Dumpster was delivered same day and picked up on the same day. It was placed exactly where I requested and Dan was great to work with.

The worst company. Two things happened 1.) They came two days early to pickup there dumpster. Did not follow their own policy. "Change in pickup date within 24 hours is a $150.00 fine. They did refund $50.00 2.) They said I was 1 and half tons over. I asked for weight tickets before and after from a certified calibrated scale. We needed dumpster for a backyard project. Make sure you are doing business with a local company. They promote a veteran owned business but operate under a union attitude based out of Ohio. When time for pick up they want someone there on site from 6 am- 6 pm. A 12 hour window with little to no advanced notice when they're arriving. We called 4 times trying to get through for pick up. Put on hold for long period of time. Their calls come up unknown or an 800 number with no caller ID. If you miss the robot type calls then they charge $150 attempt pick up fee. Based on our security cameras there was no evidence of their presence at our location or attempted courtesy knock on door while they claimed they were on site to pick up dumpster. There are many other companies with better attitudes service, and friendlier to do business. I recommend going somewhere else! read more

If you decide to use this company always get a larger dumpster than what they recommend. They charge you for the overages. I've use them twice and each time they recommend it a 2 ton or smaller dumpster. Each time they took it to the scale and weighed the dumpster. I had $100-$275 in overages charges. Be careful with this company. They're in the business to make money and you end up getting screwed. read more

These guys are awesome. When I first moved, I had a garage and attic full of crap that would have taken nine big trash days to get rid of. Instead of keeping it all in the garage forever, I called Budget Dumpster and tossed it all in one day. I've used them several times over the past year for larger disposals/demos, etc, and they're always on time and the pick up is easy. They bring the dumspter out on an agreed upon day, and it's yours for 14 days. I usually fill mine in 2 days, and they're back on day 3 to haul off the dumpster. This is great for cleaning out the garage, the attic, or for getting rid of construction mnaterials from a remodel or demo. read more

Budget Dumpster is the worse company to get a dumpster from they rip you off! They charge us $72.00 over weight fee extra on our card. There was no way we were over. It was small trash from our house and dumpster wasn't near full! I called 5 times to speak to someone about this or proof of weight from waste management company and every time they said will put you through to our manager. Guess what every time they put me on hold and no one every picked up the phone to help me. Do not use this company! Call someone else! Turning them into Better Business Bureau! read more

The only down side was the fact that there are so many limitations of what the waste disposal company will except in the dumpster. The list of things you can't put in the dumpster in pretty extensive. That isn't the fault of Budget Dumpster but the company they do business with. Customer service was great, delivery and pick up was on the scheduled days. It would have been 5 stars if I wasn't so limited on what could go into the dumpster. Needed a dumpster on a job site for a remodel. Called these guys and they had a dumpster there when they said they would. I called a few days later and they picked it up when they said they would. They say first impressions are everything. I was impressed with the price and customer service which to me adds up to a good value. I plan on using them again on my next job. read more

I do not.... I repeat do not recommend budget dumpster in Tulsa Oklahoma. I ordered a dumpster several days ago for delivery on today Friday 3/23 because I have a large project we were supposed to start tomorrow Saturday morning. The dumpster never arrived. I tried calling and they are already closed. Of course there is no answering machine, no after hours numbers, no way of contacting them and they won't be open until Monday. My order had been prepaid. This is the second time out of three orders where they failed to deliver. I thought the first time was a mistake and I wanted to give them another chance. But now I am left with being delayed a week because of their inability to deliver on what is ordered and expected. Horrible customer service, will never use again. Dumpster was not delivered on the day it was scheduled and had to send my crew home. Office was not available evenings or over the weekend, when I finally was able to contact someone they did not care at all that delivery had not been made. We had a great experience renting from this company. The dumpster was dropped off promptly and the 10 days gave us plenty of time to get everything cleared out. The only issue we had was not understanding that we needed to schedule the dumpster removal a few days before we wanted them to pick it up. We paid a late fee, which I think was about $10, but it was not a big deal. The staff was also very helpful. read more
