering the dumpster a day early, they said, "we did what you asked. We delivered it early." I guess they expected me to camp out in the drive way of my condemned home from Friday at noon, until Tuesday when it was contracted to be delivered leaving the burden of guessing on me to whether or not the dumpster would be delivered early. Obviously, if Tyler had explained budget dumpsters non- communication early delivery waitlist policy, I would not have asked to remain on the wait list. I am surprised that a dumpster company does not understand the value of time and money when it comes to cleaning up after an unexpected natural disaster! Of course, I guess the joke and cost is on me... because they got their money! I am the one with the loss! Ultimately, I am tired of companies or anyone that takes advantage of people trying to survive unexpected natural disasters. This company is what I consider the real bottom feeders on the food chain. This lack of communication cost me time and money because I had scheduled other vendors around the dumpster delivery which also required deposits, payments, or charged delivery fees that were interrupted by Budget dumpsters lack of communication. read more

Fantastic service. I had to change my original delivery date and they were responsive and accommodating. They delivered within a day of my confirmed order, driver was very helpful with placing of the dumpster, and picked up again within a day of my call. All around, great service. Take my advice! NEVER use this company for renting a dumpster. I'm a female landlord and used Pryor Dumpster rental days prior to using this company. Pryor rental charged me around $135 to rental the exact same size dumpster but unfortunately didn't have another dumpster I could rent the next day. Because of that I decided to use this company and rented a dumpster from them. First they told me a dumpster could be delivered that day by 12. But as I was getting off the phone they mumbled something about they couldn't guarantee it. I already had the machine rented that day until 5 pm. The dumpster didn't arrive until the next day. My gut told me to not trust them and I even told the sales guy that but I had paid over $500 for the machine to rent. So I had to rent the machine for an extra day. But that isn't why my advice is to NEVER use this company. My complaint that fell on deaf ears was that when they picked up the dumpster that was as full as we had filled the Pryor dumpster they not only charged me around $500 but later charged me another $500. They also through in a mysterious $35 charge. When I initially called to have them take off the $35 charge when they couldn't explain what it was for they not only didn't take off the charge from my credit card but charged me an additional $35. I called back again having had no one call me back but when I spoke with the person from this company he was ugly and rude so I told him that I had been on Yelp and had seen (after the fact) a review that was close to my experience. The review was far more articulate than I am being writing this review but he was a seasoned contractor and appalled at their outrageous charges. When I mentioned YELP that first person I spoke with backed down and said he didn't normally handle complaints and wanted to refer me to his supervisor. So I spoke with the supervisor and he was insulting and spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Our connection became difficult to hear each other so I called back a couple of days later and left a message for him to call me back. Never heard anything back. NEVER use this company read more
