The manager, Haitham was particularly useless and sneaky. After letting us down at the last minute and assuring us we would receive a refund , we were eventually told after 2 weeks that we would in fact not receive a refund. Interestingly, I had already been in a queue behind another group that were complaining about being ripped off. This is a crooked company and I cannot stress enough, do not hand them your money.
